The evacuee "guests" were rude and disruptive in the pool. The rest of the stay was wonderful.

our stay was good. room clean and had everything we needed. tap in bathroom in need of repair-not properly installed? or needs maintenance. moved when you turned it on or off. nice to have restaurant & dinner theatre in the location. overall a good stay.

My only complaint of my stay at Canad Inns was the inability of the "key cards" to hold information. In the course of only 2 days, I had to return to the front desk to have my key card re-charged, or whatever the process is called. This was very annoying.

WE LOVED THE STAY. WAS OUR FIRST TIME IN THE AREA BUT FOUND EVERTHING WE NEEDED. AND WASN'T EVER REALLY FAR FROM ANYTHING.

It was a wonderful stay. We thoroughly enjoyed it and only traveled 3 km away from the hotel as everything we needed was close by. The staff was very helpful and the waterslide/pool loved by the kids.

The hotel was great, but very noisy in the halls, kids running up and down halls playing , adults yelling at kids, did not receive a very nice sleep.

Room was clean, service was good, beds way to soft and not comfortable, rooms very outdated and rough, for the price we thought it would be ALOT nicer! Did not have time to use pool area but that did look good. I will try to not stay there again.

Basically everything was fine without being exceptional. The decoration of the room was a bit tired. Service in the restaurant and the cleaning staff in the romm were great.

I've been to other Canadinns. This one was the best I've been to. Pool area was clean! Room was clean. Recent upgrades have been done. Seems like they were doing upgrades to all the rooms. Check in service was great! I would say all in all one of my better hotel stays! Thanks!

Service in the restaurant on Sunday morning was terribly slow--45 minute wait for breakfast.

very impressed with the suite aspect and general room lay-out. Excellent Alto's restaurant...$1.29 breakfast special is particularly great...keep that up ! All staff encountered were genuinely friendly and helpful.

The stay was good. Just a suggestion, if the room has 2 beds, maybe they could be of different comfort levels, ie; one softer, one harder. and a variety of pillows instead of all the same? Why don't the bathrooms have ceiling fans? The restaurant is a little skimpy with the meat on the beakfast.. Very nice. Very accomodating when we asked for an upgrade to a suite and also a late check out. The room was spacious. Front desk staff were very knowledgable and friendly.

Excellent stay, we had a wonderful swim and enjoyed the open area to visit with family. The only minor irritation was the light coming through the curtains from the hallway during the night though it did not prevent us from having an excellent sleep.

Recently my son and i stayed in this hotel, we were both very satisfied with everything .The Customer service was both friendly and helpful.My family has stayed here in the past,at that time i noticed the bathroom in the room we were staying in needed some work done to it ( I'm a contractor who does renovations and new construction) and I'm fussy with […] my work. I was pleasantly surprised and liked the updated work done to the bathroom in the room we were staying. I have no complaints with anything except the "pool room floor " is way to slippery. I have slipped on it before, this time my son slipped on it as well as some other guests to. I think it would be a good thing to seek or apply a non slip product to this floor.for both safety and peace of mind reasons. all in all though i would still recommend this hotel to others. We were made to feel very welcome . Our room was ever so relaxing. Everyone was very helpful. The restaurant could have more conerning people taking care of your customers. Very disappointed in the thickness of pancakes, they were like crepes. As for a place to stay I would rate it a 5 but for a place to eat I would rate it as a 2. It was rather frustrating that the outside entrance that we used was not working properly - our key would not unlock the door. The door was propped open with a rug at times as other people were having the same problem.. We reported it but it was not repaired in the two days we were there. I was in Wpg. for the Deep Freeze. -40 with wind chill. Supper buffet was surprizingly good. The pub sports bar was cold. Food OK , Pub stuff. But surprize, the lounge with the video terminals had a fire place and big sceen TVs , warm and cozy. Next surprize, the Enterpise office is 2 k away they pick you up AND drop you off AND give hotel customers […] 5% discount. Next surprise, the hotel shuttles you to the airport. Many issues encountered with our 3 night /4 dayhotel stay. First night we were given key cards to our room, only to discover we were given access to another person's room and walked in on them at midnight!! Yes, imagine how frightening that must have been for them and disconcerting for us!! The second day, after a new room and key card was supplied […] we discovered that one of the keys was not working. The third day neither of our key cards were working. The fourth day, again our keys were not working. Housekeeping practices...quite unsanitary. They propose a "green" philosophy, but their idea of green is....refolding used towels. This means that you have no idea who's towel you are using! Disgusting!! No access to outdoor light! The windows of the room looked out onto the hallway, which meant you could not have them open. It felt like you were living in a cave! We were visiting family nearby, so we walked back and forth from the hotel to their home. Grotty neighbourhood with an unsafe feeling especially at night. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Right from check in, which took over 20 minutes, this Hotel lacked organization and systems. The computers were supposedly down, yet they could process credit card transactions which confused me. They used walkie talkies to check to see if rooms were clean and ready...yet after checking three times they sent me to a room that was already occupied. Added […] another 5-10 minutes to check-in. The night before check out, I asked for a 1 hour delayed check out, check out time is 11:00 there. At 11:03 I had maids knocking on teh door and at 11:25 a supervisor who had no record of my request. When I checked out no one asked at all about my stay....I am sure they could see my frustration. Overall, the room was ok, comfortable bed, but for a King bedroom suite, it was not anything close to what you would expect. Also very noisy as one of the attractions is a Water Park, so very early in the morning you can hear children running down the halls with their parents chasing them. Overall at best a 2 out of 5 rating from me. I would not consider staying there again, although they had a good Pub in the building. Läs mer

We recently spent the night here with our three children in a room with 2 queen beds. The room was extremely spacious and very clean. Very modern, you can tell they put money into renovations since the last time we stayed there. The only problems we had was: both beds seriously needed new mattresses, you could feel every coil in it, never any clean […] towels at the pool-staff say they are in the wash and will be ready in 25 minutes,that time cameand went and my family walked back to our room dripping soaking wet and freezing cold - terrible! We have been there for 2 nights. Our room was in the part where the pool is. On our floor have been guests with many children. It was loud till 1 am. Good hotel but never take a room in the part of the hotel where the pool is.

Had a great time. It was great because we were attending the dinner theater within the hotel. It was so handy to beable to change just before the show instead of getting ready at home and then driving for an hour.
