Hotell Radisson Hotel & Suites Fallsview - Niagara Falls

Fina rum, rent och jättesköna sängar. Tyvärr skymmer andra hotell utsikten mot Niagara fallen så att man endast delvis ser dom.

Man åker ju inte till Niagara Falls för att hänga på hotellrummet direkt, men det rum vi fick hade utsikt över floden och en del av the Horseshoe fall, percis som vi hade beställt, och det var faktiskt värt pengarna. Spektakulärt...

Första intrycket från utsidan var att vi kom försent. Andra hotell hade byggts framför vårt, men väl inne på rummet hade vi en utsikt över fallen som var gastkramande. Hela familjen stod stum av beundran inför utsikten i flera minuter innan vi lösgjorde oss från greppet och tog oss ännu närmare fallen på flera sätt. Ett av dem var att våra rumsnycklar […] gav oss fri tillgång till tornet på andra sidan gatan med ännu mer utsikt med fyrverkeri på kvällen. Ett annat vara att välja en bussrundtur med guide på den amerikanska sidan, det gav en fantastisk överblick över den kanadensiska delen av fallen. Lovely staff and great hotel...would stay here again!

I had a City View room, which was fine for this stay. The room was quiet and had a VERY comfortable bed. The price was reasonable, especially compared to other hotels in the neighborhood. The only complaint: I was charged $20 per day for parking, but that was never mentioned anywhere, nor did the staff mention that parking was not free. Very satisfied, We can 100% recommend this Hotel and we will choose it again.

The hotel staff Vicki, Gord, Lee, and Christine were so extremely accommodating we were so pleased. The pool was a little chilly so they put up the heat. The lounge area and rooms were so clean and supplied daily with toiletries when the rooms were made up for the day. Could we have asked for more? No! The Golden Girls had a great stay and time. the room an hotel were clean. We were not happy about the pool it was cold an the fact is there were kids swimming in shorts an t-shirts. There were kids running up an down the hall after 10 pm.

Loved everything about this hotel. The king suite was well worth it. Within walking distance of all. Look for the Secret Gardens a nice hidden gem. The hotel was one of the cleanest rooms I ever stayed at. I would go back again.

We had a great time despite a few issues: 1) Not told of a daily $50 accruing daily hold on my credit card for incidentals. 2) We got to try a sleep number bed. They are in almost every room. It was not for us 3) $20 a day to park at the hotel your paying for is all the rage In Niagara, ON 4) Riverview area dinning In Niagara, ON is way overpriced […] compared to Las Vegas!! 5) The hotel doesn't have a hot tub, the pictures let you assume it does. Excellent experience from check in, to the cleaning staff, to the valet who ran across the street to make sure we got a cab right away. Radisson was high quality from start to finish, highly recommend staying there on any trip to Niagara.

We had a great stay at the Radisson Hotel. We had the family style room which gave us lots of room. The room was very clean and modern. The sleep by the number beds were extremely comfortable. We would stay here again.

We were upgraded to the 10th floor with a room that had a jetted tub. We had an awesome view of the falls.

My wife and I stayed in Room 1335 on February 18th. We were absolutely excited driving up to the Radisson, because it sits right on Niagara Falls. As soon as we pulled into the parking lot, the troubles started. They don't have parking to accommodate their guests. You MUST use Valet, so I'd suggest driving down the block, and paying the $10.00 for overnight […] parking.(That is where the valet will park your car anyways, except they charge you about twice that to park, and THEN they expect gratuity) The bed was comfortable, for the two hours we got to sleep in it. Our neighbors were up until 4:30 am partying, and calls to the lobby were not able to remedy the situation. For nearly three times what you would pay at a Best Western (that's where we stayed after the Radisson) you dont get Parking or Breakfast. The nearest place we had found two eat breakfast was the IHOP four blocks away. All that we had received at checkout was a "We are sorry, but we aren't always able to control our guests." (Which indicates that this happens quite often), and (Please come back and see us again. Which I can assure you, WONT be happening. Läs mer

The hotel is newly refurbished inside and looks brand new! All staff were very courteous, and without even asking, upgraded me to a suite for no additional charge! Rooms were very comfortable and extremely spacious. All fixtures and furniture were in extremely good repair. The stay and the facility was very nice and enjoyed myself very much however when i booked the room i was told that there was no cost for parking. I was meeting friend there and we were charged for two cars and the main reason i booked the room was because the parking was free. The desk clerk did just charge us for one car. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was amazing. We weren't familiar with the town and they helped us so much. We are looking forward to returning next year to your hotel. We had a view of the falls that was also amazing. Thank you so much.

