Vi var mycket nöjda med vårt besök på detta hotell. Nära till shopping och resturanger. Bra standard och OK frukost.

"Very convenient"
Had two layovers in chicago, both with late arrivals to O'Hare. CTA blue line to Monroe/W. Adams and a short walk of 150 yards to the hotel, can it be any better, doubt it. Friendly staff with good attitude made the check-in and check-out a breeze. First visit they put me in a very small room, but with all necessities I could ever need. Very clean, […] and I carefully looked for any unpleasant surprises but found none. Second visit they upgraded me to a larger room with a decent view. Hard and extremely comforable beds, almost silent AC-units and a large walk-in shower made that visit even more pleasant. My only regret is breakfast at the resturant next door. Friendly staff but the food was pretty bad, but no one forced me to eat there and for downtown Chicago they offered breakfast at a decent price. If you are on a budget but still want to stay downtown and have a comforable and clean room, then club quarters are for you. I am definitely staying there next time I am in the area. If you like me plan on spending the night out drinking, Rush street with all the pubs and clubs is just a $5 taxi fare away. Cheers Läs merVerifierad gästrecension

We really enjoyed our stay in downtown Chicago. The hotel is conveniently located to attractions and transportation. The room was a little small, but we were only in it primarily to sleep.Verifierad gästrecension

"Terrific location"
We stay here because it is near Union Station; we ride Metra in from the suburbs and stay here overnight when we have a play with a run time of over 2 1/2 hours so that we'd have to take a late train home. Convenience of location is this hotel's strong point.Verifierad gästrecension
"Excellent for Price"
Hotel is located right next to the Blue and Red 'L' lines and very close to Grant Park and Lake Michigan. The Elephant and Castle Restaurant adjacent to the lobby has an excellent menu and is perfect if you have been sightseeing all day and don't want to put in too much effort searching for a place for dinner. "Great stay for the price"

"Small and quaint."
This is an old hotel but the room was clean and the ammenities were nice. My only concern was the size of the bathroom. It was clean and all but VERY small. And since we were on the 8th floor we had to wait 5-10 minutes for the hot water to reach our room. "Good for business, not for a trip with friends"
The hotel was lovely, with excellent service. However, my reservation was for 3 adults and we were given a room with one queen bed. We were able to switch to a room with 2 twin beds, but ended up referring to our room as our dorm.Verifierad gästrecension

"Great Place"
We had a great time in Chicago, and the hotel was perfectly placed for us. We went on vacation, however this hotel is right in the downtown loop conviniently placed for both business and leisure. I would highly recommend this hotel. The standard rooms are smaller, but they have everything you need. They also supply water and bottles to all hotel patrons. […] The business area is great with several work stations, a print, and even conference areas. There are plenty of places within 2 blocks to have breakfast, lunch, or dinner. This is also within a couple blocks of the Willis tower. All of the staff was friendly and accomodating. Again this was a great place to stay, and I would highly recommend it to a friend. "Centrally located, easy airport access."
Being in the Loop had many positives for site seeing. The hotel was busy and generally well run tho because of the number of rooms and occupancy the daily cleaning schedule fell behind.Verifierad gästrecension
"Romantic Chicago getaway weekend"

"Small but comfortable"
I very much enjoyed my stay here. The room was a bit small, but more than adequate for just me. I was very happy to see outlets all over the room - might seem silly but I've been in hotels where I've had to unplug a lamp to plug in my laptop! They give you a pot of coffee instead of just one cup (also easy to take for granted) and are generally nice […] and serviceable. "Don't expect too high"
This hotel is not as good as i thought when i stepped into my room. There are nobody help to carry your luggage to your room even though uou have many luggage and you are only one person. The room looks a bit old to me althought it was quite a big room. There are no bath tub too. You even can hear the next room conversation if they spoke out loud. Location […] wise was ok only. Hotel staff was VERY NICE. Room just fine. Only thing we didn't care for was the King size bed was 2 twins pushed together and it was uncomfortable do to the dip and separation. But everything else was perfect. We will stay again.Verifierad gästrecension
"Friendly staff, weird rooms"
There is no question that the staff went out of their way to please the guests. This was appreciated as it counteracted the queasy sensation created by the unusually configured rooms (we changed rooms after one night due to constant noise from the nearby elevators.). It felt as if the hotel was carved out of an office building...which it probably was. […] It had the feel of a David Lynch movie. The helpful staff was terrific and saved our visit.
