Vi fick ett rum som luktade rök, minibaren var låst och de försökte ta dubbelt betalt för boendet. Vi upplevde det som att de inte hade riktigt koll. Bra pool och gym

Allt på det här hotellet var bra. Transfern från flygplatsen till hotellet var bra. Receptionen gav bra service och var snabb, rummet överträffade våra höga förväntningar. Frukosten var bra, eftermiddags fika ingick liksom cocktail på kvällen. Poolen var välskött med sköna vilstolar.

If you are expecting a great deal on a room at a top-class hotel chain, like I did, think again. I have stayed at several Inter-continentals and am a regular at the Intercontinental in San Fran. This was one of the best business hotel stays ever. Super attentive staff - from front of the house team, restaurant waitstaff & maid service. Great location near airport and tons of my clients. I will absolutely stay again.

Pretty pool area and lobby, room very comfy, tho bed too soft for us. Sushi Saki across the street, and had wonderful sushi. Excellent breakfast at the executive level. Helpful staff. Only downside is the charge for wifi. Would definitely stay there again.

When I booked this hotel, I spoke to the hotel directly regarding a room with a balcony. I spent at least 20 minutes of my time making sure to book a room with a balcony due to my traveling companion's medical history. The location was great for my purposes as it was close to my meetings but far from the beach. The staff at the hotel was top notch and the common areas were nice but the hotel needs some updating. It was a nice little getaway for me and my son from Sunday to Tuesday. The staff was pleasant and it was in the middle of a lot of places to eat. We even were not that far from a couple of malls. It was in a great location and didn't take much time to get there from the Miami International Airport. I will stay there again!

This hotel was pretty far from the airport. The people were rude, the food was gross and we had to take a cab because the free shuttle stopped 10 minutes before we landed, although no one told us it stopped! It was really bad. No ice machines, but you could pay room service for ice, really?!

This is a pretty nice hotel overall. Some minor deficiencies were the pillows in our room, they were beyond flat and the king bed only came with 3 pillows. It was nice to get a night away from the kids and responsibilities at this beautiful hotel. It was clean and everyone was very pleasant. Super hotel, the only reason I'm giving them a 4 is because I had to wait at the airport for 55 minutes for pick up. They only run on the hour, something their page on Expedia didn't list. Okay it was my fault for not checking directly with the hotel and not having my cellphone didn't help. The other thing is that they are quite a distance from the […] airport, Google maps said 15 minutes which was really 20 min. The driver was very friendly. The food in the restaurant was pretty darn good but just to be picky my medium rare steak came more like medium and the lobster in the lobster, coconut, mandarin mint cocktail - very creative was served warm on a plate, had been cooked earlier that day and reheated, a bit tough. They charge you extra for every thing from wi-fi in your room, to an extra cup of coffee, extra for a breakfast buffet which is not very good. The beds are very uncomfortable, I travel alot and this was one of the worst hotel exsperance I have ever had.

Looking for a little nicer hotel than a Comfort Inn type hotel. This is the place. Everything is better. Food, service, cleanliness, and fixtures.

The hotel may have been the least comfortable of any stay I can remember. We had flown in from Panama and were overnighting for an early morning flight. The walls are paper thin with little or no noise control, sleeping was very difficult. Service in the lounge was mediocre at best.

Good hotel with pleasant and courteous staff. We enjoy the food at the restaurant too. The only minus we found is that their airport shuttle only runs every hour and not every half hour like most hotels in the area.
