Good central location. Fresh, newly renovated and modern interiors. Service was polite but i hardly needed any help with anything so hard to judge. The continental breakfast was simple but high quality and the breakfastbroom has a pleasant atmosphere that feels more like a cafe than a hotel dining room. Wifi worked well but limited to 1 device. A nice touch that it was included in the rate (as was breakfast). I asked for a room on a higher floor and was put on 15, the top floor. Small windows, maybe because of the nature of the old building. Good modern tv, etc, with lots of channels. Spacious bathroom and decent shower (took a minute or 2 forbhotbwater to arrive). Comfortable bed and a practical desk with lots of power sockets. Have stayed in nine zero previously. I would rank them similarly with Ames posibly edging it though not everyone will like the minimalist style and approach.

There's really nothing to complain about; a very nice hotel. I've stayed here a couple of times and it has been consistently good, from the friendly front desk staff to the bed quality. Oh, the soap smells to much, but that's about it.

"Close to shopping mall"

For the price, this was a great hotel and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Water pressure in the shower was amazing and tons of hot water.Verifierad gästrecension
"Fancier but grungier"
Most of the Red Roof Inns I've stayed in have outside corridors and a sort of glorified Motor Lodge feel. This was much more like a hotel, with inside hallways and elevators and a real lobby. But the floors in the room weren't that clean, and the TV channels were extremely limited. It was fine for one night, but this wasn't their best location.Verifierad gästrecension

Staff was wonderful but the lobby and elevator were dirty, the coffee was empty at 8:30am and still empty when we left at 10:30 and the worst thing is that there was no hot water. The heater unit in my room could not be turned off. When I turned the temperature all the way down, the fan still cycled up during the night and woke me up. Maintenance looked at it and really didn't understand what the 'stop' position on the dial was meant to do. I did ask the front desk for a new room for my 2nd night, but then had to move all my […] stuff. I still wonder if room 216 has a bad control knob on its heater. "Nothing Special"
Most of the public areas of the hotel were dirty and in some form of disrepair. The room was satisfactory, wish there had been a mini-fridge (but apparently that's only in specific types of rooms). "It works"
We recently stayed here because we were displaced by the recent snow event and we were one of thousands left without heat or electricity. Fortunate for us we found shelter at this hotel. Our overall feelings for this place rests solely on the staff and how helpful they were given the enormity of the situation with mass bookings, checking and checkouts. […] They wre courteous and extremely helpful. The king suite was perfect for our family and was very roomy. Having a mini fridge and microwave was an added perk given our circumstances. "to travel to Boston the right choice!"

"cheap & convenient if going to fball game"
the hotel is nothing fancy, it gives you the basics and most importantly was clean. we were in town for the AFC championship game and for the price and location, it was worth it. it was about 15 min away from the stadium. however, there's not much in the surrounding area and everything closes VERY early.Verifierad gästrecension från Expedia
