Good central location. Fresh, newly renovated and modern interiors. Service was polite but i hardly needed any help with anything so hard to judge. The continental breakfast was simple but high quality and the breakfastbroom has a pleasant atmosphere that feels more like a cafe than a hotel dining room. Wifi worked well but limited to 1 device. A nice touch that it was included in the rate (as was breakfast). I asked for a room on a higher floor and was put on 15, the top floor. Small windows, maybe because of the nature of the old building. Good modern tv, etc, with lots of channels. Spacious bathroom and decent shower (took a minute or 2 forbhotbwater to arrive). Comfortable bed and a practical desk with lots of power sockets. Have stayed in nine zero previously. I would rank them similarly with Ames posibly edging it though not everyone will like the minimalist style and approach.

There's really nothing to complain about; a very nice hotel. I've stayed here a couple of times and it has been consistently good, from the friendly front desk staff to the bed quality. Oh, the soap smells to much, but that's about it.

"Great stay as usual."
We stay here whenever we visit family in the area because the price is reasonable and we don't have to book two rooms when we need a suite. "Awesome pet friendly hotel!"
The staff at the Sonesta could not have been more accommodating and helpful. They were awesome! Every request was met with a smile and a can-do attitude. The room was perfect for our needs, as we were traveling with our large German Shepherd dog. The room was located directly near the exit stair well to make it easy for walking. "excellent value, plenty of space"
Two bedroom suite was very roomy and perfect for two adults and 2 teenagers. It was great to have two twin beds for our sons instead of having to put someone in a rollaway bed. "Good Hotel housekeeping can be better"
Overall it is a good place for a longer stay. Housekeeping could do a better job. We stayed for a week, they only came to change towels and took away the trash. They did not bother to vacuum the floor, and did not leave any detergent for the dish washer. My room was perfect for our family. It was nice and big with 3 older style tvs, but we didn't mind. Our only complaint was the buffet breakfast. When we got there, there were not any plates. Eventually plastic plates came out. Then I got my orange juice and realized it was mostly water, I couldn't drink it. They were also out of waffle mix. "Very Nice Suburban Hotel"
friendly desk staff, good selection and decent quality breakfast buffet, 2 bedroom suite was spacious (BR,LR/Kitchen with full size fridge and dishwasher,BR), with TVs in all 3 rooms, and cost less than 2 separate rooms at other hotels in the area. Pet friendly was a plus for us. Ample free parking. Staff respected our 'D-N-D' card. We were all very happy with this hotel...we had a group of 15 people and were very happy with the numbers that we could put into each room due to assortment of number and type of beds plus pull-out couches! "Very comfortable and worth another try"
The hotel room was extremely comfortable for four of us. It also appeared to be very clean but there was a terrible odor that hit us as soon as we walked in the door. The air vent coming into the bedroom was loud and woke me up several times during the night and then we were all woken up very early because of a group of guys playing basketball in the […] court right outside our bedroom. "Still good but could use updating"
We've stayed here before and found it convenient to the Andover area. Rooms are ready for updating especially older TV's. Can be noisy on weekends with large groups (youth) staying up fairly late. This hotel over all was great , the front desk staff on both day and night shift were extremely helpful and friendly. The Kitchen supervisor put out a wonderful breakfast and made sure everything was constantly stocked and was so nice to talk to. TV's are a little dated in the rooms. The maintenance could be a little bit better we had a light that didnt […] work well and some of the recepticles were very loose, the pool was dirty and didnt seem as though it was cleaned often. The bedding and towels were clean but the carpets looked like they hadnt been steam cleaned in a while, the bathrooms were fairly clean but little details were not looked after like stuff on the walls and the hair left in the bath tubs. "College Camp Visits Stay Saved by Agent"
I had booked by stay in the Staybridge Suites a week in advance and had expressly asked for a King Size non-smoking room for my son and I while we visited Holy Cross and Harvard through Hotels.Com. When I went to check in, Staybridge Suites initially had no record of the reservation that I had paid in advance. Moreover, when they did discover the reservation […] it was for a smoking room with twin beds, totally unacceptable. However, after speaking with the Hotels.com agent who handled the call that night. resolved the matter to beyond my satisfaction. He found a Hotel that met and even exceeded my initial booking arrangements that was only 10 minutes away. He also was able to add compensation for my inconvenience that will allow me to continue to be a Hotels.com customer. That was not going to be the case prior to his intervention. "Comfy, Convenient, Dirty"
The two bedroom, two bath layout was extremely comfortable. My boyfriend and I had privacy, as did his mother. We were in town for a wedding, and getting ready with separate bathrooms was effortless. We only stayed two nights, but could have easily stayed a week for the convenience of the room. The propery was quite nice and well maintained outside, […] but the interior could have been cleaner. The hall carpets badly needed cleaning. The walls in our room were filthy, the carpets weren't vacuumed well, lipstick was on the coffee mugs, and paint on the sofa. "Excellent, spacious and ADA compliant"
My room was very spacious, with plenty of room to move about if you were in a wheelchair or had other mobility issues. Sliding pocket door off the bedroom into the bath was convenient. "great place to stay"
We were in Dracut for a long weekend at a sports tournament. The hotel was within a 15 minute ride to where we needed to be. Nice quiet location right off the highway, but no noise from anything. Extra plus was the kitchenette so we didn't have to go out after a day of softball. Yet plenty of places to go close by if we wanted to. Really nice breakfast […] available. "Affordable place at convenient distance to Boston"
I am not very picky person and I stayed here with my family for 4 nights. Over all it was wonderful. Guest service was good. I asked if I can check in 1 hrs before check-in time and they accepted my request with no hesitation. I asked for limited room service for week-end and they kept their word. I had towels changed and room cleaned on two days. Swimming […] pool was good and surrounding area is quite and enjoyable. Breakfast was good and with sufficient number of varieties. Having kitchen and utensils in clean and good condition is a definitely an advantage. Only disadvantage for guys visiting Boston is that you should have a car to stay in this hotel otherwise it is painful to travel to downtown. "Noisy breakfast room."
I was assigned one of the unlucky rooms just above the reception. Nothing wrong with that, except for the fact that the TV in the breakfast room was turned on every morning at 5:30AM, with a volume that wakes you up immediately. "Very pleasant surprise"
Very nice, in an office park so on the weekend very quiet. If you weren't familiar with the area you'd have trouble finding it on a dark rainy night, as it is in a wooded area. Room was very pleasant and clean. We had a studio unit; no dining table but we ate at the coffee table and that was fine. Bathroom a little small. Some noise from long term guests […] who seem to not realize they are not the only ones there (loud tv, etc). Breakfast was the usual scrambled eggs, bacon etc. Nice "great room" to eat in. There's a Chili's within walking distance, and a large Italian restaurant, but we know the area so were able to avoid Chili's and eat at better places. Would certainly stay there again. Be aware that this is not a normal hotel room with daily maid services. I stayed on the weekend, and no cleaning was done during my stay. However, beyond that, the spaciousness of the rooms MORE than made up for any lack of maid services.
