Good stay and a great sleep, the bed was super comfortable. The pool is a little less than exciting but hot tub was nice and it was all clean and well looked after.

Seems to be relatively new. Enjoyed our stay. Large room, clean. Great service. Only issue was access from the highway when travelling south. Poor or non-existent signage. Otherwise great place to stay.

Had a marvelous time and the hotel was great!!!!!!!! The service at the front desk was quick and they were very polite. They gave out free cookies which was greatly appreciated. The hotel staff were very organized when we arrived with our team of 16-18 year old boys. This had to be the easiest checkin that we have had. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Rooms are large, clean and comfortable. Restaurants are nearby in walking distance. We will be back! Cloverdale AAA Midget Baseball Team

We highly recommend this hotel, the staff are very helpful and pleasant, and we ate in the Gate Keeper Restaurant a couple of times, and both times, the food and service was excellent. Have stayed in this hotel before, just after it opened, and it is still very clean and comfortable.

We just needed to stay somewhere clean and quiet in the mid way of our trip.This was a good option. Not the best but clean enough. Only tip I can give you is that, although it say Breakfast included, they will charge you if you go above 20$, and kids eat free. For two adults we ended up paying 16$+tip in top of the 20$ coupon. Not sure if Hotel.com or Holiday Inn is responsible. King leisure room was reserved and paid for 3weeks prior to stay. We were given a queen room with sofa bed. The room was dirty and I would not of sat on the sofa never mind slept on it. The furniture was thread bare and very dirty. For a one night or short trip this was a decent hotel. The food in the restaurant attached was good. The cleaning solutions they use in the hallways was too strong, but the rooms were fine as were the beds for sleeping. Not a lot of amenities for a longer stay, but the people were friendly and accomodating.

Stay was short but good. rooms were clean and well equiped. Unfortunatley the restaurant/bar was closed for the day before 8PM but fortunately there is a Boston Pizza in the same parking lot. The only problem was when I search for hotels near the airport this one came at 7.4 KLMS away. Unfortunatley it was close to a 70.00 cab ride both ways. I thought most verything about my stay at the West Kelowna Holiday Inn was first rate. That included the staff behind the front desk and also the employess in the adjoining restaurant. The food was good too. The one negative I would like to see improved was the wine and beer lists. We were visiting the area to see our grandsons. Our selection to choose a hotel was location, amenities and cost. The front desk clerk was friendly but seemed to not be listening especially when he could not find our reservation because he did not even have a close guess on our last name after we just said it. Room was clean and spacious. We have no […] idea why we were given a handicapped room, my hubby is 6'3" so alot of the features were too low for him. We brought our grandsons to the hotel so they could play in the pool. This pool is not for younger children as the shallowest part (at both ends of the pool) is 3 1/2 feet. The hot tub however was great. We did check out the lounge during our stay and this was definitely the best part of the stay as the lounge and restaurant staff were friendly and the customer service was great. We tried some appies and the food was excellent. This hotel is only a short distance to a shopping district. If we were in this area again we would not choose this hotel as it did not meet our expectations and needs. However this hotel may work well for others. Läs mer

The gentleman that checked us in really was not helpful, very pleasant and polite tho.I asked him a few fairly straightforward, simple questions about things to do with the hotel and things in the area and he couldn't answer them. I was very surprised, after my 1 night stay I had the answers as I figured it out myself!

My two sons and I checked in here late Friday evening after escaping a dreadful experience at another hotel. Perhaps it was just the difference between the two experiences but our stay here was excellent. The room was big and clean and comfy, and the staff were so knowledgeable and super friendly. room was okay cheap compact fluorescent lights take away from comfort level of room , they were so harsh they caused a migrane. Staff was great. Restarunt in hotel closes early, Boston pizza is close by. Access and signing when comeing from the east (airport ) is poor.

When we stayed there in June 2011, we were given a voucher for the restaurant for $20 off our meal. We charged the meal to our room and used the voucher, but on check out the voucher had not been applied and we were being charged for the whole cost. 2 days later they finally fixed it for us, but it shouldn't have been that difficult. We have stayed here 2x before and it is always easy to get in and get out to the wineries in the area. This time we have a toddler and the pool was perfect for him. He enjoyed the heated pool inside with heated pool to the outside. Good service and no hassle. Not a 5 star, but clean and friendly. Recommended.

Location of hotel is not easy to find. No free breakfast from this hotel and their restaurant is expensive. However there is a pizza place right next to it is quite good.

Knowing nothing about the area, we choose the hotel over the internet. The room was clean and the hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was very nice, well appointed and the staff friendly and helpful. The room was clean and beds comfortable. We ate in the dining rom and enjoyed our meal. The lounge was nice and service good, Coming in from the north the entrance is quite tricky to figure out but is fine coming in from the south. I would stay there again.
