Okej lägenhet med två rum och ett litet pentry. perfekt för en familj. Ungarna gillade poolen men den var liten så det var inte läge att träningssimma. Trevlig personal men inte så kunniga, lite virriga. Bra läge nära stranden och alla affärer på Lincoln road. Helt klart prisvärt!

Bra läge nära både strand och Lincoln Road! Helt ok hotell. Poolen mindre än vad vi förväntat oss. Inga problem att få byta rum när det första luktade förfärligt illa. Stora rum med stora sköna sängar, mycket enkel köksutrustning. Trevlig och hjälpsam receptionspersonal. Skulle absolut boka igen.

Prisvärt alternativ till att bo på Ocean dr. Hotellets läge precis vid Lincoln Rd ger gångavstånd till det mesta i SoBe. Stranden är ca 2 minuters promenad bort. Tråkiga rum - det vi bodde i luktade illa och hade en gammal heltäckningsmatta. Badrummet är minimalt - men där är man inte så ofta å andra sidan. Ett mycket rent hotell med bra städning, trevlig personal och perfekt läge, ca 3 min till stranden och 3 min till Lincoln road där shopping och restaurangerna finns. Till Ocean drive där utelivet är koncentrerat tar det max 10 min att gå. Bara att följa strandpromenaden så är man där. Hotellet låg helt enkelt i ett perfekt läge. Plus - läget helt klart […] fantastiskt centralt och enkelt. Rummen stora och rena. Vi hade eget kök så vi fixade frukosten själva. På plussidan hamnar också gratis wifi, AC, kaffebryggare, micro,kyl,spis, hårtork och strykjärn. Även gratis duschcreme, schampo, lotion, balsam och makeupborttagning. Handdukarna byts varje dag. Minus - Poolen ligger i princip alltid i skuggan och mot gatan så den användes inte av någon vad vi såg. Restaurangen serverade frukost och lunch, dock rätt dyrt och i en mycket ogästvänlig lokal, ingen mysfaktor. Vi hade rum med kök och dessa saknade helt balkong eller uteplats. Det gick inte heller att dra upp persiennerna så det kändes som att bo i en bunker på det viset. Man såg inget väder förrän man gick ut. Såg inte om rummen på baksidan hade balkong men på framsidan saknade detta iallafall. Ett MYCKET prisvärt och billigt hotell som rekommenderas om man inte saknar möjligheten att sitta på en balkong och mysa. En barnfamilj med barn som ska sova tidigt blir lätt fast inne vid TV kvällstid utan möjlighet att sitta ute. Är man däremot sällan på rummet eller gillar att sitta inne och titta på TV kvällstid är hotellet toppen. Läs mer

Hotellet var lite daterat, skulle behöva en uppfräschning. Sängen var skön och storleken på rummet var bra. Vi hade en Kingsize säng och rum med kök. Personalen var supertrevlig och läget oslagbart. Nära stranden och gångavstånd till allt. Ocean Drive var bara 5 min promenad bort. Det som drar ner betyget lite är heltäckningsmattan som kändes smutsig […] och möblerna som skulle behövas bytas ut. Gillade hotellets läge skarpt! Fick ett rum på 1:a plan med extra entré utrymme eftersom vi har 2 småbarn med dubbelvagn. 1-rumslägenhet/hotellrum med fullutrustat kök och separat sovrum. Mycket prisvärt hotell, ljusa, fina rum med bra storlek. Sköna sängar. Mycket hjälpsam personal. När vi skulle hyra bil, beställa taxi eller tips på sevärdheter fick vi all hjälp vi kunde önska. Hotell med bra läge nära Lincoln Mall och 5 minuter till Ocean Drive. Tyvärr, ligger hotellets pool i skuggan större delen av dagen. Standarden på hotellet är ungefär som förväntat, inget speciellt men funkar för någar nätter. Värdeskåp bakom receptionen. Tvärs över gatan ligger bra Tur-agenturer. Taxi till MIA kostar från trettio dollar och upp.

Our stay at this hotel did not meet our expectations from looking at the photos on hotels.com and reading about the hotel. Room was small, view non-existing as we had to keep the blinds down to avoid having people looking in. We could hear every single word from the hallway so if you need a quite night this is not the hotel for you. Service at front-desk […] was ok and we got help with what we needed. Enkelt men bra hotell i ett mycket bra läge i Miami South Beach. 10 min till stranden, 5 min till shoppinggata och resturanger. Okej frukost men inte mer. liten men okej pool (dock utan sol på sen eftermiddag). Något lyhört framförallt mot korridor.

