Mycket bra och prisvärt hotell med bra läge i Beijing.

Det här hotellet är helt rätt om du vill ha nära till t-banan, kunna promenera till de större sevärdigheterna och vill äta nybakat bröd varje morgon från bageriet som ligger vägg i vägg med hotellet. Det går alldeles utmärkt att sätta sig där, ta en kaffe och äta frukost. Frukosten på hotellet var i dyraste laget. Boka inte de billigaste rummen för […] då får du ett rum utan fönster. Det fick vi och dessutom fungerade inte aircondition, men utöver det, kalasbra och riktigt prisvärt. får helt klart fyra solar från mig för läget och servicen. Läs mer

Detta hotell rekommenderas verkligen. Det är rent och har sköna, inte hårda sängar. 2 bra restauranger med humana priser finns också på hotellet. Det ligger nära tunnelbana 2 och 5 som tar dig till de flesta ställen du vill åka till. Dessutom ligger det cirka 5 min till köpcentrum, med bra matbutik , Starbucks och Costa om du hellre tar en kaffe till […] frukost än äter på hotellet. Det tar cirka 15 -20 minuter att promenera till Himmelska Fridens torg och Pärlmarknaden. När vi hade problem med kassaskåpet på rummet fick vi snabb hjälp. Det här var ett hotell som klart överträffade våra förväntningar. Hotellet var perfekt beläget om man t ex ska utnyttja tunnelbanesystemet. Promenad avstånd ca: 10 minuter till Himmelska Fridenstorg. Utmärkt frukostbuffe, helt enkelt ett mycket prisvärt hotell.

Mycket bra hotell nära tunnelbana, våga åk!!!! Mycket snabbt och billigt dock lite trångt. Välj gärna executive våningen på hotellet och dess bekvämlighet. Skulle boka samma hotell igen. 20 min promenad till himmelska fridens torg och förbjudna staden.

Bra hotell dar det enda negativa var att sangarna ar valdigt harda :( Men trevlig personal och helt ok frukostbuffe.

Hotellet ligger precis vid tunnelbanan vilket var utmärkt eftersom man åker mycket tunnelbana i staden. Tre stationer från Silk market, en station från Himmelska fridens torg. Vi bokade ett budgetrum vilket visade sig vara ett rum utan fönster, det saknade man lite. Dock var rummet hyfsat stort, rent och alla bekvämligheter fanns. AC'n fungerade dock […] inte så bra. Synd då man heller inte kunde vädrat med hjälp av fönster... Sängarna var stenhårda. Området var bra. Gångavstånd till McDonalds och många matkejdor. Stort minus med den extremt dyra frukostbuffén. Bra läge med tunnelbanan utanför dörren. I entrén finns fyra internetanslutna iMacdatorer för fritt användande. Utanför entrén finns det alltid två killar som vinkar in taxibilar, bär väskor, öppnar dörrar mm. Frukosten är dyr i förhållande till vad rummen kostar, men det är nära till starbucks, mc donalds och andra ställen.

Utmärkt läge, centralt vid tunnelbanan. Men köp inte utflykter via hotellt. Mkt dyrt. Se till att du får bo i den nya delen. (A-delen).

Fantastic location with line 2 and line 5 subway just right in front of the hotel.

Excellent value for money...staff and room excellent....would book hotel again!!!!!

Prompt and friendly service, good sized rooms with plenty of extra amenities. Appreciated the dedicated check-in on floor 12 for the Executive Rooms. Post Office in hotel was appreciated and staff spoke excellent English. Only complaint was waiting for 50 minutes at the front of the manned hotel taxi queue while passer-by's hailed taxi's from the street […] - after a while the staff stood closer to the road to hail cabs but by this stage there was a long queue behind. the location is so great. To the South is temple of heaven, to the North is Forbidden city. It's close (3 mins walking distance) to new world and GLory mall for food and shops. We had booked a budget room and knew that we'd probably get a room without a window. However, when checking in, we got a really good room, with window and bath tub - which was extra important. The location couldn't be any better. There are taxis right outside the hotel, and hotel staff will help you get one and tell the taxi driver where to go. The […] subway is also right outside the hotel, and it is the central line so you can easily go to your sites without difficulty. The staff was very helpful and they all spoke english, which is more than I can say for the rest of Beijing. The only less positive thing was the prices in the restaurants in the hotel, or in the shop in the lobby. I spent ten days in this hotel with my old mother and young daughter. The staff was very helpful in a couple of tricky situations. Reception staff accompanied me in a clinique when I got sick. The concierge service rescued by daughter's favourite toy by courier mail from another hotel in Xian where she had forgotten it. One has to keep all belongings in your suitcase as there is NO drawers or cabinets to put any clothes etc. Free wireless in each room is a plus. The Chinese restaurant (Tang) is expensive, even charging each patron a fee for not drinking any beverage, or boiled water (not bottled water, which is extra). Breakfast (buffet style) is good.

