Bra litet hotell intill Avenue Louise, dock inte fyrstjärnigt som man får intryck av på bokningssajten, utan fyra stjärnor enligt en mer lokal bedömning. Men snyggt och rent och trevlig personal i receptionen.

Ett litet, trevligt och centralt hotell i ett fint område. Hotellet är ganska mysigt, och väldigt litet med endast 36 rum. Själva huset är väldigt gammalt vilket gör att golven knarrar ordentligt och fönsterna är väldigt otäta vilket gör att om ditt rum vetter mot gatan är det ganska lyhört. Annars är rummen rymliga och badrummen fräscha. Frukosten […] är god. Det finns inte så jättemycket att välja på men det duger. Området är säkert och tryggt. Det ligger precis vid en gata med väldigt fina butiker och den närmaste tunnelbanan är även den säker. Det finns även bankomat i närheten. Läs mer

Ärligt talat så kan man inte säga att hotellet tillhör de bästa i Bryssel med med tanke på priset får det sägas vara helt OK. Allmänt slitet men tämligen charmigt. Frukosten var dock av ganska låg klass med bland annat kalla varmrätter och torrt bröd. De kringliggande kvarteren kan inte sägas vara de mest spännande men mer livade delar av staden inom […] kort räckhåll med spårvagn eller tunnelbana. Läs mer

The fire escape door was kept locked at night and the key which was suppposed to be un the "red key holder" was missing. I pointed at this to the staff, but they did not replace the key the following night.

This modest hotel offers a pleasant stay in comfortable rooms in an excellent and very central location. It is not by any means a luxurious hotel but it delivers on all the basic requirements. It is a good, cheap option, ideal for someone looking for a no frills short stay in central Brussels.

Being a native of the country visited, the location of the hotel was perfect for me, as I knew exactly where I wanted to stay and how to reach the different sites in Brussels. Musty, dusty, room, brown water stains on the bathroom ceiling above the shower, dirty, sticky carpet and an aspiring rock drummer somewhere nearby who kept me awake most of the night. Asked for some water to drink when I checked in and they didn't have any. Breakfast was one of those depressing budget buffets - tasteless croissants, tinned fruit and […] coffee from a machine. Floris Hotel Louise is conveniently located close to the Louise Stop on the Brussels subway. A short walk down Avenue Louise towards the stop and you will pass very high-end stores the likes of Louis Vuitton, Cartier, Gucci, etc. The hotel exterior is nothing to boast of, however the rooms are clean. This hotel has NO airconditioning, which is I guess […] par for the course for most hotels in Europe, but on warm days it can get very uncomfortable. The room had a tower fan though so that was a blessing. The staff except for one was generally attentive, and my stay came with free continental as well as a hot breakfast. My only unpleasant experience with the hotel is that the bath tub can get very slippery, and I did slip and banged my inner left leg. They should really put a non-skid mat at the floor of the tub. Would I recommend this hotel? Well if you have the money to spend for better accomodations I would recommend that you do find those better accomodations. But the Floris Hotel Louise was reasonably priced, and for my brief stay in Brussels it did serve its purpose. Läs mer

Nice Hotel in walking distance from metro, tramlines are nearby, porte de Namur is 6-8 min walk. Pros: big bathtub, faces to silent street, well equipped room. Cons: Some loose tiles in the bathroom and a bit dirt around the vent. Bit unconfy beds. Breakfast was satisfactory.

Arrived in a cold day (-1C), and the room's radiator could not warm up the room enough -- had a cold night. The second room offered to have good heating was a rooftop room: very difficult access via two runs of steep & narrow stairs, which had to be undone to reach the nearest fire exit (!) --- barelly legal I'd say. Finally, breakfast eggs were cold […] once. The bathroom had no heating (!) while having a big window. The minibar fridge (in the 3 rooms I tried) was empty and shut down. The safe (in the 3 rooms I tried) was unusable. SUMMARY: a 2- or 3-star hotel advertised as a 4-star hotel. Läs mer

