Jätte mysigt hotellområde med pool, bubbelpool och solstolar precis bredvid vattnet. Hotellrummen är inte de modernaste men cubanskt charmiga! Bra service av de anställda och rena rum. Vi blev positivt överraskade av hotellets atmosfär och återvänder gärna!

Över förväntan. Bra läge nära sawgrass mills mall där man kan göra riktiga fynd. Hotellet fixade shuttle för två dollar per person till hockeymatchen på BT&T arena vid Sawgrass mills mall och för den som saknar Sverige ligger IKEA ett stenkast iväg. Amerikanske frukost med våfflor och sockerchock.

"very good 'before cruise' choice"
excellent service from front office staff; very comfortable bed; good breakfast selection. Did notice a lot of door slams from other guests, and apparently the couple next to our room had a love making session, but was very shortlived, so not to much of a bother. "Good place to stay before/after a cruise"
We stayed here the night after a cruise. There are supermarkets, fast food and a pretty good Cuban restaurant within walking distance of the hotel (crossing pretty busy streets). The safe in the room was not operational (we were offered the option of storing valuables at the front desk safe) and the air conditioning was a little difficult to control. Directly across the street is a CVS Pharmacy, a Burger King, a nicer Italian restaurant and a Burlington Coat Factory store. There isn't much else within walking distance. This is a great hotel if you want to stay near the airport. It has everything you want around. It is a very nice and clean hotel. "Nice alternative to airport"
We chose this hotel for it's closeness to the airport and because the Miami Airport hotel was ghastly. The reception was warm and welcoming, very helpful with several local restaurants, offered a managers welcome with free appetizers and wine. The room was clean and comfortable. "Stuck in Miami during Blizzard of 13 - NEMO"
We booked this hotel because we like Hampton Inns above the rest. We spent four nights here on our way home from St. Martin to Boston.... The Blizzard of '13 kept us in Miami. Great place to stay in Miami before going on a cruise. Has a TD Bank across the street, a CVS and Walgreens across from each other on the corner, and a MacDonalds and Burger King. "Worth the Money"

This hotel is convenient to Miami International Airport, but not overly noisy (from planes, etc), close to the freeway. There are restaurants, a grocery store, a drug store, all within walking distance (across the street). There's even a Starbucks. We had pizza delivered in to the room. My husband and i stayed here the night before we left for our cruise. We were both very impresed with the service. The hotel picked us up at the airport within 15 minutes of us calling. The driver was excellent. He informed us that the hotel offers a ride to a very nice restuarant name 94th Squadrant. They also set up transportation from the hotel to the port for the next morning and it was only $10 per person. The hotel itself was very clean and in a great location. There is a CVS, Walgreens, Publix, and other stores just across the street. We walked over to the CVS to pick up soda and wine for the cruise. We both felt very safe. The staff was so friendly and always smiling. They made me feel welcome from the minute I stepped in the door. They were super helpful and I never heard the word "no". It was super clean. We would go back. Down fall - we left at 5:00 am and breakfast was not ready. We were told that breakfast would be left at front counter in a bag to go. We had to spend an additional $30.00 for a breakfast at the airport. Otherwise good clean hotel.Verifierad gästrecension

Check-in experience was good. Lady at the front desk was welcoming & helpful. Since our room was available, we did not have to wait till the official check-in time. The room was clean & comfortable.
