Måste säga att hotellvistelsen Var över all förväntan. Super trevlig personal, rent och fräscht hotell. Och en väldigt trevlig Frukostbuffe. Hotellet ligger väldigt nära en Metro som tar dig rätt in till centrum för härlig shopping och sevärdigheter. Rekommenderar varmt detta hotell.

Superb service Corinthia fixed everything what we asked for. We got rooms with connecting door, room service, garage, fitness room, wonderful view over Lisboa etc.

This hotel would be perfect if free wifi was included.The hotel has a outstanding breakfast and is only 5 minutes from citycenter with the metro.Metro is just beside the hotel and takes 1 minut to walk to.The price for the room is also low so if free wifi was included this hotel would always be fullbooked.

Jättebra med god service. Hissystemet var lite underdimensionerat vilket ledde till en del väntan men personalen skötte det fint och visade oss servicehissen som alternativ.

Corinthia Hotels is close to a subwaystation on the blue line. Seven stops to the south and you´re in the city centre, three stops to the north and you´re at footbal stadium Luz (Benfica) as well the Colombo shopping mall. We got a great deal for Corinthia and the hotel was really, really good: excellent breakfast buffet (they even make you waffles), […] art exhibition inside and a decent pool. Best of all were the friendliness of the staff. I have never ever experienced such a thing. They treated us like we belonged to their family! The only form of criticism that I/we can put forward is the fact that there is no free WiFi. You have to pay for this. Location: 35/40 min walk away from Marques Pombal, nearest metro stop 15 min walk away. Staff we found to be pretty snobby, rude and arrogant unless you spend a fortune buying their extra facilities, spa treatments etc or are over 50 years old and prime meat for being fleeced and sold expensive tat, or are a businessman/woman then you'll probably be […] treated better. would NOT recommend this hotel. good customer service costs nothing and sadly this hotel is very poor at that. The hotel is not close to the city center. You need a cab or metro ride. The hop-on hop-off tour bus however stops right behind the hotel. The surroundings are not great and if you need to catch a late night bite, you wont find a good place close by. The hotel is not grand or luxurious by any means. Although out of the city centre the hotel was close to a major rail and underground station. I stayed in executive room which was as expected. The executive lounge had good nibbles and drinks available all day, plus a wider selection of food at night for a good snack or even a minor meal! Good spa and pool with wide range of facilities.

This hotel was great from the time we checked in until we checked out. the neighborhood was great with so many restaurants to choose from and very close for the city Hop on Hop off double decker bus. We didn't order any room service because we felt the prices were a little high, but I'm sure for this hotel it was standard. Fantastic hotel with a great restaurant. Views from my 18th floor room were amazing and I was able to take lots of pictures. Doorman very helpful organising taxis for me and the hotel restaurant was very good with very pleasant staff

All hotel staff were very friendly and professional. It was so surprising that all staff spoke English without hesitation. The metro is nearby and convenient for downtown shopping. The hotel is not in a main central location and does not have a lot of commercial shops around, however it is 1 minute away from a main metro and is a 3 minute walk away from the zoo. The hotel is clean and contemporary with helpful staff. Rooms are clean and spacious with a sleek bathroom. The spa rooms are amazing and the jacuzzi is well worth checking […] out. There is a nice bar lounge on the ground floor, which serve lovely freshly made meals and the breakfast buffet was well worth the money. The staff changed our rooms without regard to the rate we paid to Expedia, we were supposed to get to adjacent deluxe rooms with double beds. The staff changed it to one standard room connected to another standard room with two singles. We we too tired to make a deal out of it a connected rooms worked better for us. Nice hotel, few restaurants close by, The pool area very nice for kids, but you need to wear a cap. If u want to go to the spa €20 for 2hrs. For the kids there is a Zoo only 10min walk, very nice for a family off four it was €73 tigers come up so close.

