It was great! The front desk lady the night I arrived was extremely helpful with getting my bags up the stairs and also with getting my internet to work. The connectivity there is very intermittent but the lovely lady showed me the fastest way to reconnect over the course of my stay. Thanks for a nice place to hang my hat.

The hotel was very clean but however you could hear EVERY noise in that building! Everytime someone came in and out of their rooms. You could hear them talking in rooms down the hall and other things. This went on till well after 2 a.m. So for that reason I wouldn't recommend it.

"Great place to stay for an early flight."
All the basic's are covered for a traveler wanting to get in the night before a flight out of Eppley Airfield. Clean, inexpensive, arrangements can be made to park your car for your trip. Shuttle to airport is quick. Breakfast is from 4 AM, hot tub is good size. No fitness room, but near a park.
"Better quality inexpensive motel room"
For a Super 8,this one is superior. It had more amenities than typical, including a small but nice indoor pool and hot tub. We usually stay in 3 and 4 star motels and were plesantly surprised.
I was there for an overnight between flights (without my bags) and the Night manager was very helpful. He went above and beyond to see I was comfortable. Motel was in great / new shape couldn't be better.

Good hotel for the price. Not anything spectacular, but very clean and kept up for a budget. Very good waffles in the morning for breakfast as well.

If your visiting near the town center for business you not only save staying at Super8 it is convenient as many downtown hotels that are twice the price. I am a repeat customer..

"Coming and Going at all hours"
The hotel is very close to the airport and therefore attracts a lot of people that are just crashing for a few hours before catching their next flight. People arrived and left the hotel all night long and we could hear baggage hitting against door frames and doors banging shut behind people as they entered and left their rooms. Other than the noise […] the hotel served its purpose well. I felt that the room had been cleaned as well as any other similarly priced hotel I've stayed in and the amenities where about the same as well. All in all we got our money's worth. Läs mer
"Super Eight Carter Lakes, Nice and Useful"
This hotel is very very convenient to Eppley Field in OMA and in fact has a shuttle. Lots of construction around it. Hotel is not super clean; however, not disgusting, either. Worth a short stay for convenience and a continental breakfast.

Hotel was close to everything we partaked in and was clean and tidy. The pool was nice but way too much chlorine, burned our eyes when entering pool room. The only other complaint was our room window leaked after a violent storm leaving the carpet wet to the bed. Otherwise a great stay and would definitely stay again.

This hotel is very close to the Omaha Airport, that is what it has going for it. It falls way short of other Super 8 properties I have stayed at. "Don't waste your money!!!"
I need to start off by saying I am not the type of person that will bash without a bashing being in order. I have patience, I have understanding but this was a nightmare stay. I have told this same story to a dozen people so far that are still in disbelief. The story starts out like this. We were staying at the hotel for one night as to not have to […] wake up at 4 a.m. to get to the airport from Lincoln, NE. Upon check in, the room was not ready. So we waited and waited. Finally I walked up to the room that was being prepared for us and the maid told us that the toilet had over flowed the night before and she was cleaning it up. I was done waiting! We went to the front desk and asked if this was the only room available, the lady at the counter said no. I then asked why would she make me wait? She said cause that she had that particular room booked for me. O-k! So after getting a new room and key cards the kids wanted to see the pool which was the real reason we said at the Super 8 instead of somewhere else. Well the tack strip below the door which was holding the carpet in place had torn loose and would only allow the door to open about 6 inches. I told the front desk. They had a guy come and ram the door open which ripped the carpet and exposed the nail filled tack strip which would allow alone to cut their foot. The entire night the strip was not covered. Now it was off to our room. Guess what? The key did not work so it was back to the front desk. They told me it was due to the cell phone or other credit cards in my pocket. Hmmmm, no cell in front pocket nor any other credit cards. Then we were off again to the hotel room. Nice, clean, cool and in good order. No complaints there. After dropping off our bags we decided to go to downtown Omaha for dinner. We had a really good meal in the old market and returned so the kids could swim and my wife and myself could enjoy the hot tub. They gave a ride to the airport at 4:15 in the morning, gave a wake -up call and gave our traveling companions a room on the first floor so they didn't have to climb stairs.
"Low Cost but hard to find with construction!"
This was a perfect hotel for what we needed- close to airport for early flight. Breakfast starts a 0400. Front desk staff was SUPER friendly and helpful. Only drawback was that there was a bunch of construction and it was hard to see the entrance- we ended up driving past it and then driving the wrong way up the construction- oops!

We walked into the lobby and found out that the pool was under construction and no one had notified us. We immediately called hotels.com and cancelled the reservation. Also the staff were all smoking right outside the door when we arrived and then decided to eat hot dogs while they helped us. I think they were a bunch of tweakers. "You Get What You Pay For"
I wanted a clean trip for one night and that's exactly what I got. It wasn't the greatest room but it was clean and comfortable enough. And the money I saved was a plus. Be hard to find a better room this close to the airport for this price range. I would stay at the Super 8 again! Do it and pocket the difference. Bless somebody with the money you save! "DO NOT GO THERE!!!"
This hotel was not worth the money we paid. Pool was out of order. No elevator and streets were under construction so was hard to find. Breakfast was not good. Pillows were hard. Bathroom was dirty.Not a good stay at all. Good thing we only were there a short time.

This hotel is very close to Eppley Airfield, which is why we selected it. For an early morning flight, it is perfect. "Perfect for early next-day flights"
This hotel is very close to the Omaha airport and is a fine place to stay overnight before an early flight. The walls are rahter thin (or perhaps I just had loud neighbors!), but overall it was pretty satisfying for my needs.
For an overnight stay this hotel met our needs. it was conveniently located to the airport and provided shuttle service to and from the airport. we were offered and accepted a wake up call but didn't get one. didn't have time to have the continental breakfast.
About what I expected. The room was very warm when I arrived so had to turn on the air (in December) so that it was comfortable. Wall are a little thin so I heard the neighbors at night when they were snori9ng but what do you expect. Nice that they had breakfast already out at 4:45 in the morning so I could have something to eat before heading to the […] airport. The road that hotel was on was being repaired or expanded (couldn't really tell in the dark) so that was a bit rough. Ok for overnight stay and going to airport in morning.. "A great place to stay"
The hotel is quiet and super clean. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I stayed on the 2nd floor the first time and found no noise at all. The pool and hot tub were very clean, well maintained.

"super 8 - close to the event we were attending."
It was inexpensive and the location was very convienant for the event we attended at the anchor inn. The room was clean, and was better than we expected. Would recommend it for someone just looking for a place to stay. Nothing over the top, just a nice place to stay for a night.

"Cheap"
I feel the hotel was extremely cheap with their breakast. All they had was bagels, toast, and cereal. Also if you need a place to stay by the airport its perfect but otherwise there is nothing around it to do. Also when asking hotel staff what there was to do or good places to eat they couldn't even help and they live there!
Don't rely on the hotel's Wireless Internet -- the signal is so weak, they might as well not even have it.

This hotel was minutes from the Omaha airport. It is a budget motel but was clean, employees were friendly and helpful. There was a computer in the lobby available for use and and a continental breakfast included.
