We paid a very good price through Hotels.com. Based on that a very good experience. Breakfast very weel , but there was a 15 min waiting to be seated. For a 4-star hotel in London, I would have expected to be able to leave luggage a few hours on departing with a late flight. Ett mycket bra hotell på alla sätt, bra läge både centralt men även nära Kings Cross som är en knutpunkt för tunnelbanan, fantastisk frukost i en mycket trevlig restaurang, jättetrevlig och hjälpsam personal, fina rum till humant pris. Det enda negativa var en krånglande luftkonditionering, för varmt i rummet.

Utmärkt hotell som ligger bra till och med fantastisk frukost! Definitivt värt pengarna! Ligger vid en stor gata med mycket trafik som kan upplevas störande!

Vi trivdes jättebra på Pullman. Suverän service, bra personal och härlig frukost. Hotellet ligger bredvid British Library, gångavstånd till British Museum och några minuter från King's Cross station. Rekommenderas varmt.

Jag hade bott på det här hotellet ett par år tidigare, innan de bytte ägare och då var det mycket bra. Nu var det ren lyx! Personalen var hjälpsam och vänlig (kanske lite i överkant när man är ovan), rummen väl tilltagna och rena. Smolket i bägaren var att det var mycket svårt att ställa in luftkonditioneringen så rummet blev ibland lite väl varmt. […] När de renoverade hotellet tog de bort de flesta badkaren så den som vill sänka ner sin trötta lekamen i varmvatten efter en lång dag på stan gör bäst i att lägga in ett önskemål om det redan i bokningen. Hotellrestaurangen var helt suverän. Jag kan varmt rekommendera det här hotellet för Londonresenärer. Det ligger ca 300 m från Kings Cross (nästa alla t-banelinjer) och St Pancras (tåg). Läs mer

Inget att anmärka på. Hela sällskapet var nöjda, Renoverat sommaren -12 och det märks verkligen. Frukostbuffén rekommenderas varmt!

Fint och designat hotell. Frukosten var vansinnigt bra och fräsch. Servicen kanske "för" bra. Man kunde inte lämna bordet (för att kanske hämta en brödbit till) så var tallriken borta. De ville man skulle lämna kreditkortsnummer i receptionen för att kunna sätta upp eventuella tillägg på rummet (baren, middag etc). För detta skulle de ha en avgift. […] Har aldrig hört talas om detta. Det handlar inte om pengarna det handlar om principen. Ett trevligt hotell i trevligt område. Bra service. Det enda minuset var att aircondition väsnades för mycket och den var nödvändig på grund av mycket trafikbuller från gatan

Mycket bra hotell med frukostbuffé som var nästan lika bra som på svenska hotell. Luftkonditioneringen väsnades ganska mycket. Trots nära högtrafikerad gata så var det i övrigt ganska tyst på rummet. Trevlig personal som gav oss ett litet frukostpaket när vi var tvungna att lämna hotellet tidigt vid hemfärd. Tyvärr tog detta lite lång tid då vi inte […] hade bett om det i förväg, en service vi inte visste om att den fanns. Nära Kings Cross station där man lätt tar sig överallt i London. Brukar bo på detta hotell genom arbetet. Stannade för första gången kvar fredag till lördag vilket var en smärre katastrof. Hölls vaken av högljuda rumsgrannar HELA natten, delvis beroende på dåligt isolerade väggar men givetsvis också på misskötasamma grannar. Kommer inte boka detta hotell igen.

The location is great if you need a train from St Pancras/Kings Cross, or a book from the British Library. Beyond that this is a location on the edge of the central London. But near to the tube at Kings Cross so not remote by any stretch of the imagination. The hotel is in good shape, comfortable and well looked after. The French staff were courteous […] and helpful. Needed to stay somewhere close to Euston Road - this did the job! Room was beautifully presented and spotless. Was no street noise at all which is amazing given the location. Breakfast was delicious. Staff were helpful and very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

By London standards, our one night stay at the Pullman was comfortable with good bed and nicely sized bathroom. Location was perfect for catching an early morning departure on the Eurostar. Tube access at King's Cross is great for easily getting to all key London locations. Immediate neighborhood lacked charm and character that we have found at other […] London locations. The location of the hotel is fantastic, just 5-10 minutes walk from 3 tube/train stations. There are coffee shops and other places for a quick snack or meal near by. While on a main road, it was not too busy or loud. On arrival we were greeted by friendly helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. Everything about the hotel was perfect for us, food, atmosphere and the rooms were better than expected. The location is great for access to all of the London attractions.

Style over comfort. Bad lighting and no decent shaving mirror in bathroom. Also no mirror in bedroom to use to dry hair or for my wife to use for make up. Bed was comfortable but room was lacking.

The hotel is modern and conveniently located close to Euston and Kings Cross/St Pancras. We had a nice big room with a king size bed that was so large my wife and I slept in different postcodes. In London on business, needed to leave London early the next morning so decided to stay at a hotel near to Kings Cross. On a lowish budget but found a great rate through Hotels.com for this Pullman 4* hotel. It was perfectly situated to be able to walk to the hotel from the station (I don't do walking!) and of course, easy walk back to Kings Cross next […] morning. The Hotels very modern and spacious with a high tech check in. Plenty of reservation staff to welcome you and no waiting. One thing to note, after asking directions from reservations staff, they asked if we would like a mini cab calling, 'yes please', as we sat and waiting I said to my colleague I hope this isn't a limousine service which will cost a fortune. Well it turned out to be a private driver, Mercedes, lovely, however it cost more than double the normal rate, the black cab back to the hotel was less than half the amount. I mentioned this to the reservations team and said it was fine however we should have been told it would cost more than double and let it be our choice. They apologised and gave us drinks vouchers for wine or coffee...ok apology accepted. We would stay again. The rooms were comfortable, if minimalist and economic with the mirrors (one full length one only on the outside of the wardrobe door and one in the bathroom - no dressing table mirror).