Would highly recommend staying at the Corinthia if you are going to Lisbon for a sight-seeing trip. It has great facilities and you should seriously consider upgrading to an Executive Class room as you then get access to the Executive Club Lounge on the 24th floor. Very nice to be able to go grab a complimentary coffee or a glass of wine and a nibble […] before you go out for dinner... You can also have your breakfast there in relative peace and quiet away from the main restaurant on the ground floor. It's 2mins walk from the metro so very easy to get into town. Good standard hotel that provided excellent base for long weekend visit to Lisbon in early February 2013. Within 15 to 20 minutes taxi ride from airport, 10 minutes walk to "hop on hop off" bus stop (HOHO Blue Route No 7) and within 5 minutes walk to local shops (chemist, local 7/11, and smaller restaurants). A little distant from the tourist centre […] attractions but using the HOHO bus reduced this problem to a minor inconveniene. Hotel bar very accomodating but as with all hotel bars on the pricy side. Tipico restaurant (in hotel) fixed 3 course menus very attractive price and exceptional standards of service - ask for Paolo. Hot and cold breakfast buffet very good value, lots of choice and excellent standard. Staff expert in their attention to detail and language skills - including front of house, room service, chambermaids and house-keeping. And for those of us who smoke they do have smoking rooms !!!! Five-star service. Pleasant, kind and helpful staff creates great atmosphere. Lobby, spa, gym and pool area are modernly designed, however just design (not amenities) of standard rooms appears bit dated. Indoor pool could be warmer in winter.

Ou 5 night stay at the Corinthia Hotel in Lisbon was great! All staff were extremelly friendly and helpful when we needed something in special. We have breakfast one morning only and it was spectacular, great variety and quality - just delicious! We decided not to have breakfast at the hotel everyday as you eat so much, you won't feel hungry again until […] late in the afternoon and will end up missing all the other delicious stuuf available in the town centre. Location wise, this hotel is also great as it's a stone throw to the tube and overground station with a quick hourney to town - very handy! We used the pool on 2 nights and all the Spa area is great and staff friendly. The only thing that I didn't really like about the hotel is their environment policy. There is one of those usual notes in the bathroom asking to re-use towels and if you need them washed, to leave them on the floor. We didn't really need all our towels washed every single day so we kept them hanging in the available racks. Even though we didn't leave them on the floor, we noticed they had been changed every single day, which goes completely against the environment friendly policy they advertise - I'm a sustainability consultant and was really not impressed by this atitude of the hotel and mislead the customers to believe they are doing their bit for the environment. Hotel is great and I highly recommend it, but they should stick to their environmental policy or abolish the notes in the toilets altogether. Läs mer

You have to try the spa its an incredible assortment of hot tubs, sauna, steam,water jets ,pools and all manner of showers . An hour in the spa is totally invigorating and relaxing . Generally excellent - high standard hotel, excellent breakfast with very wide selection of food. Bedrooms a good size, comfortable, decent range of accessories in the bathroom. The only slight downside is that its a 15 minute Metro ride from the centre of Lisbon, however this does make it easily accessible to the airport

Expect one employee at the reception called Sonia all the rest of the employess were more than kind, pleasant and proffessional. The Spa is a small diamond. The breakfast was amazing. The hotel in not a walking distance from the centre of the city but there is always a taxi outside and it takes no more than 5 minutes and around 9 euros

Amazing hotel, gorgeous rooms, wonderful staff everyone was so friendly, I loved it and would go back in a heartbeat. We had a lovely time, the hotel was spotless, the bed was huge! Breakfast was super with a very wide choice. The hotel is near Lisbon Zoo which we loved, the dolphins are unreal. The metro is around the corner so you can travel anywhere you fancy and its very cheap, we got a €5 ticket which lasts 24 hours and we hopped on and off all day.

My only complaint was that my son of 11 could not access the steam room etc at any time with me which was a bit annoying. I think he is able enough to accompany me and enjoys it too.
