Hotell Novotel London St Pancras - London

Duschen var helt otrolig och väldigt stort rum med häftig utsikt.

Brukar bo på detta hotell genom arbetet. Stannade för första gången kvar fredag till lördag vilket var en smärre katastrof. Hölls vaken av högljuda rumsgrannar HELA natten, delvis beroende på dåligt isolerade väggar men givetsvis också på misskötasamma grannar. Kommer inte boka detta hotell igen.

Mjuka sköna sängar, trevlig personal, god frukost med stor variation! Enda negativa var biltrafiken utanför.

Vi bor varje år på detta hotell och alltid är de gulliga och ordnar det bästa för oss. Vi är två vuxna och har ett barn och personalen gör alltid det lilla extra för att hon ska trivas. Maten är jättegod alltidfrån frukost till lunch och middag. Gulliga och serviceminded personal som ger det lilla extra och rummet är jättefina. Det är en bra utgångspunkt […] för att ge sig ut i London och upptäcka de olika sevärdheterna. Vill man dessutom ha hjälp med att boka olika arrangemang så hjälper de gärna till. Ett mycket prisvärt hotell som ligger bara minuter från kings kross tunnelbanestation vilket gör resandet mycket enkelt. Även bra bussförbindelsen direkt ner till Oxford street.

Hotellet ligger nära Kings Cross tunnelbana med flera linjer vilket gör det enkelt att ta sig till olika platser. Personalen var jättetrevlig, rummen bekväma och fräscha. Till frukost fanns det mycket att välja på och priset var bra i jämförelse med andra hotell i London. (Boka frukost vid hotellbokningen-billigare). Hotell i mycket bra skick med trevlig personal. Bra frukostbuffé med stort urval. Nära till t-banestation St Pancras/King's cross. Rekommenderas!

Perfect location next to the train/metrostation Kings Cross - S:t Pancras. Very nice staff, pretty big and very comfortable rooms. Good breakfast. Would be glad to stay here again!

Vi trivdes väldigt bra på hotellet det ända som var dåligt var att det inte var gratis wifi. Vilket man borde kunna kräva av ett sådant hotell

Det här är ett av de finaste hotell jag har bott på. Rummen är stora och rymliga, sängen är mycket skön och badrummet ser fantastiskt ut. Tyvärr upptäckte vi rätt snabbt att de hade glömt att beräkna fallvinkel i badrummet vilket gjorde att så fort man duschat så stod toaletten i en liten sjö. 5 minuters promenad från T-banestationerna Kongs Cross S:t Pankras eller Euston. Små kvarterskrogar inom 10 minuter. Euston Street trafikeras dygnet runt, av bl.a ambulanser och poliser, vilket hörs. Annars är hotellet lugnt och välordnat.

Bra värde för pengarna. Fick rum till bra pris och helt nöjd med vistelsen. Inte världens charmigaste kanske men bra standard och rent och fräscht. Läget lite off men nära bra kommunikationer.

Ett mycket bra hotell nära St Pancras stationen. Det tog ungefär 301 minuter att promenera ned till Oxford Street. Väldigt trevlig personal och ett mycket rent och fräscht hotell Skulle utan tvekan bo där igen.

Var utan tvekan - med tanke på prisklassen - ett av de bästa hotellen jag bott på. Jättetrevlig personal, bra service och fräscha utrymmen. Rekomenderar starkt att man även väljer "the continental breakfast" som tillval till sin vistelse. Rekomenderas starkt!

The hotel was in a perfect location right next to King's Cross station, which will get you basically anywhere in London (including the airport) in under an hour. The rooms were very nice, clean, and comfortable. My only complaint was the construction. I'm not sure how long it will be going on for, but the normal lobby is unavailable so the makeshift […] lobby is a bit cramped. If you don't plan to be at the hotel between 9am and 6pm, the construction shouldn't bother you. But beware- the jackhammers and noise start at 9am on the dot. Novotel London/St. Pancras was a really great hotel. Although it's currently undergoing renovations, the staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful. The rooms were nice and spacious. My only complaint was that the thermostat was broken when I first arrived and the room was ROASTING. I called the front desk and they had a member of the maintenance […] staff fix it within a half an hour. I highly recommend it for a stay in the St. Pancras area, especially if you plan on boarding trains out of Kings Cross/St. Pancras location. Läs mer

