Litet rum, annars var allt bra med hotellet. Frukost kostade 21 euro/person. Vilket vi tyckte var lite för dyrt, men det finns caféer i närheten där man kan köpa betydligt billigare frukost. Tänk på att alla klädaffärer är stängda på söndagar, det var endast caféer och restauranger öppna under söndagar.

Competent and friendly service!

I have stayed at 5 or 6 hotels in the area over the last several years, but this was my first stay at this hotel. I wish I had found it sooner. I will be staying here from now on. Location is great, room is clean and nice, price is right. Overall value is great especially for business.

Very handy for the train station and subway. Within easy walking distance of the main areas of Munich - Karl’s, Marienplatz and the shopping centres. Nice hotel with clean, modern rooms and friendly staff. Ask for a room on the higher floors for good views of the city. Hotel bar seems to be closed more than it's open and the staff disappear for periods […] of time, but there are plenty of other places nearby to get a drink or coffee. Location next to station perfect if you have an early train. Standard anonomous business hotel, but with problems: 1. Double room very small, virtually impossible for 2 people to move about. Only one full towel provided (despite 2 beds). Quite warm room, even in winter. 2. Insufficient hot water. Stayed 4 nights, not one hot shower. Lukewarm trickle […] at best. 3. "Free" WiFi in lobby is a sham. Takes 5 mins to download a simple page. They want you to pay for WiFi in your room, which works better but still quite slow. You aparently need to buy their deluxe (expensive) WiFi to have normal internet service. Läs mer

this hotel is very convenient and near the hbf.. although beside is already casino and some sexy bar.. very clean, new and modern.. though we had to move coz we found a cheaper hotel for the second night, this hotel is cheaper if u booked through hotels.com

The hotel was conveniently located, close to ALL means of public transport and within walking distance of Karl’s- and Marienplatz. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was very helpful. Only negative to me was no tea/coffee facilities in the rooms or anywhere else in the hotel. Well positioned by the main train station with a easy walk into the center of Munich. Rooms were comfortable and good value. I would happily stay here on my next business visit to Munich.

Friendly Reception and nice rooms with good viem (high up levels) over central Munich. Very close to Hauptbahnhof. Negative is no breakfest included and it cost 21 euro extra per person which is a bit high for me...

This NH hotel is more Ibis than NH. I paid for a Deluxe room and got a utilitarian room. I doubt that the soap dispenser in the bathroom was the Deluxe soap dispenser. The room was all white with Ikea looking furniture. The pillows were yellow and crumbling. The bed was old and lop sided. The towels were thin and cheap. I asked the front desk what makes […] this a Deluxe room and was told that it was because it has the internet. The only reason to stay at this hotel is because you want to be across the street from the train station. On the street level in front of the hotel is a Casino and sex club. Stayed here for 3 nights on a short city break. Hotel is literally 20 yards from the central station and a 10-15 min walk from the main shopping area, or 2 mins on the utterly brilliant underground system. Can't fault the hotel really, and I'm normally very fussy - very friendly and accomodating staff, clean and modern rooms with great views over the […] city from floor 13 where we were staying. My biggest gripe was the comical 21 Euros per person they charge for a breakfast but there is a Coffee Fellows directly opposite where you can get a brilliant fresh bagel, pancake, orange juice and coffee for around 15 Euros per couple so its no big deal. We asked for a nonsmoking room but room did smell like smoke. The front desk was more than happy to move us to a another room & it proved to be perfect. The neighborhood was a little sketchy at night but we never felt unsafe.

Location of the hotel was good, just 20 Meters from Munich central station. We stayed there two nights, the first night was a standard room the next day was deluxe room. Standard room was really small, we did not feel confortable at all, but deluxe room was 50% larger of standard room which was really confortable. We stopped there in our one-month Alpen tour, the room was quite small for the three of us, but clean with perfect beds and a big bathroom. Location: 10 min to Marienplaz...but really busy in a very busy area a really perfect hotel for businessmen but not for family holiday.

Adjacent to the hauptbahnhof and within a few blocks of the main "foosgang" zone of Munich. Not very stylish but that was not why we were there.

Once you entered the hotel, everything was pretty good. Friendly, helpful desk staff and the room was clean and spacious. The air conditioner worked, but it took a while to cool down the room in mid June. We had a pretty good view of the city. Outside the hotel, however, was another story. The only thing I like about the hotel is the location. It is close to those tours that we signed up for so it is very convenient. It is also opposite the railway station, which is also convenient if you need travel to other cities. Can be noisy at night if you are a light sleeper and you hear the police cars and sirens of ambulances.

This is a great hotel right across the train station, very nice and great staff

The hotel was a bit spartan, but the breakfast was particularly nice, in a bright sunny location. The location can't be beat for arrival by train late (which we did) or for boarding morning bus tours for Neuchwanstein (which we also did). Not glamourous but perfectly acceptable.

