Very nice hotel. Cute room decor. Small, older bathroom but clean. No air, kept windows open. Minimal city noise at night. Close to train station. Nice 1-2 mile walk to restaurants/ bar areas across the river. Front desk very helpful. Spoke English. Great breakfast included. Free wifi. Let us check in early and held luggage.

It's a nice hotel and in the center of the city with central station only 200 m away. The room was clean though without things like safe, and mini bar. Other than that it's a nice hotel with free WIFI.

Dont get carried away by the pics shown in the hotel profile...forget about self rated 3 Star, cannot give even 1 star raring. Badly Maitained very very small rooms, no house keeping only 1 person for available in the entire hotel when we checked in @ 6 pm. It's very convenient for sightseeing, close to the Frankfurt main station. We stayed with 1 and 3 years old kids. The hotel gave us the extra bed which is good enough for 4 of us to sleep. Staff are very kind to answer several things. Thanks.

However, we were given a rear room on 6th floor and had no problems, except with some early departing guests, and no hotel can prevent such people slamming doors. Fortunately we only had to stay one night in this hotel and selected it because it was close to the train station. After arriving, we pretty much decided that we would be dining in and not leaving the hotel. Should have been more diligent in researching the area and would have seen that it is quite sketchy. The location is extremely great, just a ~5 mins walk from the main station. Toilet Clean, bed is big enough at double room. The breakfast of the hotel is so far so good, at least you can have your basic choose for your stomach full. If you want to sleep at early night, you may feel angry, because of someone singing on the street, vehicle crossing, […] restaurant chic chat and the music from the bar nearby. I was uncomfortable with the location of the hotel. My children were with us and the area made me nervous. We were there for the World Cup and it was conveniently located near the Fan Fest and the train station. The room was hot, the hotel does not have air conditioning.

It's hard to believe one could find a hotel this excellent so close to the Frankfurt Hbf. The place is pleasant and lively. Both breakfast and WiFi are included, and are of good quality. I was having trouble with a TV remote and went down to ask for help; the desk clerk said he was the only one there and would see what he could do. I expect that was […] that, but twenty minutes later a technician showed up and fixed it (with a great attitude, to boot). I was told they don't have a/c, so it would not be a great option in the summer. It seems obligatory to complain about the surrounding area, but it's fine if you keep your wits about you. Everything was BETTER than I had imagined. A nice modern hotel within walking distance of the Euro Bank, downtown, the Römer, the Main river, main train station, etc. Awesome breakfast! Neighborhood is a bit seedy but really not that bad. There's a laundermat right across the street! Amazing! Ethnic restaurants around. Practical and great!

Wir haben nur eine Nacht dort übernachtet, da wir nur zum Einkaufen in Frankfurt waren. Das Hotel liegt ganz in der Nähe des Bahnhofs und auch bis in die Innenstadt braucht man ca. 15 Gehminuten. Wer lieber mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln fährt kann das auch gerne tun. Das Hotel war in Ordnung. Vom Design ist es modern gestaltet. Jedoch waren unsere […] Socken durch das Laufen über den Teppich anschließend Schwarz. Ansonsten war es aber überall sauber. Komisch war nur auch, dass man mit dem Fahrstuhl nicht die jeweilige Etage anfahren konnte sondern anschließend immer noch ca. 10 Stufen laufen musste. Für Personen mit Gehproblemen also in keinem Fall geeignet. Wer wenig Zeit auf dem Zimmer verbringen möchte und das Zimmer nur zum Schlafen und nicht zur Erholung benutzt, der ist hier genau richtig! Wir hatten explizit ein Zimmer für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder gebucht. Da ich das Gefühl hatte, dass das im System vielleicht nicht ordentlich verstanden wurde, habe ich mich telefonisch mit hotels.com in Verbindung gesetzt um sicherzugehen, dass das mit den zusätzlichen 2 Schlafplätzen funktioniert. Als wir auf unser Zimmer kamen (und uns an den eher […] unangenehmen Geruch des Zimmers halbwegs geöhnt hatten) und die ausklappbare Couch zum Bett machen wollten, mussten wir feststellen, dass das Zimmer zu klein war, um das Bett vollständig auszuklappen! Wir mussten erst ein paar Möbel verrücken und die Couch komplett schief reinstellen, damit wir sie ausklappen konnten. Danach haben wir dann festgestellt, dass zwar 2 zusätzliche Decken und Kissen, nicht aber die dazugehörigen Bezüge vorhanden waren. Das dauerte dann nochmal 20 Minuten, bis sich die Dame von der Rezeption bei uns einfand. Das ist dann gegen 23 Uhr doch eher lästig. Das noch am Abend versprochene WLAN Passwort habe ich gar nicht mehr bekommen. Da musste ich erst am Morgen hinterher telefonieren. Alles in allem eine mittlere Katastrophe. Nur das Frühstücksbuffet war am Rest gemessen erstaunlich gut. Läs mer

