We spent a few days in Colonia Roma, and this hotel is a clean and decent place that does not have much of a personality, but was good value for money. Staff was really helpful and the rooms were good. There is a Japanese restaurant across the street, MOG that we really liked. All in all we would chose his hotel again if we plan to stay in the same area.

Väldigt bra hotell om man har ett tidigt flyg från Mexico på morgonen. Det finns gratis shuttelservice till teminalerna som fungerade bra. Det är också väldigt enkelt att ta sig till och från city då det finns en tunnelbanestation alldeles intill hotellet inom fem minuters promenadavstånd. Runt hotellet är några stora trafikleder så det är inte något promenadområde.

My stay was pleasant. It was a clean hotel , people very helpful except for one event. The second night my friend picked me up for dinner and the reception didn't let him into my room. The policy was not clear at the moment of booking this Hotel therefore if I come back to Mexico City I won't stay to this Hotel again.Verifierad gästrecension

"Great Location and a Surprisingly Good Hotel"
Overall the hotel was fin for the price. Location is terrific, Reforma avenue around the corner and within walking distance of Chapultepec park, Zona Rosa and El Ángel. The rooms are not big, but there was good enough room for the two of us, our luggage and our baby´s cot. Room was clean and so are most of the installations. Wireless internet worked […] fine. Staff was mostly polite and helpful but I don´t know if they speak English. The receptionist was going to charge us for hot water for our baby´s bottle, but when she brought it to our room she had changed her mind and offered apologies. The main downside was the restaurant, quite expensive for both breakfast and dinner buffets and neither were worth it. Have a better breakfast on Lynis around the corner or on the friendly "fonda" one half a block to the east on Rio Lerma Street for a fraction of the price. This place was nice it is in a central location and the area is soo beautifu. for someone looking to just relax in modern urban envronment this is your spot. There are endless sculptures and monuments for mls on the main blvd. endless cafes and the people were very nice. I was out early in the morning and late at night it was safe. The police are out […] in force in this area and seemed to be very nice to tourists. Good Hotel, great central location, good price. The one issue is their taxi service. While the smaller taxis were readily available, they did often overcharge. Also, do not bother to hire a minivan taxi- we needed one on the way to the airport and not only was is 1 hour late, but when it got there, the driver added on 150 pesos to the quoted price! […] And the van was equipped with a lovely backfiring engine and it stalled on the way to the airport. I would recommend that you ask your airport taxi for a business card and call them instead. Overall is a good hotel for the price paid, which by the way is lower if booked online (a 25-20% against the hotel rate). En general mi estancia estuvo regular, Pros: Buena ubicación, a unos metros de la Diana, y con muchos lugares que visitar si el viaje es de placer (chapultepec, museos, Turibus etc), Contras: encontré algunas deficiencias en cuanto a comodidad: las camas son muy duras, la alfombra se veian manchada, no cuenta con calefacción, en caso de que 2 personas […] compartan la cama sufriran con las cobijas ya que las sabanas y cobijas no son grandes. en una ocasión no tuve agua caliente, debido a fallas en la tubería, en 2 ocasiones se desprogramaron las llaves, me indicaron que era porque se habia ido la luz. Me he hospedado en este hotel en varias ocasiones y mi experiencia ha dependido de la habitación asignada. Algunas son muy ruidosas, pues no está bien insonorizada la ventana. My room was on the top floor right beside the noisy air conditioning for the whole floor. My window had no handle and when I asked why, they told me that they have a special key for all the windows so I would have to call them each time I would like to have it opened or closed. La habitación limpia y en general en buen estado. No es nuevo. Tiene 2 elevadores, uno descompuesto, y el segundo día, dejó de funcionar el otro, tuve que bajar por el de servicio.
