Jag har bott på många hotell men för detta saknar jag nästan ord! Men, för att så många som möjligt ska få chansen att bo här ska jag göra ett försök! Jag bodde här i 3 nätter i början av februari 2013. Det började med ett varmt mottagande redan utanför hotellet där väskorna i snabb fart försvann upp till rummet. Därefter följde en privat rundtur genom hotellet, för att bekanta sig det och för att få veta vad som fanns för ditt välmående. Rummet var oklanderligt med den utsikt över Eiffeltornet jag alltid velat ha! Hela hotellet har en atmosfär av lugn och skönhet där man känner sig "hemma". Personalen är gränslös i sin förmåga och vilja att tillmötesgå minsta önskan. Tala om serviceminded UTAN falska leeden! Där har vi verkligen de som ger service ett ansikte när service är som bäst! Det var nästan för bra för att vara sant! Visst, det kostar en slant att bo där men OM du en gång i livet ska kosta på dig ett lyxhotell i Paris - välj detta!! Du kommer inte att ångra dig! Det är HELT UNDERBART! Kontakta gärna hotellet innan du åker dit om du har speciella önskemål som exvis om utsikt mot Eiffeltornet. Alla talar mycket god engelska och kommer att göra sitt bästa för just DIG! Jag kommer att återvända!

Bra bemötande av personal som alla talade engelska, bra frukost fanns en hel del att välja mellan. Nära till tunnelbana som tog dig i princip över hela Paris. Promand avstånd från Notre Dame, ca 20 min nära till bra bargata längs San Sebastepol. Vi är mycket nöjda med vårt besök :)

Detta är ett distrikt fyllt av underhållning, statliga institutioner och grönområden, och sträcker sig längs den högra stranden. Nattlivet frodas runt Place de la Bastille där du också hittar operan med samma namn, en av de två som utgör Opéra National de Paris. I Parc de Bercy ligger en stor idrottsplats och ett fritidscenter. Bortom Périphérique, ligger Paris största park Bois de Vincennes, där du kan åka båt på sjön och gå på zoo. Du tar dig lätt till området med pendeltrafiken och från Gare de Lyon.

"Very good and cheap hotel"
Pros: Clean and nice room. The subway station is literally outside the entrance. Supermarket (Monoprix) just across the street. Lots of patisseries if you won't eat hotel breakfast. Safe and non-tourist neighborhood. The staff was very helpful and spoke good English. Big market on fridays. Good airport shuttle service to CDG. Great value for your money. […] Cheap! Cons: Small room. Our toilet-room was noisy. The man that everybody wrote about, it's true, he is quite rude, but just ignore him. No wifi in the room, only in the lobby. The hotel is easy to find, but it is not very close to the Lyon station. The room was very small, and it was very noisy in the night, it was difficult to sleep, which I think it was no worth to pay such amount of money. However the staff was quite helpful.Verifierad gästrecension
The hotel is very conveniently located, it is very close to a metro station (less than 50 meters). This is really helpful in case you plan to explore Paris on your own. The size of the room is very small, and that is a little inconvenient. But overall, value for money.Verifierad gästrecension

"Awful"
Don't stay here! The staff were rude and offered us basically no assistance. We weren't even told there was a breakfast available until we checked out. The beds are awful (pillows are thin and offer no support, mattresses are worn through to the springs) and our room was hardly satisactory in cleanliness, we came back after a day out when our room had […] supposedly been cleaned to find what looked like urine on the toilet and floor. Rooms have no tea & coffee making facilities, are tiny and cramped (even for one person) and the 'free wifi' doesn't work once you get on level 7 apparently. Location was fantastic being right across from the underground and near plenty of food and shopping but that was literally the ONLY positive, the hotel itself was horrendous! "Poor air con lets hotel down on a warm day"

