The Belfast Hilton is newer, very well appointed and within walking distance of most attractions and restaurants. Where the hotel excels is with respect to customer service. We were provided a superb room on the executive floor over a weekend. Our final three days of vacation were made very special. "Lovely upgrade - nothing to read!"
Had a fantastic welcome from Heather at reception and upgrade to the club rooms on the top floor. Friendly staff, great rooms, well furnished with a fab view over the city and Titanic Quarter. Only complaint is that there was not one complimentary Sunday paper to read in the whole hotel!!! "Central hotel, well priced and ticks all boxes"

"Fabulous hotel"
Fabulous hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room on the 12th floor with a great view, bathrobe and slippers provided. 5 star breakfast served in a dining room with a view. I booked this hotel for me and my mum and we were both very impressed. The room was very well equipped and spotless. We had a lovely view over the Lagan and H&W. The hotel was great and we enjoyed every part of it, the complementry upgrade was very much appriciated. As we were visiting friends it was central location and easy for all immentities. The room was clean and tidy and even though the bed was made into a double we felt there was no need to change into a twin as there was lots of room, for both of us. "Watch out for the extra charges..."
The hotel itself was nice and the room was very comfortable, etc. We felt Cables bar lacked atmosphere so only stayed for one drink before leaving for another bar in the city centre. The mini bar prices are over the top expensive; a packet of peanuts cost £4.00 which is just ridiculous. "Second stay - as enjoyable as the first"

"Nice hotel let down by bar food."
Extremely comfortable bed; lovely clean room overlooking the river; good TV service; bathroom OK but door sticking (wouldn't close fully). We had dinner in the bar, as the restaurant was completely empty. The battered fish was mushy inside, with a thick heavy batter, and the chips were soggy - a very disappointing meal. "Fab hotel in a great location"
Couldn't have asked for better. Staff really friendly and helpful. Hotel itself in a great location close to city centre and rail/bus stations. Buffet breakfast was first class and we also had our evening meal in the hotel restaurant which we also really enjoyed.Verifierad gästrecension
"Very good value, excellent service"
The hotel was very clean and well maintained, staff were very helpful, particularly the gentleman at check-in who offered to give us help on things to do in the area or booking shows/tours etc. The room was very big and the facilities were excellent. The bed was a little hard and uncomfortable but it did not stop a good sleep in a peaceful room. My […] partner and I felt it would be more practical to provide two 'comfy" chairs rather than the one provided and the desk chair but overall, it was a very comfortable room. The room and bathroom were generally very well kept and clean apart from finding hair from previous guests on some of the furniture. It is in a good location for the Waterfront Hall and St George's Market and a short walk to Victoria Square for shopping and restaurants. We will definitely be staying here again. "Business Visit"
Disappointed to be honest. Bar is closed for a re fit which is fine as it has to be done sometime I suppose, however the hotel web site does suggest a full bar service in the restaurant. Not the case as no draught beers. Not the most important thing but dissapointing when you want to entertain a business client. Fab hotel, perfectly located two minutes from the train station and city center. We were delighted to hear that we were being upgraded to an executive room. Room was beautiful with a big television and comfortable bed. We had a wonderful view of the river langan. Hotel itself is beautiful, there was a good spread at breakfast and the food in the Sonoma […] restaurant was great too (we dined there both nights, which is unlike us). Free wireless in the rooms would be a nice touch, I thought the £15/day surcharge was a lot to pay when your paying a premium price for the hotel to begin with. We got upgraded to exec floor, rooms were pleasing to the eye. I stayed at this hotel a few years back and the standard room I was in had an smoke odour, but in the room I stayed in this time there was nothing, very clean. Couple of gripes, the shower doesn't have a lot of pressure and also our room didn't get serviced until 6pm. The gym was decent, […] had enough machines and weights to have a decent workout.
