Rummet var väldigt dammigt och det låg smulor på skrivbordsstolen. Inte så fräscht. Kuddarna var en katastrof! Det blev stopp i duschen andra dagen. Frukosten var ingen "hotellfrukost", utan det kunde lika gärna vara det man hade hemma. Tråkig, mycket liten frukostsal. Personalen var mycket trevlig och hotellet låg bra. Ett mycket bra hotell. Inte lyxigt, men allt man behöver finns. Ett perfekt hotell för shopping och nattliv.

Fint hotell på utmärkt läge. Nära till butiker, restauranger och barer.

Centralt. Rummen OK. Inte prisvärt, för lite serviceanda. Extrakostnad för internet!

Vi kan inte rekommendera detta hotell. Badrummet kändes inte fräscht och i korridorerna luktade det illa. Frukostbuffén var snålt tilltagen och dessutom var det så trångt att gäster fick stå och vänta på ett bord, vilket inte känns speciellt inbjudande varken för ätande eller väntade gäster.

Vi var inte alls nöjda med hotellet,för det priset som vi betalade kunde det åtminstonde vara en mysig bar där man kunde sitta o ta det lugnt i.Plus att frukosten var något av det sämsta vi varit med om.Detta hotell kommer ej besökas igen,rummen var skitiga o trånga..

Helt OK. Lite dåligt att 2st lampor inte fungerade. Efter städning fick vi inga nya muggar.

Vi har bott på detta hotell ett flertal gånger de senaste 5 åren och tyckt att det varit toppen. Nu är det nya ägare sen 1 år och det märks negativt. Toaletten gick knappt att spola i, trycket i duschen minimalt, väldigt få kanaler på tvn ingen musikkanal eller sport. Frukosten väldigt enkel och trötta upptinade winebröd. Ett standard hotell inte mer […] och därför känns det lite för dyrt. Det absolut bästa med hotellet är läget. Nära till tivoli, stan, tågstation och bra restauranger. Så vill man bara sova och inte bryr sig så mycket mer är detta helt klart bra val, sköna sängar och rent. Men det finns andra hotell i kvarteren med samma standard för halva priset. Läs mer

Allt var toppen!! Kom i tid till frukosten eftersom matsalen var lite liten så riskerar ni annars att få stå i kö.

Ett enkelt men mycket bra hotell för några enstaka nätter. Rent och snyggt. Trevlig personal. En helt ok frukostbuffé. Promenadavstånd till centralstationen, Tivoli och Ströget. Kan absolut rekommenderas.

The bedding is good but the items of buffet breakfast should have more choices.

Close to railway station, and within walking distance from town hall square and vesterbro artist neighbourhood. But, also next to drug dealers and prostitutes. So make your decision whether it's good or bad. Hotel itself was clean, nice, safety. Breakfast was simple but included everything really needed. Staff is friendly and nice. Good choice.

Room was nice and clean, beds were comfortable. Recessed from the street, so low city noise. One block away and behind are the bars and gentlemen's clubs. We did not see any of that activity near the hotel. Few blocks from the train station. No complaints.

Stayed 3 nights Feb 2012. A great value Hotel, just 5 mins walk left out of the central train station, which was a straight trip from the airport. Great choice of self service breakfast options. Good location, nice and quiet, our room 204 overlooked gardens was next to lift but we didn't hear a thing. Hotel staff very friendly. We received a great deal on this hotel and it is a real hidden gem. About a five minute walk from Central Station and Tivoli and about 15-20 minute walk into the city centre. Breakfast was great and the staff were all so lovely. The bathrooms could do with an update though. But other than that, this hotel is a really great find.

Provides all the basics in a convenient location.

Stayed in this hotel in January for one night, its a nice hotel and nothing really to complain about. The only thing is that it lacks toiletries, just a pump soap, which you're suppose to use for everything. Location is walkable to most things in the city, about 7-10 minutes from central station. The hotel is in a nice neighbourhood, approx. 5 - 10 minutes walk from the central station and the Tivoli and 10-15 minutes from the main shopping area. Rooms into the internal court yard and to the back are very quiet; no a/c, but lot's of openable windows make it bearable even when it's hot. Just spent one evening here before going on to visit family. The hotel was good value for money given it's central location a short walk from Tivoli Gardens. Staff were helpful and pleasent. We arrived earily in the morning before check in but we were able to leave luggage in a secure store room until later in the day. We found the hotel staff to be very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable and the bathroom was also very clean. This is a very old hotel that was recently renovated. Wasn't as close to the train station as it looked on the map, and when we first went into the room there was a pair of socks left on the chair. But the beds were wonderful, the staff was friendly and helpful. The chinese restaraunt that is downstairs right outside the hotel (not related to the hotel) has really great food for a reasonable price (for […] denmark). I had a very pleasant stay. The breakfest was really good, it on the top flor of the hotel with a nice view of the city. Cocnvinient location, comfortable large beds, very comfortable large pillows, modern rooms, updated bathrooms, and nice receptionists. We really enjoyed our stay here - it is basic but a perfect hotel for a sightseeing weekend as the room has all that you need, is in good and clean condition and the staff are very helpful (especially when your flight gets cancelled two times!) I would recommend to 'weekend awayers'!

Very good location close to Tivoli, town centre and main train station with great regular bus service into town and beyond. Hotel had been recently decorated and was bright and clean. Double room reasonable size and decorated in plain scandinavian style. Flat screen TV no kettle for tea or coffee. Bathroom was ok with good hot shower but no extractor […] fan. Breakfast room at top of Hotel with nice views over Copenhagen. Buffet excellent including cereals, fruit, cold meat,cheese, eggs,bread etc. Free internet access in lobby with friendly helpfull staff. The hotel was very satisfactory, with an excellent breakfast served in a pleasant environment on the top floor. The staff were all very polite and professional. In fact, the only drawback (which was not really the hotel's fault) was very late on a Friday night during my stay when non-residents who had had far too much to drink came into the courtyard […] from the street, were very noisy and made a nuisance of themselves. There were no coffe/tea facilities in the room. The shower was bad.There were no shampoo in the shampoobox.The breakfast-room was disgustice with the view on the roofs. The lady -manager of the breakfast room was very unpleasant and looks only for that the guest couldn't take extra food! She was staying with the pen and paper to write how much somebody […] eats. To take a piece of cake or an apple outside the breakfast room? On no account!! This cerber will ask you - "what are you doing?! It is forbidden!" You feel like in prison. That was not only ridiculous, but also disappointing and offensive. People who clean the rooms do not understand English and do not understand also the elementary rules of privacy and service (to knock the door, to ask for entering the room, to clean the room and change towels after the guest goes out and so on...)I was really disappionted by this hotel. Just a few blocks from the central train station and prime areas of the city, so easy access to the airport too. The hotel offers bikes for rent, but you can get them cheaper at rentabike, bikes are the way to get around easiest. Das Frühstücksbuffet über den Dächern von Kopenhagen ist etwas dürftig. Ansonsten ist das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Super dejligt værelse, med dobbelte ruder, så man på ingen måde hører, at man er midt i København.