The hotel is conveniently located beside a Metro stop and within walking distance of the Gare de Lyon. There weren't very many restaurants conveniently close. The rooms were very small but clean. "Bercy - Oh La Laa ..."
I can really recommend The Pavillion Bercy Gare De Lyon Hotel. We stayed for four nights and we were pleasently surprised of the comfort level of the room and the hotel in generel. The daily cleaning of the room was brilliant too. The price level was quite low for a double room and the room on the 5th floor had a nice view over Paris and over the small […] square by the hotel. And it had a small tv and a bathtub :) The hotel is seriously 25 meters from the metro station Dugommier so you can be at the vibrant Bastille Square in 10 minutes by metro. The Bercy area is also close to the wonderful Marais neighbourhood and the Oberkampf area. So don't worry about the location. There's also a lovely bakery/boulangerie 50 meters from the hotel. The only downside was that we were not informed about the fact that we had to pay a small city tax of a couple of euros when we checked out of the hotel. "Dreary art deco"
Adequate, unexceptional - even a bit dreary. No soap or shampoo in the bathroom and I had to ask for it twice before it appeared. Its claims to be an Art Deco hotel are distinctly over-rated! Room was a bit small, but to be expected in Paris. Room was very clean, including bathroom. Balcony had reasonable view. No tea or coffee making facilities in room, but breakfast hours were fairly long, so no real problems with that. Bathroom was very clean and well stocked. Very good shower. "Pavillion Bercy Gare de Lyon - great location!"
I booked this hotel for its proximity to the Palais Omnisports, where I was attending an event. It's a 5 minute walk, or 1 Metro stop, to the arena. But the Metro station right outside the hotel doors ensured that the whole city is at your disposal! The area is more of a neighborhood than a big tourist destination, and that suited me just fine. Wifi […] is free but only available in the lobby - the lobby is very small but I was always able to grab a spot. Room was small but very comfortable - beds were nice and firm. No clock, which was strange. When I first arrived, the room smelled of a strange room deodorizor, but fortunately they did not use that during my stay. "Not what I expected"
This hotel describes itself as close to Gare de Lyon - in fact it is close to Dugommier Metro Station which is great if you do not have luggage and fancy changing the Metro Line at least once from any of the Central points in Paris. "Pavillon Bercy Gare de Lyon - off the beaten track"
The staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Accommodations were nice, and like any other in Europe, small. The bathroom amenities were very nice except it was difficult to get 2 towels for 2 people staying in a 2 twin bed room. Breakfast was extra but a good service and convenient. The location, although not in the heart of the city, was literally on […] the same corner as a metro station that got us easily to anywhere we wanted to be. The only hitch during the stay was the AC wasn't working properly and we did not realize it until after we checked out. Overall, for rate, location, and service this is a good choice. "Worst Hotel Experience in Paris"
This hotel seems to be selling rooms via Expedia, only to sell them again to higher paying guests, sending the Expedia clients to other, cheaper hotels. Other reviews say much the same thing, and I was almost expecting it before we arrived. For us, their excuse was that there was an electrical fault and my room was unavailable. They sent us further […] out of town to another hotel from the same chain - but minus a star or two. We refused to stay in that hotel at all, as the room was terrible, there were plumbing problems, and the room had just one bed - we had reserved two separate beds. We ended up going to another hotel well outside the city. So it took three cab rides (plus a long ride back the next morning to catch a train), lots of arguing, and plenty of anxiety to finally get a room for the night. "A bad hotel"

This hotel was just a few blocks walk from the Gare de Lyon and it had a lovely little balcony. The room was clean and the bathroom modern. The room was small and simple but was clean and well maintained. The hotel is not near much but the neighborhood is nice and there is a subway stop literally right outside the door. "Wireless problems"
Since I was in Paris to do business, my main problem was that the free wireless service does not work on the upper floors of the hotel. The staff found me a room on the first floor, but that room did not have a telephone for some reason, requiring another room change. Beyond that, it was fine. The hotel needs to invest in the wireless infrastructure […] so it extends to floors 3-8. I did get excellent response from the front desk staffer. This hotel is right next to the Dugommier metro station which made it so convenient to get around the city. It is located in a nice walking neighbourhood with quite a number of shops,restaurants and several grocery stores. The people working at the front desk were very helpful and could book a return shuttle to the airport as well as any number of different attraction tickets. I recommend highly the Pavillon Bercy Gare de Lyon Hotel. It was clean, comfortable, and the staff were impeccable in their service and manner. It's right next to Dugommier metro station, which is very convenient. Don't be fooled into thinking it is right next to Paris Gare de Lyon, however, as we were initially. ""Convenience is Essential""
We were tired after our train ride and found the Hotel Pavillon to be so near the train station and also near the Metro. How great, because getting around Paris by Metro is so much fun! "Not bad, small room, front desk a let down"
Our check-in went well and the front deskman was friendly. Unfortunately it was the last time we saw him. The room was very small but clean which is all you can ask for I guess for a cheap room in Paris. Very good location as a metro station is only 20m from the front door. Housekeeping was good. The other front door persons, mainly the male ones, were […] very unhelpful when we asked them to do things for us like confirm a rental car booking. And that was even with one of us asking who speaks fluent Canadian French. Would stay again for price and ease of getting around, but certainly look around for something a little nicer and bigger. The room and toilet was nice, clean and well organized. Also had a nice balcony to get the Paris City view. Just next to metro station, very good location. But breakfast was very ordinary, not to the standard of the hotel. But more frustrating was internet. I understand that the hotel management lies about interent.