I chose this hotel because it was close to Euston Train Station for our return from Birmingham and close to King's Crossing for ease of site seeing in London. Our main sites, Petrie and Musuem were close enough to walk too. The hotel had gotten a lot of complaints due to construction noise. I asked for a room off Euston and high up because of this. […] We were first given Rm.106, right on Euston and Justine at the desk immediately corrected this ( Thank You! ) and gave us a room on the 12th floor. BTW, constuction only occurred during the day, not at night. I doubt if it can be heard above the 2nd floor. We had an Executive Room with b-fast included. The room was clean, well supplied with hairdryer, tea pot and Nespresso machine and shampoo, body lotions etc. The safe gave us a problem and upon calling down to the desk someone was there in under five minutes. It turned out that the safe had never been activated. It gave us no problem after being activated. The breakfast was good and service was excellent. We've often felt like cattle at other places and although it appeared we were in a temporary room, I certainly hope Novotel maintains the intimacy of that room when they finish the remodel. The only drawback -- one desk chair. With two people in a room, it means one person must lie/sit on the bed to read or work. ( kudos for the bed reading lights!) Not comfortable if you have back problems and need more support. There is plenty of room for another chair opposite the bed and there is already a sconce there. We enjoyed our stay, the staffs response to our needs and will be back. Läs mer

There was renovation going on but we had a lovely new room which we felt was one of the best value for money in London. Taxi to Paddington was very slow and anyone with not much luggage best to do underground direct Heathrow to Kings Cross on Piccadilly line. Great place for Eurostar and buses to centre.

A convenient hotel, comfortable hotel and an easy walk from/to Kings Cross, St Pancras and Euston stations. Currently undergoing improvements to the reception areas and restaurant (April 2012) but hopefully they'll be completed soon. Staff friendly and helpful. Good hotel close to St Pancras Station Eurostar.Great stopover for an early start to Paris.

The hotel should be close to ideal once the renovations are done.

This hotel is under renovation and is can have noise about the rooms or than that the staff were very nice and helpful and the rooms are very clean. if you book this hotel through a web site other than novotel bring your conformation / reference number with you as I had to wait one and half hours as they did not have me on there system. I came to spend the weekend in London from Paris. This hotel was perfect for access to St. Pancras and the tube network. Plus it's right next door to the British Library. Got an executive room with free 24 hours of Internet, great bathroom and very comfortable bed.

Good breakfast, nice hotel with lovely staff. Calm environment suitable for the whole family or for a business trip. Close to all sorts of transportation.

This hotel gave us a clean comfortable convenient place to stay and enjoy the city. Close and walking distance to the train station, the underground, good Indian food on Drummond Street and the British Museum. I'll stay there again.

I needed a night close to St Pancras to take the train the next morning. It was for business and I didn't use the restaurant or the surroundings. I had room service which was disappointing. The menu was not up to the standards of the hotel, and the quality wasn't very high either. Pretty dull meal.

The hotel staff were very helpfull,the food at the restaurant was excellent ,can't find any thing wrong with this hotel. Close to the railway station/subway would go back again anytime.

The hotel was very convenient for catching the Eurostar and an early start. Great views too. The room was comfortable and the hotel staff seemed friendly for this type of hotel., where people are mainly passing through. The only real criticism we had was the bed was really soft.

I used to live there 2 years ago and it gives me a good impresssion and that is why I choose novotel St Pancras again this time. However I were given a very very small room with Water supply problem initially. I hate it ! Really hate it ! How come the room is very small ! As I have to stay 5 nights there. Great hotel. Very comfortable. We stayed in the business suite on the top floor and loved it. Close to the King's cross metro/train station. Great service as well. We enjoyed our stay.

Nicely appointed, modern hotel. Though no free wifi. Right beside Kings Cross/St Pancras so perfect for Eurostar and public transport. To expensive, should not have to pay for wifi. Beds were too soft. Only reason to stay here is it is close to St Pancras where the eurostar leaves for Paris. A very steep price to pay though! Will look for other hotel next time.

Excellent choice for 2 day visit to London before on way to Paris via Eurostar.

A really great hotel for the classic London city break. Conveniently located for St. Pancras departures to France,the tube with its inter connections with many underground lines and Euston. Have stayed art this hotel several times,and have been very happy with it.However our last stay in room 610,whilst the room was fine in most respects,there was a total lack of any real drawer space,which would make that room unsuitable for a long stay.
