Generally a pleasant stay with friendly staff and good standard all round. Parking was extra and expensive for a hotel guest. No concierge service and internet in Lobby was hard to navigate.

We stayed on the top floor which we thought would be quiet unfortunately we were up most of the night with other guests banging on our door, screaming and yelling. Convenient to Square One Mall and the Living Art Center. Comfortable and clean. Friendly and helpfull staff. We would stay here again.

The staff were welcoming and very attentive. We had some difficulty in getting the wifi to work and it was poor and slow. I had read reviews that indicated that there was limited parking which is 12 dollars a night. We had no problem parking and there is also public parking directly opposite at 5 dollars a day. My stay was comfortable. Room clean and spacious. Friendly staff. Food was not to my liking but there are restaurant outside the hotel where u can eat. My only complaint is we had to pay for parking which i think should have been free since we are guest at the hotel.

The room was clean, new, and really comfortable. The only issues we had were first with the internet t.v. that we ordered for $10 but were unable to use as it was too slow. Second, with the bathroom shower door, the water would leak and wet the entire floor. It's nice to have updated bathrooms that are clean and trendy but this one created a mess. I was travel on business regularly and have stayed at the Novotel in Toronto's Distillery District and it is a very nice hotel. Unfortunately this Novotel does not meet the same standards. The room was rundown, the tap in the bathroom was loose and the bed was so lumpy I could barely walk in the morning. our one night was good, although we have to pay a very high price for water .My wife email a request a room one the lower floor. The girl that check us in, after told her of my request , tried to accommodate us in a room on the first floor. The room was not clean, no pillow on the bed. She told my wife the bed is a queen size. the bed was a double. […] i have been to a lot of hotel and i know the queen size bed from a double. Very congested floor space, room NOT cleaned well [stayed there 3 nights], small elevators, tight parking, inadequate coffee supplies, "House Keeping" button on telephone DID get any response and had to call OPERATOR. THE DESK STAFF WAS CERTAINLY FRIENDLY and HELPFUL.

We have requested shower room and early check in. We got the confirmation from hotel.com by email. The hotel denied all the requests. My mom is disable and can't use the bath tub. So disappointed and we had to argue with the reception and even the manger there was so rude. We won't go back again even good location.

Facilities that were very good in the hotel and all the rooms wee well kept and looked clean. Shower was weak and all the facilities has extra costs such as parking and coffee etc.

This hotel needs a total renovation. From the moment you leave the elevator and enter the floors. The lobby is the best part of the hotel. The garage is dirty and NOT maintained to customer satisfaction. The inside of the hotel is a total injustice to the outside or what is displayed on the internet. I requested for an early check-in. I was there at 3 pm. and was not given a room until 4: 20 pm. After an 11 hour trip from Connecticut , I was exhausted and very tired . The clerk , Monique , was on the computer and seemed to be confused and couldn't give me a room even after half an hour of being told that one was available on the 6th floor. Only […] after consulting with Daniel ( maybe a supervisor) was I given one on the 14th floor after I complained that this was no way to treat a customer. It was supposedly an upgrade ( the room was nice and clean ) and to appease me and make up for the delay and inconvenience, my parking fee was waived . The single beds were not as expected. they were mattress on the floor, they were not single bed as we booked. Add to that, they charge a 1$ for each local call we did call without inform us.

Easy to get back and forth to port credit, quiet in room to have afternoon naps, A/C could have worked better and the door was not self closing/locking, when we got back after the maid the second day the room was not locked.

The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and well maintained. We ate in their downstairs, and wait staff was friendly, and food was good that we had. The hotel is ideal as it is close to Square One, and other venues we were looking for. I would stay there again.

The staff was very friendly and the beds were very comfortable. The room was very clean except for the half eaten pizza slice left in the fridge. I would definitely stay in this hotel again. Great location.

Hotel was very nice. Only 2 glitches were tiny room service portions, and having to pay for parking. However, parking was relatively inexpensive when I compared it to other areas hotels. There is nowhere to walk to, so a car is a must. Restaurant food was very good.

Family with 2 teenagers and small dog -everyone was happy I booked this hotel. Pool was bit cold-ish but the gym with basketball net made for it.

Ok. Arrived late in the evening with 3 babies and unable to obtain a fridge for the milk because they did not have staff there. No cribs available. Minimal towels and there was one blanket for 2 beds. Not a great hotel.

There were no sheets on the bed. There was a fitted sheet, but no sheet to pull up over yourself. The bed was not very comfortable.
