Heltäckningsmatta och hög luftfuktighet är ingen bra kombination. Fuktigt golv. Annars bra läge till flygplatsen. Buss varje 30e minut. Tyvärr börjar frukosten ej serveras förrän kl 06.00, vid den tiden var vi redan på flygplatsen...

Hotellet ligger nära flygplatsen och funkar för en övernattning. Absolut inte mer. Väldigt nedgånget. Vi fick byta rum för att det inte gick att stänga fönstret.

För oss som kom med hyrbil på kvällen efter en lång resa var det mycket värt att slippa köra mer än 5 minuter från hyrbilsutlämningen. Vårt rum låg åt baksidan. Det hördes mindre ljud från flyplatsen än vad vi hade trott så det innebar inget problem alls. Restaurang har hotellet inte en egen men man får frukostkuponger till en närliggande i samma byggnad. […] Man behöver inte ens gå utomhus för att komma dit. Samma restaurang erbjuder roomservice om man vill. Vi hämtade dock mat till rummet själva och det gick också bra. Sängarna kändes hårda och inte särskilt bekväma men funkade för en natt. Frukosten som ingick i priset var inte så bra om man förväntar sig att "kontinental" är nåt liknande man får i Europa. Här var det flingor, mjölk, croissant, muffins, kaffe. Parking lot looks like a mechanic's lot. Hotel is rundown and in need of some major care. But, the room was clean. Dirty/mildew in bathroom grout. Convenient. Friendly staff. Would not stay here again. Found myself looking longingly out the window at the Holiday Inn Express right next door.

While the room was clean, it was very dated and showed its age in the stains on the floor. The staff was useless and seemed extremely uninterested in checking us in and answering our questions about "park and stay" and airport shuttles. I'm also pretty sure that they have the first elevator that was ever made in the world...

If you need to catch an early flight at O'Hare, this is fine. Very clean, but odd floor plan, strange but good continental breakfast setup. I would not use this place for a getaway weekend.

It was clean & super close to the airport. It was rather noisy from the planes, but that can not be changed by anyone. Two restaurants connected that had great food & atmosphere. The shuttle bus runs every 30 mins around the clock & they have a parking garage to leave your vehicle while you are away. Would stay again!!

Rooms nice and swivel flat screen TV very nice. Breakfast voucher at nearby restaurant appreciated but no time to use. Large comfortable bed. No hot or warm water for shower one of the five mornings, but other than that much more reasonably priced for the same amenities as nearby and higher priced hotels.

The hotel has a free shuttle bus to the airport every 30m, so it is very convenient to get the airport. The stuffs are friendly and the room is clean and tidy. However, the location of the hotel is not that good, especially when you are getting by bus rather then by car.

I was very pleased with the hotel. I had an unexpected layover in Chicago due to weather so I arrived late at night. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and quiet. A restaurant next door was a big plus.

The hotel is close to the airport with free shuttles. There are two good restaurants attached - a bar and grill and a family restaurant. The free breakfasts have the normal continental items and scrambled eggs with pancakes. The room is very clean and comfortable and the free internet worked well. The hotel is a bit rundown. The curtains stained, the shower head sprayed all over the bathroom. They did repair that as soon as I alerted them, but it appeared it was a recurrent issue. The staff were pleasant.

Pluses: no parking fee, clean decent room, the young lady at check in was very pleasant. Minuses: TV from the stone age. Man at check out was rather unpleasant. Can't say I'll go out of my way to stay there again, but wouldn't go out of my way to avoid either.

I would stay there again, but the woman at the hotel did not know how to give proper directions to get on the shuttle or how to identify it. I waited an hour and may have missed one or two runs. Stayed a this hotel because they advertised that they had a free 24 hour shuttle to Allstate Arena. The shuttle stopped at 10:00PM so we had to walk back to the hotel at 11:30 PM. My husband and I are in our sixties and the 5 block walk back to the hotel was very hard on us at that late time of night.

hotel is very close to the airport, and hotel shuttle bus drive you every 30Min. between hotel and airport. Breakfast is very basically simple! It is just match what you pay for the hotel.

advertised breakfast included. Breakfast started at 7 a.m.!!! This is an airport motel not a spa. The desk clerk said there would be a basket of apples at 5 a.m.-no apples. My stay was enjoyable. The Hotel workers were all very courteous and were ready to help. I enjoyed the shuttle provided too and the shuttle drivers were very friendly. I will readily recommend the hotel to anyone who would be willing to stay in this hotel. I am also willing to stay there again if I happen to go to Chicago any time soon.

The front desk is not motivated, not helpful. ordered 2 beds room and was assigned to one king bed room, wanted high floor and gave us first floor, even most rooms in upstairs were empty. One of the desk attendants was very rude when I asked to move rooms because I did not like the first floor, although the request should have been noted the night before. The room I was in was supposed to be non-smoking but still smelled like smoke. There are no nice views at all. The TV;s are old and very small. I was afraid to sit in the recliner because […] it was so dirty. They advertise a 24 hour shuttle, but it is only to the airport and then are very rude when you ask about the shuttle service. The nicest employee there was a maintenance man who also drove the shuttle and he actually offered to pick me up everyday I was staying there.