Hotellet ligger rigtig godt, meget tæt på Frankfurt Hbf. Vi (2 voksne + 2 børn) fik et pænt familieværelse væk fra gaden dvs. der var ingen støj. Til gengæld var der heller ingen luft/gennemtræk, da værelset vendte ud mod en smal baggård, så der blev MEGET varmt om natten - vi var her i juli måned. Der er ingen aircon, ikke engang en vifte, så det var […] ret uudholdeligt. Men om vinteren er det sikkert fint. Morgenmad var pæn uden at være prangende. フランクフルト駅近から選びましたが駅から５分。悪名高いカイザー通りの隣の通りで雰囲気はいまいち。four seasonnの看板ですぐ分かりました。フロント係りはお客さんのコーヒーを作っていました。キーはアナログの穴あきプラカード、ペンキ塗りたての匂いのする廊下（節電の為、通過すると点灯、普段は真っ暗）、部屋はマリリンモンローの大きなデザインがが飾ってある少し古いデザイナーズホテルの趣き。ツインベッドであるもの、バスタブ、冷蔵庫、セーフティボックス無し。エアコンは三菱製のセパレート型。期待外れであったが枕とブランケットの品質が良かった。朝食も想像したより良かった、ネスカフェのコーヒーメーカーが飲み放題であった。全般的に女性一人旅には不向き、不安がある。

まわりの環境も悪く、携帯も圏外だったので、ホテルの変更を申し出ました。 料金も支払いみで、戻ってこないのは承知していましたが、女の従業員の方になぜこのホテルがだめなのかしつこく問いただされとても困りました。ホテルの従業員の方の接客にも疑問を覚えました。

Hotellet kan anbefales, men hvis du er i egen bil som jeg og min familie var, ville jeg finde et hotel med egen parkeringsplads, da der er totalt parkeringskaos i området, og nogle af parkeringshusene i området i lukket i week-enden.

Hotellet var rent og pent, sentralt og med god service. I det hele tatt har vi lite å utsette på opplevelsen - om det skulle være noe måtte det være at vi hadde bestilt dobbelseng, men fikk to enkeltsenger. Strengt tatt en bagatell, og ikke noe vi la vekt på. Vi fikk hotellet til en god pris midt i juli, bare noen dager før ankomst, og kan bare anbefale […] det til andre. Läs mer

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Nachdem die Aufbettung des dritten Bettes bei unserer Ankunft nicht erfolgt war, gab man uns am Abend erstaunlicherweise ein besseres Zimmer. Die Lage ist etwas zweifelhaft wenn man Kindern abends von der Oper zurück zum Hotel gehen muss. Da unser Zimmer über einen Balkon mit Feuerleiter verfügte und es sehr heiß war […] trauten wir uns nicht das Fenster zu öffnen. Der Kaffee am Morgen glich eher einer exotischen Teesorte. Läs mer

Ubicación céntrica y un buen desayuno con productos de calidad. Los alrededores no son adecuados para un viaje familiar. Las habitaciones son en extremo incómodas para más de dos personas. Recuerdo haber estado en este hotel hace unos años y ahora está totalmente renovado. Las habitaciones están muy bien equipadas, todo hecho a nuevo. La zona es excelente también. Hay de todo cerca. Ideal para ir en verano.
