Jätte mysigt hotellområde med pool, bubbelpool och solstolar precis bredvid vattnet. Hotellrummen är inte de modernaste men cubanskt charmiga! Bra service av de anställda och rena rum. Vi blev positivt överraskade av hotellets atmosfär och återvänder gärna!

Boendet fungerade bra foer det syftet, dvs temporaert boende med behov av vissa bekvaemligheter saa som kylskaap och pentry. "Stayed here for Ultra"
Spent a night here with my girlfriend during the last night of Ultra March of 2013, and enjoyed our stay! The staff was kind and allowed us to check in very early, which helped up a lot. "Great little hotel, in the middle of it all..."
I was very satisfied with my stay. I never had been a guest at this chain before, and due to lack of available occupancy in Miami, I tried it out. "Two blocks from connections to everywhere"
If you are without a car, this hotel is just two long blocks from a train/tram station. The train offers convenient service to the airport, and the free tram gets you right into the downtown area. "Average"
For what I paid and for my expectations, I would say that this hotel would be right on par with your average hotel. My room product was cheap and a little worn, but did not expect anything different. Just be sure to bring a pair of flip flops/slippers to walk around and avoid sitting in any of the room furniture.Verifierad gästrecension
"Lumpy bed!"
We stayed here one night prior to a cruise. The place is conveniently located a couple of blocks from the metro station and has a Walgreens and Publix Supermarket right next door. The staff was very friendly and helpful! The con to staying here (at least the room we had) was a lumpy, uncomfortable bed! Niether my girlfriend nor I could get any sleep […] because we tossed and turned all night long. This bed was probably one of the most uncomfortable beds that I ever slept on! "Downtown Miami Hotel"

"MABE NOT A GOOD PLACE TO STAY!"
The stay was very nice. The room was very clean. The problem is there arent any places in the hotel to eat. There arent any places to eat close by. So we went across the street to walgreens and got a sandwich for dinner, and a box of donuts for breakfast.Verifierad gästrecension från Expedia

"Won't stay there again"
Arrived after a 9 hour drive. Room not ready...and very seedy looking people out front. Had to use the bathroom...Front desk guy was "sorry" they didn't have a restroom and none near by?? Came back next night to 2 police cars at front door??? Left the next day.Verifierad gästrecension

"You get what you pay for!"
My overall rating for this hotel is a 2. The hotel service was ok. The people at the front desk were friendly but they weren't helpful, it really seemed like they couldn't do much for you. The condition of the hotel is not good at all. Our toilet was broken when we checked in and would not flush for most of our stay and our fridge was constantly leaking […] water which ruined most of our food in our fridge. We came home at 4am and the toliet wasn't working and we went to the front desk and they said they couldn't fix it and I asked if they had a bathroom in the lobby area they said no and I had to beg to use the employee bathroom which they let me use but it was ridiculous that we couldn't sure that bathroom in our own room!! The room was not as clean as it should of been. I felt like you had to walk around with shoes on because it was not properly vacummed and then there was spots everywhere all over the kitchen. It really wasn't cleaned as good as it could of been. The comfort was ok, the beds are not the softest things to sleep on and the comforter they give you seems very old and outdated. "Great Location, Great stay, Great staff. Very Clea"
Mike at the front desk was so very helpful. Helped us with extra pillows, local advice and even looked up info and directions for us. Very clean. Nice place, fridge, kitchen, etc. Went to see a show at Bayfrom Park. Great place. Cab ride from hotel to Bayfront Park ranged from $6-$18. "Great view of downtown!"
I'm SUPER picky so I HAD to write a review to say that I definitely recommend this hotel. We stayed only one night but I wouldn't hesitate to stay longer. It was clean, ample space, had a small kitchen and a great view of downtown on the 6th floor. The young man at the front desk was very kind. "good location"
The front desk was very nice and helpful. The location is great if you want to visit downtown Miami. Short walk to the Metromover and Metrorail. Non Smoking room was clean. "Wasnt bad until someone walked in at 3:30 am!"
For the price, the hotel was clean,nice check in staff and close to the bars/ restaurants. But at 3:30 am a man walked into our room, and walked out when I started screaming. When we kept asking what he wanted he did not answer, while standing outside the door. I called the front desk and it ended up being the same man stating that our room was not […] in the system and he was checking.