A comfortable stay for 3 nights. Hotel was easy to find (close to train/metro/tram links) and was situated in a nice area. Standard of room was good for what we needed, clean, tidy and spacious. During our stay, the heating was broken (the weather was very cold during our stay) but we were provided with electric heaters which warmed the room well if […] left on during the day (the hotel maid ensured this happened). However, the breakfast area was cold in the morning!. We began to wonder if the heating had been broken for a long time. The good: Good location, nice breakfast and we paid a reasonable price for Brussels. The bad: The staff was generally friendly but unhelpful. The accommodations were somewhat shabby and what you would expect from a lower end hotel,for example: peeling and torn wallpaper in the halls, impossible to use shower without flooding, few hangers, insufficient […] soap or towels (and we couldn't get more after 6 PM), and minimal amenities. Prepare to carry your own bags and make multiple trips in the tiny elevator with narrow halls and steps after the landing. To be fair, we are used to better category hotels (and usually spending more money). On the whole, it's a decent 2 star hotel and quite adequate for young or single business travelers on a tight budget. Läs mer

First impressions from check-in were good... friendly service, impressive lobby and early check-in was allowed at no charge (they had spare rooms avl). However, heading up to the room we noticed the wallpaper peeling off, cracks and a general state of disrepair. The room itself was very clean and tidy however the bathroom smelt as though someone had […] just used it (perhaps a drainage issue?) and the curtains were ripped in several places. The supersized cushions were the most uncomfortable bed pillows and we hardly slept a wink. But... saving the best for last....... upon check out we were accused of not having paid our internet bill, which we HAD paid the day before immediately after accessing the computers. He continuted to argue with me, threatening to get the booking agent involved and although we had already paid it... he was doing all this for a grand total of €2,50! Admittedly the hotel is a reasonable place to stay and before check out, the staff were most helpful and pleasant. Unfortunately this experience has skewed my rating negatively. Läs mer

Except the good location (close to shops, trains, buses, restaurants, supermarkets), i must say that the service was not as described on the site. The iron and TV were out of order which were very important for my 5 day business trip. Also there was no air conditioning system.

호텔이라기 보단 우리나라 모델에 비슷한 수준이었는데, 저 같이 잠만 자는 면에서는 괜찮았어요. 위치도 주요 관광지에서 안 멀고(15-20 도보), 일단 치안이 좋은 곳에 있어서 맘편히 다닐 수 있었네요. 아침에 주는 밥은 간단한 빵, 시리얼 정도네요. 객실 관리는 잘 해주고, 로비도 24시간 확인해주네요.

Hotel moyen, les petits déj ne son pas bon du tout, les croissants semblent être de la veille, le pain est trés mauvais et il n'y a rien d'original on dirrait un ptt déj des hotels des annéée 80.

Bon hôtel très bien situé et à des tarifs correct en plus d'un service sympathique. Toute fois l'entretien général de la chambre laisse à désirer malgré le passage quotidien d'une femme de ménage: moquettes tâchés, literie usé (et du coup moyennement confortable), pommeau de douche miniature pas très pratique, dalle de faux plafond cassé au dessus […] de la douche avec le luminaire enfoncé. Landry service anecdotique: 5€ par chemise et non repassé (on vous prête un fer pour le repassage). Bon séjour quoi qu'il en soit et malgré ces observations j'y retournerai. Läs mer

hotel correcto, habitaciones simples, con Tv con muchos canales, baño limpio, toallas y productos de aseo. desayuno con pequeño buffet agradable y surtido. en una zona inmejorable, a 5 minutos de Place Louise. desde luego la calidad precio es inmejorable. Muy recomendable

Отель Floris Hotel Louise это три звезды с натяжкой. Его надо было давно отремонтировать. Полы скрипят ужасно. В лифт страшно заходить. Завтрак совсем простенький.

Hotel confortable, idéalement placé avec un bon rapport qualité prix.

Hôtel très confortable et surtout très calme si la chambre donne sur la cour. Une propreté irréprochable et un excellent accueil

Sengen var kort, puden for stor, og der var meget koldt i værelset den ene nat. Der var rent og pænt. Morgenmaden var fin og personalet var meget flinke.

Agradable con fallos leves: 1º No hay cortina en la ducha (obliga a baño). 2º El desayuno es sabroso pero siempre igual con un buffet limitado. 3º Hay escalones justo ante la puerta de la habitación 101. 4º Se ve alguna telaraña en el techo. Sin embargo, la sensación general es buena, aunque no sea perfecta. Por lo demás el trato es muy agradable.

Point positif : personnel accueillant et soucieux de vous venir en aide. Points négatis : le descriptif de l'hotel ne correspond pas à la réalité : Service d'étage : non, remplacé par un service de livraison de pizzas. Mini bar : il est vide et pas de bouteille d'eau disponible au bar.

