Ett mycket bra hotell att välja för den som vill bo i Vancouver och ha ett kök. Läget är 5 min från downtown. Detta lär vara det mest prisvärda hotellet i downtown - Vancouver!

We stayed at this place the night before an early flight from Vancouver Airport. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room/beds. Delicious breakfast! The only thing (that really had nothing to do with the hotel itself) was that there is a little bit of unpaved (not for cars but for pedestrians) road to walk on from/to the hotel and the metrostation that will take you to the airport (which can be tricky in the middle of the night if you have more than one bag). I/we would definitely stay here again if needed it.

"Grand Anniversary"
From the time you enter the front doors, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. We were greeted promptly and professionally. The bell staff brought our bags to our suite which had a spectacular view of the mountains and downtown Vancouver. The Signature Lounge was well stocked, friendly staff and the food was wonderful. We enjoyed our stay at the Delta. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and we had a great sleep. We did not take advantage of any of the hotels amenities as this was a very quick trip but we would definitely stay here again and explore more of what the hotel has to offer. My only recommendation would be the availability of paper/plastic […] cups/mugs for water and coffee. I prefer a drinking vessel that I know is sanitary. Just a thought. The hotel staff at check-in were very friendly and gave advice on places for dinner. The room was very clean and quiet. The hotel is situated right near the freeway for easy access to Vancouver or wherever you need to get to. arrived late to find the restaurant was close (10:05 pm) they sent us to one of the bars in the casino. food was just ok. the casino was not very giving so when back to the room. the air conditioner was very noisy and was shut off. try to sleep with the window open but could not (the freeway traffic was too loud) I remember asking the lady at the front […] desk not to give me a room facing the freeway. the room was very comfortable just noisy. Our stay was fantastic. The hotel guest services were amazing. The hotel clerk gave crayons and coloring to our friend's child (who were also staying at the hotel) and even a coupon for free "room service" milk and cookies for him. He was ecstatic. The only complaint I would have is the restaurant where breakfast is served - my spouse went to purchase […] us breakfast "to go" and was not even permitted to have a coffee while he waited. He was told to "go to the starbucks". The quality of the $35 dollar breakfast we purchased was not the greatest either - my "belgian" waffle was a pile of dough with overly sweet syrup and a dollop of whipped cream. Not the ideal breakfast, especially at $14 a waffle. Overall, the stay was amazing, rooms were amazing and I would definitely come back(might just avoid the restaurant though!) I am glad you enjoyed your stay but am sorry if you were mislead by our food options. EBO Restaurant serves Pacific Northwest Cuisine and EBO Lounge serves a variety of well known lounge favourites. We do also have two restaurants that are not a part of the hotel but are connected to the hotel. Grand Dynasty does serve Chinese cuisine while G-Be Izakaya offers Japanese Cuisine. Offerings in the Grand Villa Casino can also be an option for our guests and they are currently undergoing a multi million dollar renovation of their spaces. I hope we will have the opportunity to welcome you back again in the future and that you will be able to try one of our many offerings.

The staff at the front desk were great, even thinking to offer to print directions to our destinations. Service at the restaurant was great as well. Only downside was there was no wireless connections for internet, but to plug in was free. "Good but not very central"
We had a room with two queen beds, but only one chair. There was a small chair at the desk. The hotel is a bit out of the way, if you have a car it would be ok, but the shopping was a 10 min. taxi ride. The sky train also. The bus was fairly close, but when we were there it was raining a great deal of the time. The entertainment was a 24/7 casino, […] which is ok if you want to gamble. Again movies etc were 10 mins car ride. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food in the casino was less expensive than in the hotel, and of course not quite so good. "Construction noise ruined sleep but staff are nice"
I stayed here for two nights in October 2012 on a business trip. Note that the hotel is right beside a freeway which is undergoing significant road works including the rebuilding of a major interchange and the work continues through the night. I was woken up by construction noise many times on both nights ruining any chance of a good night's sleep: […] the beeping of trucks in reverse gear and scraping of concrete by construction vehicles were impossible to ignore. Aside from this hopefully temporary noise issue, the hotel is beginning to show its age. The bed was too soft and creaky. Towels on the thin side. The heating/air conditioning unit is really loud. On the positive side, the staff throughout the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly: check-in staff were especially nice as were the restaurant staff. Room price is too high for value received. No wi if in rooms, $17 to park, expensive restaurant, mediocre service. Construction noise near the hotel was very loud starting before 7am! "Rockwell Business Meeting"
Was very impressed with the accomodations although the heating/cooling unit was a little noisy at times but I shut off the fan at night. I would definately stay here againVerifierad gästrecension

We have ice machines on alternating floors of the hotel with soft drink machines on the other floors. Of course we would be happy at any time to bring some up to our guests if they prefer.
