In all fairness, this is a good hotel. Service was excellent. HOWEVER. They were doing construction work and I woke up at 7 from what sounded like an industrial drill from the room next door. I booked the hotelroom specifially to get a good nights sleep, so that really brought my experience down. Once they're done I wouldnt mind coming back though.

We stayed a family of four, one night before next flight. The room was spacious but I had expected a larger bed to house a family. The kitchenette was of no use to us. I had forgot about the different electrical sockets and asked for an adapter, which the hotel could not provide. Perhaps not surprising, but an opportunity to improve! The complimentary buffet was disappointing but a nice gesture. Even the breakfast buffet was quite meager compared to what we're used to. Great service with luggage room and free shuttle back to the airport!

Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. Staff was aloof and did not offer many suggestions for meals and location of shopping. Location was good based on the reason for my stay, but did need to travel for meals and shopping. Would recommend this Hotel.Verifierad gästrecension

Very upsetting to have guest (young adults) running through the halls, singing and knocking on doors still at 2:00 a.m. I shouldn't have to call down to have this taken care of ...the staff should automatically enforce a reasonable time for quietness so we can do what we came for --get some sleep.Verifierad gästrecension

"close to train / extremely nice staff"
Our children had never been on a train, so we asked the gentleman at the front counter and he was very nice. He directed us to a Go train station, only two minutes from the hotel. It took us into Toronto, where we enjoyed walking around, playing at the park, looking at the boats on the lake, and having dinner. "Conveniently located in Oakville"
The staff were friendly and efficient. the hotel was very clean and well loooked after. Parking was free - a nice perk in Toronto. The hotel also has a restaurant were you can obtain all meals. Food was very good, but a little more attention needs to be placed on seating the customer in the restaurant. Customers are made to wait until seated.Verifierad gästrecension

Very much enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Found the staff to be very helpful. For example: in the restaurant, we requested some changes to accomodate a restricted diet and our waiter cheerfully made that happen. "CENTRALLY LOCATED TO OAKVILLE, BURLINGTON AND TORO"
Enjoyed our stay very much. This hotel is much nicer than it appears from the outside. Even though it is located next to the QEW, the road noise was non existant and we have 2 great night sleeps. We have already booked our room again for Christmas as it is so convenient for travelling around the GTA. Only complaint - the pillows are not great - will […] be taking my own next time.
