Bra hotell med centralt men ändå tyst läge. God frukost som hade det mesta, mörkt bröd inkluderat. Incheckningen tog tid, ca 20 minuter pga problem med datorsystemet. TV:n på rummet borde bytas ut till en mer modern apparat.

Jättebra hotell, värt varenda krona! Frukostbuffén var fantastisk och hotellpersonalen var jättetrevliga. Rummen var fräscha och välstädade. Hotellet ligger inte mitt i smeten, men det är inga problem att ta tunnelbanan ner till de mer centrala delarna, eftersom tunnelbanan ligger väldigt nära hotellet. Hotellpersonalen är mycket kompetent och tillmötesgående. Hotellet är fräscht och välstädat. Restaurangen och baren är bra. Nära till tunnelbanan och det finns en del restauranger i närheten som frekventeras av boende i området.

Hotellet uppfyllde alla förväntningar på ett fördelaktigt sätt. Ligger nära ett köpcenter och tunnelbana vilketM vi använde oss av dagligen för att ta oss till city och stranden.Mycket trevligt och hjälpsam personal med bra engelska.

Bott på hotellet 2 ggr i sommar. Första gången hörde jag inte ett ljud från "grannar" eller korridor, men andra gången var det mer lyhört. Vi bodde vid hissen och hade nog en döv granne som hade på tvn högt. Hjälpsam personal i receptionen, nära tunnelbanan, nära det stora köpcentret El Cortes Ingles som har öppet sent, nära Gulbenkian museum och moderna […] museet med en fin park. Frukosten är helt okej. Lugnt och stilla och med bacon och ägg, yoghurt, olika bröd, färsk frukt etc. Bästa frullen på vår resa. Vi var ute i två veckor och bodde på likvärdiga hotell. Det var nära till Lissabons största shoppingcenter och bara 2 kvarter till deras Metro. Personalen var jättetrevlig servicen bra också. Nu hade jag otur med att få ett rum intill hissen och fönster mot bakgården så ingen vy direkt. Och hissen gick ju i ett på natten med jag ville inte bråka om att få byta rum jag vande mig samt att jag sov som en stock […] iaf. Frukosten skulle dom kunna utöka lite men den var helt ok. Badrummets standard var mycket högt, rent och fint. Sängen var lite väl hård för min smak, men har haft betydligt hårdare och den får trots allt godkänt. Rummet får klart godkänt. Hotellets personal pratade god engelska och var trevliga när du tog kontakt, annars höll de en låg profil... Frukosten höll bra standard och det var ett bra utbud. Hotellet […] var i bra skick och restaurang och frukostsal var mycket rent och fint. Det är ett hotell i ett lugnt kvarter med lite trafik. Rummet hade ingen utsikt att tala om, vi såg Gulbenkian parken men förvänta dig ingen höjdar utsikt, vare sig från rum eller frukost. Vidare är det ca 200 m till tunnelbanan vilket gör hotellet mycket lätt tillgängligt. Det finns bra restauranger inom gång avstånd, bra utbud och hyffsade priser. Vi bodde här i 6 dagar och det var ett av de bättre hotelvistelserna jag haft. För det pris vi betalade hade jag inga förväntningar på frukosten, men den var absolut bra. Ingen anledning att gå ut och äta frukost. Hotellets läge var precis vid San Sebastiao tunnelbanestation vilken snabbt tog oss till city. Här fanns också garage med hiss upp till receptionen. […] Mycket smidigt om man har bil. Vänlig personal som gärna hjälpte till. Ett suveränt bra hotell. kanske lite långt från centrum (2,7 km ) men nära metron så det fungerar. Rent och snyggt på hela hotellet, bekväma rum med luftkonditionering och underbara sängar, bra kontinental frukost och trevlig personal. Vad mer kan man begära. De fyra stjärnorna kunde lika gärna varit fem.

The hotel personnel were very friendly and helpful. They all spoke English which is very helpful since Portuguese is for me very difficult language. The breakfast was a buffet. It was very nice and I would fill up and it would keep me running all day. The staff in the dining room were very friendly and I would talk with them about where to go and what […] to see. I spent 2 weeks at the hotel and would highly recommend it. I liked the close metro for getting around the city. You can take the metro from the airport and get to within 2 blocks of the hotel. Get off at the Sao Sebastiao stop. Look at the metro map. You can figure it out. I got the Viva card for 0.50 Euros and put 15.00 Euros on the card for zapping use at the airport. Comfortable hotel with good sized rooms. Cooked breakfast was very good and there was plenty of choice of food. Access to the airport and central Lisbon is easy from the local metro station (S Sebastiao red line for airport and blue line for centre). Helpful service at reception to find various locations and the hotel staff provided a city map.

The hotel was in a good location, a little way away from a metro station (São Sebastião) which is on a couple of lines, and near to the Gulbenkian Institute and El Corte Inglés department store. In general the service was very good (though the cleaners a little over-eager, given all the things I left out were very neatly ordered by size when I got back […] in the afternoon!) I was a little disappointed by the cost of internet access though, particularly as the hotel's English-language website states that it's available for free. As two college kids looking for a romantic getaway, this hotel was perfect. Hotels.com saved us way more than the current nightly rate. The hotel was conveniently located to the metro stop. A modern hotel in a good location, not downtown Lisbon but near a metro station. The problems we had were that the bed was so hard that we couldn't sleep in it and there were no foamies to add to soften the sleep, you could hear people clearly talking in the rooms next door, and (most frustrating of all), the free wireless internet in the room was unpredictable. […] It would work for awhile, then knock you out in the middle of a long email (which was lost), or let you in with the password one time but not the next two times, or not let you in at all. Stayed at this hotel for 2 days. Location was ideal. 2-3 minute walk from St. Sebastiano station and a direct train to the airport + downtown. We are vegetarians and found the breakfast sufficient. The most painful part of our stay was the air-conditioning. It was horrible and the hotel staff tried to fix it by changing the thermostat from 12 to 8 Deg […] C, at which point I realized neither the thermostat worked nor he knew what he was doing. I based my choice of hotel on existing reviews of the hotel, location and price. The reviews seemed reasonable, apparently not overpriced and although not in the heart of Lisbon, it seemed to be fairly easy to get around (on Google maps). Breakfast wasn't included in the price, but offered as a bolt-on for an extra 6 Euros per day; seemed reasonable […] enough and not loosing out on too much if it was terrible (at least you could have a tea/coffee, juice and some toast). The breakfast was surprisingly adequate with a wide selection of hot and cold food on offer. The room was nothing spectacular, but very very clean and well kept, which is the main thing; I'm on short break in a beautiful city, the room is for sleeping in, end-of. Beware the fridge! It's tiny and there's no room for anything other than the drinks the hotel have supplied. The location is spot on, 12 euros in a cab from the Airport (or 1.25 to Sao Sebastio Metro station had we known!). 15 minute cab ride, we opted for metro on the way home and that took about 20 minutes. Sao Sebastio station is literally around the corner from the hotel. 4 stops on 'Linha Azul' to Restauradores and you're right in the heart of Lisbon, so very accessible to the sights, but far away enough for a peaceful night's sleep. Lots of restaurants near the hotel or just hop on the Metro downtown. The staff weren't overly cheerful, but they were polite, helpful and spoke good English (as do a lot of the locals to be fair). Staff was helpful in English as I speak no Portuguese. Breakfast was good, wide variety which seemed to satisfy the many different nationalities in the hotel. Room AC was great and it cooled quickly. Rooms on back side of hotel are definitely quieter.