This hotel is not among the cheapest ones and one expects to spend at least relatively quiet night in it- which was not the case due to the following reasons: 1) location of the room near elevator provided constant beeping (and I am talking about middle of the night) 2) heating system was literally ringing every time it started providing experience […] comparable with constant night calling. Very clean and beautiful view of falls. Nice friendly staff.

Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Since we went during off-peak season, we were immediately upgraded to a room with a beautiful view of Horseshoe Falls. The renovation was definitely an improvement to the hotel decor--the colors had a very calming effect. Of course, the sleep number beds also helped with the comfort of the room. It was fun […] just to play around with the control to determine my sleep number. A downside to the hotel was the $20/night parking fee. Also, since it was late Fall, the area, which is basically a strip of hotels and souvenir shops, felt a bit desolate. (Although I would probably prefer it over the suffocating Summer crowds.) But it was close to the Falls, even walkable, so location-wise a safe bet. Läs mer

The parking was terribly organized. The lady at the counter was not very knowledgable. The hotel inside looked good but not great. The room doord to the hallway were so heavy that every time someone closed theirs the entire bed shook. The bathroom toilet was so close to the wall that if you were larger than 180 lb you could not sit on it as the paper […] rolls would dig in your side. In the morning the checkout was not very nice as the lady did not ask how our stay was or was there anything missing. NOTHING. When I asked for the receipt she said she could not give me one as I booked through expedia. I have never heard of this before and I have stayed at many hotels before this. I wil NEVER stay at this hotel again. I hope you will think twice when booking here. Läs mer

I love this hotel ...king bed fallsview room amazing ...great customer service :)

Very nice hotel and would recommend to all. Comfortable sleep number bed in our room. Very quiet place and super location for the Falls. Good food in restaurant attached (Tony Roma Steakhouse). They charge $19-20/night for parking so don't forget that. If we come back to the area we will probably stay there, it was that good.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff was very pleasant and kind. The person at the front desk called to check on us when we arrived in our room to make sure we were satisfied. The hotel room itself was very clean and appealing. I was very pleased - I paid only a little bit more than what a standard room would cost and really got my moneys worth. I would have loved if parking was free for being a guest at the hotel, however it is understandable considering the location in distance with the falls. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and their staff to those looking for a great hotel for a reasonable price. Also - it is a 2 minute walk from the Keg, which is also a great place to dine! I would not recommend this hotel.... the whole night was ruined, i got woken up every hour, the hotel has a jet tub in the room that keep going off at night apparently for self cleaning, the maid walked in the room at 9 am for cleaning !!! check out is at 11 am, after being woken up the seventh time, and already complaining to management and being reassured […] that the matter will be addressed, another maid walks in the room at 10 am, just as i went back to sleep... all i was offered was free breakfast and $10 off my next stay.... that i wont be taking...i would never recommend this hotel to anyone Läs mer

It takes very little to impress me so overall this hotel was fine to stay a few nights. The maids did a great job cleaning our room every day. Most of the staff were quite friendly. I had no problem with the overall service, cleanliness, room, etc. However, I did have a problem with their restaurant (under renovations) and their nice little pool. 1) […] Can you imagine paying about $25-$30/dish for microwave rice or McCain reheated Frozen french fires? If that sounds appealing to you- check out the Romano's restaurant. I would not eat there again if someone paid me. 2) Why have a pool if you keep it so cold no one uses it? There are 10 huge signs around the pool with umpteen rules including they keep the hot-tub temp between 80-84 degrees. What a joke! There was no way that their jacuzzi was even 78 degrees. Although this wasn't a bad hotel- I cannot recommend it because they cannot seem to offer fresh food & they keep a useless pool! Läs mer

Fabulous fallsview suite room and great staff support. I would go back in a heart beat!

My boyfriend and I spent one night at the hotel, we had a beautiful view of the Horseshoe falls, had champagne in the Jacuzzi in our room... The staff was friendly and we had to leave very early before our breakfast, but a take-away breakfast was provided at the door and we enjoyed it in the cab on our way to the train station.

Were accommodated with at 12:00 PM check-in when we advised the reception staff that our grandson would be playing a hockey game at 2:00PM. Also was given an upgraded room. As it turned out both of our grandsons stayed overnight rather than returning to Oakville and coming back the next morning. When I called the reception desk to see if they had tooth […] brushes they were delivered to our room within a few minutes.