Asuimme huoneessa n:o 104 - lattia narisi, kylpyhuone oli likainen ja tunkkainen, huoneiston sänky oli kova ja patjan houset tunis selvästi nukkuessa. Huoneiston kaapissa ei ollut kuin muutama vaatepuu, ja toinen kaappi oli ilman vaatepuita. Huone oli pimeä. Huoneiston osalta hotelli vastaa kahden täheen luokiktusta!

Lækkert med morgenmad - Lå midt i et dyrt shoppingkvarter. Der er ca 15 min ind mod seværdighederne. Man skal være opmærksom på, at hotellet kun har adgang til en p-plads som man skal booke i forvejen, eller skal man i et offentlig parkeringshus, ca 5 min derfra.

Bien ubicado a 15 min del centro, en una zona muy bonita con tiendas de reconocidas marcas.

Hotel ancien, équipement et décoration des chambres vieillots, besoin de rénovation. Hotel bien situé, moins d'une demi heure à pied du centre ville de Bruxelles. Tramway proche. Petit déjeuner correct.

God beliggenhed, så man kunne spadsere rundt i byen - det var let at finde spisesteder i nærheden. Dejligt med den lille gårdhave, hvor man kunne få serveret kaffe om eftermiddagen og aftenen.

behagelig atmosfære, skøn lille terrasse, god komfort, god morgenmad, mulighed for en kop aftenkaffe og mulighed for at sidde i solen på terrassen, ikke langt fra Place Boniface, Place Luxembourg - gode spisesteder, gode transportmuligheder.

Holtel confortable, mais un peu vieillot. La propreté des rideaux et murs est médiocre. Le petit déjeuner peut être un peu meilleur, pour un 4 étoiles et une seule personne, c'est peu pour répondre aux besoins d'un hôtel rempli de touristes. A 9h20 du matin, il ne restait plus rien ! Toutefois, très bien situé .

This hotel does not deserve more than 2 stars, at the most! Arriving to a dirty bathroom is not funny at all. Breakfast was OK.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis des Floris Louise-Hotels waren okay, wobei wir jedoch für zwei Nächte einen reduzierten Preis bezahlt haben. Wir hatten insofern Glück gehabt, dass wir an diesem Wochenende keine Parkplatzprobleme vorgefanden. Das Auto blieb daher auch direkt vor dem Hotel kostenlos geparkt stehen und wir haben Brüssel zu Fuß und mit öffentlichen […] Verkehrsmit- teln erkundet. (nächste Metrostation ca. 5 Min. entfernt). Frühstück war okay, wenn auch nur Standart. Zimmer war sauber,aber mit kleinen reparaturbedürftigen Mängeln, die man eigentlich den Gästen nicht zumuten sollte. Hotell med sterkt behov for oppussing, men hyggelig. Mange trapper og veldig liten heis gjør hotellet ubrukelig for folk med nedsatt bevegelighet. Stille, stort og rent rom! Hull og skjolder på veggen bak inngangsdøren og fuktskjolder i taket på badet trakk derimot ned. Gardinene kunne med fordel ha vært vasket. Gode senger. God kontinentalfrokost, […] men savnet grovbrød. Hotellet ligger i et eksklusivt område, noe som gjorde resturanter i nærområdet dyre. Nærhet til trikk gjorde det derimot enkelt å komme seg rundt i byen. Fikk mye for pengene sammenlignet med andre hotell i området. Läs mer

Taxi can not be properly called

Mit rum ud mod gaden var stort og koldt - det tog hele aftenen og noget af natten at opvarme rummet og jeg måtte gå iseng med alt tøjet på. Ved morgenmaden glemte en gæst brød i toasterne og vi fik set at røgalarmen dur!

Une seule place de parking reservée à un hotel comptant pourtant plusieurs chambres , un accueil plutôt glacial. Les chambres sont propres et le petit déjeuner correct même si cela ne vaut pas le 4 étoiles mais plutôt un bon 2 étoiles.

Hotel agréable, bien situé, proche station de metro/tram, villo, boutiques et restaurants divers. Petit bémol sur l'insonorisation de la chambre du fait de vielles fenêtres, mais ce n'est pas dérangeant, il n'y a pas beaucoup de passage la nuit.
