Everything was fine but when we wanted to talk about prices of rooms etc. they couldn't tell us anything. We were wondering who actually owns those motels and who runs them? We'd rather deal with the people there but that wasn't the way it was. We really do prefer small town home owned businesses. We did have a fun time. thanks!!
"Not the best place to stay"
The hotel was way older and in a sketchy neighborhood compared to the photos online. Our first bed had hairs in it, so we had to switch rooms. Unless you need a really cheap deal, I'd stay somewhere else!

I found some hair in the bathtub which is repulsive to me - - - especially as it all belonged to the guest before me! I did tell the gal who checked me out and she said she'd have it checked. But, I'll never know if someone would have the same problem in any room!

Cheap room, you get what you pay for! 1/3 the price of downtown Omaha only a few miles away. If you just need a bed this place is fine.

"not impressive"
well the heat either was on or off if you turned it on manually and most of the stuff in the room looked like it was from the 70s i was not impressed at all with it other then where it was from where we were going.

The hotel is getting a little old and some of the past maintenance was a bit on the shanty side. However it was clean and comfortable. It is important for me to state that the owner and staff belong in a 5-Star hotel, they were so nice and couldn't do enough for us. Thank you for your top rated service!!!
"Close to Old Market"
The room was nice it was clean. The a/c blew out warm stale air no matter how cold and how high it was set. The water for the shower was backwards cold was hot and hot was cold. The door key didn't work at first it took us about 8 tries til it opened every time we went to the room. Not to mention it was pretty well in the ghetto, I am not racist but […] there was not a white person to be seen except us. The beds were terribly uncomfortable. I will not stay again, the only thing I can recommend is the breakfast. I think it was a waste of $$$. We had sand in our sheets and our feet were black after walking on the carpet barefoot. It had a complimentary breakfast that was served in an unbearably hot room, the toaster was broken, and the food was just not good (over cooked eggs, warm, canned fruit, stale bread, etc.). i have noticed that when you prepay for these rooms they give you the scrapings. its alright just needed to sleep, the breakfast was ok the help was great, nice people, harder than heck to find...the directions from the site, oh my gosh, not good...will map quest from now on
"Chemical Smell"
The room & hallways had a strong chemical odor, which was very overwhelming. Not for folks with allergies. There is a pay day loan place directly in front of the motel, which used to be a restaurant, but it gives the whole place a seedy appearance. VERY limited tv channels, always unfortunate. Breakfast minimal.

the hotel was so convenient to casinos and restaurants. The staff was also great in giving accurate directions. We were meetingup with a group at an end destination and I told others about the good stopping off point and they were to use it on the way home. Thanks hotel.com

I selected this hotel based on price and proximity to the Mid America Center. Check in took a little longer than usual as the clerk was training, but everyone was friendly. We were asked if being on the second floor would be a problem, which I thought was odd until we headed to our room and discovered there was no elevator. The room itself was okay. […] AC and TV both worked fine. I thought there would be a mini fridge but there wasn't. Pillows were a joke, VERY small. Bed had apparently been used primarily by individual guests as my husband and I spent the night trying not to roll to the center. The complimentary breakfast was over before we came downstairs. Based on the pictures and website information I was disappointed overall. Based on the other reviews and the price maybe I was just naive. "Terrible Experience"
First off - this is in a terrible neighborhood surrounded by boarded up gas stations and derelicts. The lobby smelled like smoke and the room was musty. The pool was dirty and there were unpatched holes in our wall. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone - ever. We tried to get our money back and hotels.com staff was very helpful - but the front […] desk declined. To top it all off, breakfast was cold and greasy and ended 30 minutes before scheduled. We were stuck there. We have booked 15 or so rooms through hotels.com and this one was the only complete disappointment. "Convenient Location"
The hotel was located in the perfect location to the sight seeing and activities we had in mind like The Old Market, The Henry Doorly Zoo, and The Lewis and Clark overlook. The pool could use an update and the fans in the pool area definitely need to be cleaned. Overall, we would stay there again.

The room i stayed in had a musty odor to it. I could not get another because the whole place was booked. The staff was generous enough to let me clock in about eight hours before my check in time.

The room was very adequate for us. The staff was very helpful but our second day the room didn't get cleaned and we had to ask for clean towels which were delivered by housekeeping and they apologized for not getting the room done.
