I found the hotel to be clean, and the staff at the front desk were very helpful and spoke good english. I was disappointed that WiFi in the room was not free but you could go to the lobby and use it for free. Since phone service is very expensive in Argentina, I use Skype or FaceTime. excellent hotel. Great value for the area. Best location, helpful staff, spacious suite rooms with all amenities, comfortable lobby, superb complimentary breakfast. Easily the best and most convenient hotel value in Buenos Aires.

Loi Hotel is ideally situated and a pleasant low- key place. Within a few blocks are the 5 star hotels which are the same the world over. Very nice boutique hotel in a great Buenos Aires old world neighborhood. Super close to great shopping and a few upscale malls. Dining is abundant and all within walking distance. The atrium with a lovely pool is relaxing and a great escape from the hustle of the city. The breakfast that is included is very high end as is all of the food. I have no complaints about this hotel and will definitely stay there again. The staff was very helpful, and my room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. You could walk to all the sites of Recoleta from the hotel, and cabs were readily available. Shower was hot & had good water pressure, you could control your own AC, and the in-room internet service […] worked (had problems w/ each of these things elsewhere). The hotel was a half block from the Recoleta. There were great restaurants nearby and it was easy to get to other major attractions. The staff spoke English and they were happy to arrange hotel shuttles and tango shows. The breakfast each morning offered a large variety of pastries, eggs, meats and cheeses. Nice hotel, well situated. Staff excellent and rooms kept very clean though there were a few minor maintenance issues. Rooms were comfortable but inadequately lit, a common failing in modern hotels.

Great location and staff. Most flights out of BA to N. America leave at night, so we had a late checkout. Didn't want to do too much before our long flight home, but did things around the hotel. Very nice art street market on weekends.

The hotel is located in a prime location within walking distance to many attractions. Unfortunately, there is a school directly across from the hotel that attracts some less fortunate people who live on the street next to the school. The gym is somewhat small and is lacking in up to date equipment. The breakfast which was included in our plan was substantial […] and the presentation was excellent.Free WIFI in the lobby is a plus for the traveler.All things aside, we would consider staying here again if we visited BA.Good value for the money in the most expensive part of the city. we loved this hotel. Staff were all helpful. location wonderful breakfast buffet with many delicious choices, and hot foods. not cheap hotel, but well worth it. book in advance, they fill up. less expensive rooms are noisier, more expensive rooms are higher up with views (we were in 2 different ones because of an airline strike)

Loisuites is ideally located in the Recoleta area. Quiet street location but easy walk to surrounding areas. The hotel is clean and rooms are good size considering city hotel ( bigger than london). Breakfast in a nice open area. didn't use pool but looked pleasant. would recommend hotel. we also stayed in Palermo Soho which is a more hip area but very […] noisy and hotels not as modern/refined. better to stay here and walk to palermo ( or short cab). This is a very confortable hotel, located in a very nice place. You just walk a block and you can find good restaurants, caffes and very nice places to visit. The only thing that I recomend to change is the size of the bed. They don't have king size beds, my husband is very big so I haven't enough place for me. The Loisuites was excellent in all respects. Prompt and friendly service on arrival. A spacious well appointed quiet room (a junior suite). Good breakfast buffet included. The hotel was well situated for our tourist visits across BA. Reception willingly stored our bags for a night when we were travelling outside the City. Great Recoleta location, elegant foyer and" winter garden" although pool is poorly located as I suspect rarely used. Rooms are not large, twin beds are singles. Staff were excellent. Rooms modern and clean, Bar prices fair. Internet was available in the lobby, garden and our room on level 2 although a bit slow.

Hotel com excelente localização, muito próximo a bares, restaurantes, a praça aonde é realizada a feirinha de artesanato aos domingos e ao shopping Recoleta Mall e tudo pode ser feito à pé.