1. Location - right across from the number 2 and 5 subway trains. Close to a nearby mall where there are several restaurants to choose from. This was the main reason I booked this hotel. 2. We had the one without windows. Quiet. The only issue I had was that the door doesn't lock when I shut it close. This hotel should be 5 stars - great staff, great place to stay. I would recommend it to all my family and friends. If you go to Bejing this is the hotel to stay at. Great Staff - very very helpful

Centrally located, good staff and friendly. Overall a good hotel. Our rooms in B wings had no windows which was a let off. Be carefully before booking rooms, read between the lines.

The room do not have window, the air condition is not good,but the hotel is very good loaction and transportaiton for business and travel.

My overall stay was satisfactory. I had purchased a n economy room which I did not realize had no windows and the heat was suffocating. I requested a change which they were nice enough to accommodate me with an upgrade with windows. I was able to sleep much better staff was friendly and spoke english

horrible smell to cigarette

Hotel is in good location near subway and 5 minutes walk from modern malls and restos. The walk to major attractions such as Forbidden City, etc. is very long, and much more pracitical to take the subway which is well organized, cheap and modern. If you take a taxi, make sure you use meter or agree on fare beforehand. Room rates are reasonable, but […] resto and gift shop in hotel is way, way overpriced. You are better off eating and shopping outside. The doormen are extremely helpful and knowledgeable and we were impressed with their willingness to help the guests. I didnt regret to choose this hotel.Great location and well kept room.The only minus point is room quite stuffy during winter time as they switched off aircon.Had to open one of the small window but it was directly above the breakfast area, so quite noisy in the morning with guests having breakfast downstair and music is quite loud.Overall happy with […] my stay.Will definitely come and stay again. Location is good and very convenient to access all the MTR station. Reasonable price.

We stayed 4 nights in feb 2012. The property could be a 5 star with some room upgrades. The beds are very hard and uncomfortable.The service, information and location is excellent. If ever in Beijing again we would stay at the Novotel. We enjoyed are stay at the hotel. Rob And Nick, Canada

Room didn't have windows, location to city was good

this hotel is great. traveled a lot to beijing in the past couple of months and always stay there. staff is very helpful, location is good, my only complain is that during the winter they only turn on the heaters so room tends to get very hot at night. but will definitely be going back on my next trip

this was my 2nd time at this hotel. The location is excellent for proximity to Tiannamen Square and the Forbidden city, a main shopping street is adjacenta dn a subway station is right outside the door giving easy access to other attractions. The staff were helpful and tried very hard to speak our language. They certainly do a better job of that than […] I do of speaking chinese.I can recommend the breakfast as they serve a huge varoety catering to all nationalities. Its exoensive if not included in your room rate but if a good breakfast is important to you, then you will not be disappointed with the food on offer here. Near to the train station Chongwenmen, and Wangfujing. Hotel is very comfortable and considerably spacious. Hotel reception lady was rude though when we check in, but when we approach the concierge staff twice on different times, both were helpful and understands English. i would stay here again.

Location is good , close to shopping centre. Non-smoking room comes with smoky smell but they are willing to change room for me. Rooms are spacious, people there are nice and helpful.

Free Wi-Fi and convenience transportation like subway, bus line to tourist attraction area. Malls and restaurant working distance. Bank and bakery next door. Service is good and room clean everyday. Carpet a bit old. For standard room is no window room. Please be aware when booking.

Me and my family has stayed in many Novotel before and this is the most disappointing one. First of all, the decription of the location is misleading. It clearly stated in Beijing City but it is a long way from the City Centre. Staffs are new and in experience to provide proper guide and direction to us. There is no local map even just to borrow to […] look at our location. We booked for a non smoking room but was given a smoking room when we arrived. When I check out, only one person on the counter. The receptionist had to call for assistance so that she can bring me to open the safe deposit box. It takes almost half an hour before the safe box can open. The staff was using the wrong key and another staff try but do not know where is the correct key keep. I am in the Locks and Doors business and if I did not tell them it is the wrong key they may have to force open my deposit box. Overall, we shall not return to this hotel again. Läs mer

This hotel is in a perfect location for everything, You can take the airport express then the subway to exit Chongwenmen and the hotel is there on the exit. Awesome location you can walk to the Pearl Market and basically all the markets if you want to, you can also walk to the Forbidden City etc. Also the hotel was great in getting me a taxi to go to […] the Great Wall, Hotel staff were very helpful, As I was checking out I have 2 pieces of luggage and I was taking the subway and there are stairs you have to go down and one of the bell guys took both of my stairs across the street to the subway and down the stairway for me, I was so impressed by this, it was way beyond the helpfulness I expected from the hotel staff. This hotel's location is very convenient. Located right in front of bus stations and subway station. Just within minutes to the New World Shopping Centre which is a great place to shop. I booked a Superior King room but it's only a standard room size. The bed is a bit hard. They also describe my room to have separate shower and bath tub but it's only […] bath tub with shower head, not separate ones. So there are quite a few disappointments. Front desk staff are helpful. Stayed one week for business and sight seing trip. Subway, bus line easy to reach to other attraction areas. Bank just next to hotel.
