It was okay it was not anything diffrent from any other resort. For the money it was not worth it.

the praice was ok. i have three black outs. there was no wi fi working there was a water lic in the bar and batroom. the location does not show on the GPS. I dont know.

This is a motel, with a resort name, no AC or heater, they ran out of several things in restaurant and bar... neighborhood is horrible and for $185 a night, sick.... go somewhere else..

Possibly the worst thing about our whole trip because we paid the extra to make the room all inclusive. Certainly not worth it. As a straight up hotel room it would rate a 2.5/5. It was clean, but the shower had no pressure and the sink faucet was broken. Making it all inclusive was the mistake. We slept thru the breakfast, so tried lunch. Didn't think […] it was possible, but the hot dog ordered was terrible. How do you mess up a hot dog. We didn't try again. Some of the staff were attentive and tried to make up for the rundown condition of the resort, but most were new and in training. I am sure this was the place to be in the 70's when it was built, but has been left without good preventive maintenance for so long, it would be easier to tear it down and rebuild. Läs mer

Based on other reviews I was concerned. However we were pleasantly surprises. The hotel is dated and needs some upgrades to carpets etc. There were limited elevators running. The room was quite clean and the bed was comfortable. the Staff were exceptionally friendly and very service oriented. hate it it was not like in the pictures that was posted by Expedia, i could not find the hotel and when i did it looked like a run down motel from the outside. the staff was horrible. especially the check in counter lady who was extremely rude. you have to pay an extra fee for all inclusive. This hotel was the only one left in the Fort Lauderdale area when our Spirit flight stranded us overnight. Overall, the service was great, but the facility itself left a lot to be desired. It definitely wasn't a resort by my definition. It is clearly an old building, with obvious cracks and stains in the drywall. The tiles in the bathroom were cracked, […] and the water pressure in the shower was almost nonexistent. There was a smear of something on the wall, and I didn't get close enough to see what it was. The cleaning staff weren't great, because when I reported that there was blood on the floor of the second floor lobby, it took them a half hour to respond - and that is a biohazard danger. The morning breakfast buffet didn't have many options, but it was enough to get us on the road. We weren't there for any other meals. Overall, while I am grateful they had a room available, I wouldn't ever stay here again, nor would I recommend it to other travelers. Läs mer

I am a college student who travels very often. This hotel was supposed to be all inclusive when I booked it, than when I got there the man at the front desk told me it wasn't all inclusive that I just paid for the room and charged me an additional $70. When i showed him my reciept he said he would let the manager know. I still have been calling back […] wven after i left and no one returns my calls and the ladys who answer the phone rush me and wont take a message. The bar closes at. 11pm. The bartenders were friendly, however the front of the house staff was rude and not helpful...they couldn't even get me a wine opener as I went to get a bottle of wine since the bars closed so early. The hotel looks like everything was just painted over instead of being fixed. It seemed that there was people living there, and a lot of them. The pool needs updating severely there is broken tiles every where. I would never stay here again, I thought it would be nice to not have to worry about food, but I was sick all weekend. I only ate lunch and pizza and had to go out for the rest of my meals. When you order the food it takes forever. The staff could careless about your experience. Big waste of money and time. I wouldn't stay here again even if it was free. Läs mer

This 'all-inclusive resort' was old and dilapidated!! The air did not work properly, the mattress was hard, old and torn and was not the same size as the box spring. The water had no pressure in the shower. They charged an additional fee per person, once you arrived at the hotel for the 'all inclusive package'. Do not get the all inclusive meal!! It's not worth it. The food is terrible, the drinks were terrible and the service on all aspects was terrible! I have stayed at 5 star resorts for less than we paid for this hotel!!

The hotel was very date (e.g. looks like a 1970's flop house). Decor was dated, bedding was thin, and overall looked shabby. Also, it is noted as 10 miles from the airport, but it is a solid 30 min trip.

I was not impressed with this hotel. It was not clean, not well kept, and not a place I would return. I was stuck because all other hotels in the Coral Springs area were booked solid. Would not stay again at this location.

Overall the hotel was okay for the price. The food was great for the price I just recommend that they have steak sauce and not worchseter sauce as steak sauce. And my toliet did not work in my room so I had to leave house keeping a gift. Also if you plan to take a shower please be careful because the tubs are very weak and it moves every time you take […] a step.