For us without a car this motel was in a fabulous position right accross the road from central station with easy access to buses, trains, and airport shuttle. Walking distance to all museums, shops, engligh beer gardens etc. Hotel service very friendly and helpful, beds were amazingly comfortable. We only stayed here for one night at the end of our trip because I wanted to be near the rail station for an early flight the next day. Couldn't have been more pleased....very nice clean rooms, new flat panel TV in the room. The front desk staff was very friendly....Breakfast was not included, but plenty of places in the area for anything you want. […] A little noisy if you open the windows, but with them closed we did not hear a thing. Right across the street from the Munich Main Train Station. Also just a short walk from the Rathaus and other attractions in Munich.

We stayed here one night as part of the last leg of our vacation. We chose it based on its location to the train station. While the lobby of the hotel looks very nice, the room and hallways leave much to be desired. Our room was on the 6th floor and we felt it wasn't the cleanist compared to the other four hotels we stayed in while in Germany, Austria […] and Slovakia. Our son was able to take baths in the other hotels, but this tub was not clean at all and I didn't dare sit him in the tub. Using shower shoes would have been preferred. The lighting was very dim and the bathroom tiles were also dirty. Very disappointing. Also, the elevator (lift), although they do have two, is extremely small and it takes forever to reach the lobby because this is an extremely tall hotel (about 16 floors) and everyone is trying to reach the lobby at the same time. Eight elevators came and went before we could get on one. On a positive, the beds were comfortable and the location of the hotel is great if you need to hop onto the train (located directly outside the train station) or want to take the S bahn or Airport bus. As for choosing this hotel for your stay in Munich, I would think twice. The neighborhood isn't the nicest (strip club right next store) and there are plenty of other options in this great city. The first hotel we stayed at in Munich (Hotel am Viktualienmarkt) was in an exellent location and it was spotless and offered a great price (best kept secret in Munich). Läs mer

Absolutely fantastic. The hotel is great and the staff are unbelievably helpful. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

The location across the street from the main station & airport bus is very convenient, but exceptionally busy and a little bit seedy. Hotel is excellent and the staff extremely curteous and helpful. I will always stay there when I'm in Munich.

The hotel was very conveniently located and was clean with comfortable beds. We had the "Organizer," which is a fairly small room. The breakfast was 21 Euros ($30), so we didn't try it. We got breakfast at the next door train station. The wireless internet is free in the lobby, but we didn't bring a computer and had to use the hotel's to check-into […] our flight and print out boarding pass. We selected the Deutscher Kaiser for its proximity to the hauptbahnhoff as we used this hotel as our base for day trips. The beds were amazingly comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. We didn't use the on site breakfast as 20 euros is a bit steep for breakfast. There are plenty of other options in the neighborhood but we mostly grabbed […] coffee in the train station. This hotel was reasonably priced, centrally located, and pretty nice. BUT, the hotel is attached to a building that also houses an pornography store, two seedy casinos and a strip club. You'll have to walk past them when you walking out of the lobby in either direction. The neighborhood overall isn't bad, just immediately in the vicinity of the hotel. We wanted to be close to the central train station and this is perfect for that. The rooms were clean but barely enough room to walk around the bed on all three sides. Also, like other German hotels we stayed in, there was a tub and handheld shower head and only a small partition covering about a third of the tub opening (instead of a full shower curtain […] or door) so water splatters all over the bathroom. (We also found the same in Italy where there was often not even a partial partition. How much could a shower curtain cost?) Not that it mattered much to us, but there is no bellman to help with bags. I liked this hotel very much. Private bath, A/C, very clean. The front desk personnel are all very nice and speak great English. The hotel is right across the street from the main train station and a short 15 minute walk to two great beer gardens, including the famous Hofbrau House. Its also a 20 minute walk to the city center and the river surfers […] and many other great attractions. I would definitely stay here again. I did not pay for the expensive breakfast though, instead my wife and I had breakfast at the many cafes and restaurants close by for less than half their price. Läs mer

hotel reception was very frendly, rooms are very small, cleaning of the room was very bad, they dont vacuim or clean the floor ,they dont chang bed sheets or towels during your stay,tessus in the bathroom finished and they said the hotel doesnt have any!!! rooms are noisy we could not have enough sleep. reception gives rong directions to places in the […] city. there are better hotels neare this hotel. Loistavalla paikalla aivan päärautatieaseman vieressä. Helppo liikkua metrolla ympärikaupunkia, lentokentälle tai vaikka alpeille lakettelemaan. Mahdolliuus saada huone 14. kerroksesta, mistä upeat näkymät yli munchenin aina alpeille asti.

Total freundliches Personal, super Lage, saubere Zimmer und bequemes Bett. Einfach top! War total begeistert :) Hatte zwar nur einen kurzen Aufenthalt, aber ich würde das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und wieder hinfahren. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist auch super!
