Good location, clean big and quiet room, OK breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff. Location OK, close to airport and OK to Portland. Extreme value for money - unless you expect 5-star luxary for budget money

Vi stannade två nätter och är jättenöjda, mycket prisvärt. Tryggt gratis garage, varm frukost, pool, fräsha rum,ca 20-30 min med bil från Boston. Personalen var trevlig och korrekt. Rummet vi fick först hade lite dålig intenetteckning vilket jag påpekade varpå vi erbjöds ett annat utan några som helst probem. För priset som vi betalad per natt så är detta hotell det absolut bästa och mest prisvärda boendet vi haft under våran kust til kust resa.

It was fine, although a bit lacking in personality. We will probably look for another place to stay the next time in Maine, although if you don't care about lack-of-personality and meeting people, go here. It was close to "downtown Ogunquit", free wifi in room, VHS to borrow to your room, free breakfast ect, but felt more like a hotel with a reception than a "true" B&B.

"Good Place, A Little Less Updated"
The service and amenities were typical of a Hampton Inn but the updates (bathroom looked a little dingy) were lacking compared to others of the same chain. Regardless it was a comfortable night's sleep right off the interstate with a good free breakfast.Verifierad gästrecension

"Weekend Getaway"

"pleasant, convenient and out of the way"
Considering my purpose for my trip was to go to University of New England, it ended up being a short, easy drive to the school, and worked for me. My wife and I stayed here for a night after spending the day at the Fryeburg Fair. We found the whole hotel to be clean, neat, and very comfortable. The room was quiet and the AC unit was also quiet. Very clean property an easy to find, short time to beaches an water park. only reason not to give 5 stars was a long dark hair in clean white sheet.. but that was maybe from person making bed ..sheets were clean! "Not worth the cost"
This hotel is due for a major upgrade. They ask way too much for the quality of the rooms and although not far from old orchard, it is in the middle of nowhere near the airport. Not worth the money! Spend $20 more and stay at the beach.Verifierad gästrecension

"I would stay away"
Service was very good, but that is the only thing I found positive. Bed & pillows are uncomfortable. Air conditioning wasn't working properly and made noises so bad we had to shut it off. We stayed for one night. The hotel while a few minutes drive from the main attractions was easy to get to from the highway. The room and overall hotel were very clean.
