"Okay for what it is"
Honestly, for a budget stay, it was okay, but only okay. The free breakfast was great if you had the time to make a waffle. But anything take-and-go was seriously lacking. White bread for toast, some donuts that had clearly been frozen- and the coffee was terrible. They also don't offer towels in the pool area, so make sure you take some from your room. […] The free passes to Chula Vista were nice, and we used those with appreciation. The hotel was clean, the beds were comfy, but it definitely has sound issues. We could hear many neighbors up and down the hallway through the door and the walls- and forget about using the bathroom with any sense of privacy. "Good for what we needed"
The hotel was good for what we used it for; a place to spend the night before a basketball tourney. Room was big, breakfast pretty good. I would reccomend NOT staying on first floor but that was because we were right by one of the entrances and the elevator, so we heard people coming and going all night. we would stay there again.Verifierad gästrecension

"Good if you spent most of your time away from room"
The hotel was farily clean, but not spotless. The rooms were old and tired. The service was good. The free breakfast was way too crowded both mornings we were there! The location was good -- easy to get to everything we wanted to do in the Dells. We liked that there were two pools -- one indoor and one outdoor. We also liked that our room came with […] Chula Vista water park passes (both indoor and outdoor parks) -- only downside is that it was about a 10 minute drive from the hotel. "Just okay"

"Even though it has a fancy name, don't expect much"
There were several small things that added up to make my stay "less enjoyable". Asked for an extra pillow and blanket and after calling the front desk after waiting 20 mins, only got a pillow. Complimentary breakfast was underwhelming, cheap and no hot items. Towels where rough as sandpaper. I know this is all just nit picking but the final straw was […] that instead of tiny bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash/soap .... there's a dispenser like you would find in a public restroom that I assume is a "washes everything", attached to the shower wall. That tells me they want to lure you in with a fancy name "Ambassador inn and suites" and a cheaper price, and skimp on the amenities to save money. "Great place to stay"
Staff was friendly and helpful. Free breakfast in the morning was a bit overwhelming with all the people staying at the hotel however the person working & replenishing was remarkable! She was on top of everything, even out cleaning the tables. Clean rooms, nice beds. Easy access to all sites and highway. One thing I would suggest is as wonderful as […] the staff was, explain the pool areas to the guests. We knew there was an outdoor pool but didn't know where to find it. "Very clean & affordable"
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I have a hard time choosing affordable places because I am worried about the condition the room will be in, but this was great! "Was a nice stay for a spur of a moment decision."
My GF and I decided at the last minute to ride our Harley to Wisconsin Dells and spend the night. The price for the hotel was fair but I did see some very nice mom and pop hotels further in town that were $20 to $30 less in price. The hotel is fairly old and it is kind of showing its age. But the room seemed clean and the bed was comfortable. I was […] concerned the hotel might be noisey with all the kids that were there including some high school sporting teams but it was suprisingly quiet. "Nice location easy acess."

"Wisconsin Dells"
I took the grandchildren to the Dells and stayed at this hotel. it was clean and the staff was friendly. there's no children pool area, the shallow end is 3ft and there's a small jacuzzi or whirlpool..a small arcade room. overall it's a nice hotel and you get more than what you pay for with the customary passes to Chula VistaVerifierad gästrecension

"Best Western Wisconsin Dells"
My husband and i stayed at the hotel with his bestfriend and girlfriend for valentines to get both us women out and away from the kids. It started out nice till my husband found a razor on top the shower and the heater in the main room did not work it turned on but didnt blow out any kind of heat at all. The bedroom that has a door with a lock on it […] did not have a fire alarm in the room just the main room. I was not satisfied with the say just the fact that i got to see old friends. "Great value for the money"
Hotel located close to most attractions. Hotel employees friendly. Free continental breakfast and Chula Vista water park tickets. Nice indoor pool and spa. Gameroom for the kids.