Quaint, simple accommodations at a reasonable rate. Great location: easy to find, easy to park, and close to symphony center, beach, shopping, and restaurants. .Free wi-fi available, though the speed, at times, was almost too slow to use, which could be a plus, if like me, you are trying to discourage a workaholic spouse from working on vacation.

We arrived in the late afternoon the day before Easter Sunday. Immediately greeted with a warm smile from the woman behind the desk. She was very helpful as we put our things in our room and wanted to get out and explore. Loved this hotel! It's in a great location. Very clean. Will stay there again!

Hotel was fine, room was clean, bathroom small, front desk person was nice. It was a rainy day so we didn't get to use the pool. Big downside, no parking, there is a lot across the street it costs $30/day... Miami prices! For the money, the room was a good value.

Location was great--easy walking distance to the Miami Convention Center, Filmore, and the restaurants/shops on Lincoln Rd. The rooms themselves were no frills except for wi-fi (i.e., no coffee maker, microwave, or refrigerator). Bathroom was also small/cramped. Some dust and mold, but, overall, given the price and location, it was adequate.

Great location, half-block from Lincoln Road and Collins Ave., yet our room was quiet. Hotel showed its age, but room was clean and bed comfortable. One block from the beach, great shopping, friendly staff, and the price was right. We will come back.

We arrived early from the airport and the young fellow at the counter was very accommodating . Took care of our luggage while we took in the sites. We were able to book an event right away with him . Our room was clean , very close to the shopping area. Maybe a little too close ?! The shopping was amazing !! Very close to restaurants. At night or early […] morning it was nice to sit at the patio with a tea or coffee . Just spent one night at this "little gem". Staff were friendly and helpful, held our luggage until the room was ready and offered us different options on the available rooms. Hotel is within walking distance to Lincoln Rd, the beach and basically the fun, social and educational of Miami Beach. Parking is across the street from the hotel. The hotel is a little dated and appears sparse, but it is clean and the rooms offer all the needed facitlities EXCEPT there were no tea or coffee making facilities or fridge and this would have provided an extra comfort. My husband and I booked this hotel after seeing a good price for South Beach and convenient location. After reading some of the reviews we were a little hesitant but decided to try it anyways. We found the hotel staff to be quite friendly and helpful and our room was very clean and neat. Everything was spotless, very simple room. There isn't parking onsite but across the street is a pay to park lot that charges $40 for a 24 hour period until 12 the next day and if you want to stay longer, you can pay $20 extra. We stayed 2 nights prior to a cruise from Port of Miami. Location of the hotel is superb. Was very quiet. Room, bathroom and bedding was clean, but the carpet was not and looked drab.Shower was great. We had a great welcome from the receptionist on our arrival and great help and smiles during our 10 nights at Crest Hotel. Lovely light big room facing the front of the hotel with a huge and very comfortable bed. A 7/11 and small supermarket just round the corner. The cleaning was very thorough and the towels were changed daily. The only downside was the room didn't have a fridge- but there was ice available. Good experince and is a great location, very close to the ocean (5 min walk), right next to lincoln road mall and a 10 min walk to ocean drive. Room was tidy, but very small bathroom with no fan, but otherwise a good place to stay and not very spendy.

Location was great, short walk to the beach and Lincoln rd . Restaurant closed for dinner. Lunch was great, breakfast OK for checkout day. Restaurant staff was great. Desk staff could care less, we met four of them and felt like we were bothering them. Check-in with reservations and pre-payed, took 20 minutes.

The rooms are very small with just a bed and a bathroom, but practically on Linclon Rd. ATM across the street and a pay parking lot, too. Good for a weekend of gonig to the beack and shops, but not for hanging around in or dining. There is a small pool with no view of anything around. No room service and limited help from the desk clerk.

This had to be one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. We booked a superior double room, with two double beds at the Crest Hotel Suites as part of a package through Expedia. There were four girls on the reservation and we had requested a room that would indeed accommodate four people. When we arrived they provided us a superior single room […] as they phrased it which contained one double bed and a couch. There was no closet in the room. Upon entering the room we complained that there was only one bed, but unfortunately all they had left was a single room. We asked if we could have a cot or something but unfortunately they were all out of cots and again could not accommodate us. He assured us that the next morning there were a number of other guests leaving the hotel and that they would indeed be able to move us into a double room. We called down to the desk in the morning and we were told again there were no double rooms available. Finally the front desk called the manager, and relayed the message that the manager said they could not accommodate us so they cancelled the rest of our reservation and we had to be out by noon. Talk about customer service, and apparently we are the idiots for ignoring the fact that this happened to others and was in other reviews. Don't stay here! Läs mer
