Mycket fräsch och hyggligt välutrustad lägenhet. Läget är mycket bra, gångavstånd till många sevärdeheter och många restauranger i närheter. Trevlig och tillmötesgående personal. Ett plus är närheten till stationen på Alexanderplatz - mycket smidigt att ta tåget från flygplatsen och gå över gatan till hotellet. Det finns en mycket bra asiatisk restaurang i bottenvåningen. En välsorterad (men ganska dyr) livsmedelsaffär i botten på gellerian på andra sidan vägen som är öppen även på söndagar.

Fint, trevligt hotell med trevlig personal. Trafiken från vägen utanför kan i vissa rum vara lite störande men absolut ett väldigt prisvärt och fint hotell. Kan även rekommendera den kroatiska restaurangen som ligger mitt emot hotellet. Gratis Internet.

Vi var sex stycken som delade på sviten och fick därmed en perfekt umgängesmöjlighet och ett toppenboende i ett riktigt trevligt område i Berlin. Kan rekomendera kambenen rakt över gatan på "White Trash", samt "the Bird" en bit upp på gatan som serverade Berlins bästa hamburgare och kött. Hotellet hade trevlig personal och utifrån priset grymt fint rum.

Swissotel Berlin ligger i stadsdelen Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf i Berlin, nära Kejsar Wilhelms minneskyrka, Berlin Zoo och Segerkolonnen. I närheten finns även Tiergarten och KaDeWe.

Ett hotell med mycket vänlig och hjälpsam personal, utmärkt läge och där hotellrummen erbjuder det mesta du kan önska dig i form av bekvämlighet.

Bra service, då vi fick checka in tidigare vid tidig ankomst och även fick en senare utcheckningstid utan problem. Lätt att hitta till, mycket turistaffärer och restauranger i närheten. Stort och fräscht rum med LCD tv, Nespresso maskin med tillhörande tre smaker. Fräscht badkar samt separat dusch. Negativt: pool saknas, litet gym med få maskiner samt […] att internet inte fanns gratis på rummet (men fanns två datorer mittemot receptionen som kunde användas kostnadsfritt) Hotellet passar utmärkt för de med lite krav på sitt boende. Vi anlände med flyg....lite ovetande om vilken buss som stannade i närheten av Hotellet.Vi visste att Hotellet låg i närheten av ZOO ...därför tog vi en buss som det stog ZOO på...Nr:109..bra att veta..annars finns det Taxi ..Vi köpte ett 3dgr kort som gällde på buss/spårvagn + lite rabatter på Restauranger/Museer...Lämplig buss är Nr:100 när man åker […] i stan....Vi tyckte att det fanns mycket att titta på..mat och dryck var bra å inte så dyrt....Hotellet var mycket bra....frukost valde vi bort...för dyrt...gick att äta tvärs över gatan för en billig penning.....Vi var mycket nöjda efter vår vistelse i Berlin.... "Best location"
Best location you can get in central west Berlin. Everything in the hotel was at or above expectation expect the food from room service that wasn't that fun. I will definitely return.

Vi bodde tre nätter på Swissotel och blev så överraskade över det fantastiska bemötande vi fick av samtlig personal. Vänliga och artiga utan att vara stela eller med påklistrade leenden. Ett stort hus fullt av "möjliga människor"! Hotellet ligger absolut centralt med såväl U-bahn, S-bahn och buss inom 4 min gångväg. Vacker miljö i såväl rum, lobby och […] restaurang. Frukosten kostar en del men den är värd pengarna. Sängen är lite hård (som oftast i Tyskland) men en mjuk bäddmadrass var bara ett telefonsamtal bort. Jag rekommenderar Swissotel varmt! Läs mer
"Ett mycket bra hotell med fantastiskt läge"
Vi tillbringade 3 dagar i Berlin och hade vad kloka nog att satsa på ett lite dyrare hotell. Swissotel var oerhört prisvärt, med superfräscha rum och med ett fantastiskt centralt läge vid K-damm. Åker gärna tillbaka!

Helt OK hotell. Inget flott men duger om man inte sitter på rummet hela dagarna. Rummen har heltäckningsmatta vilket är inte så trevlig om man har allergi mot damm. Det luktade illa på rummet om man inte hade ac på. Bra frukost.

It's a beautiful hotel at the Ku'damm, and there's enough to see there, great connections to S- and U-bahn. Very friendly staff. The concierge showed us where the cinema and nice cocktail bars were. The restaurant is very good and the cocktails in the Palermo bar are also very nice. The staff at the Swissotel were pleasent, helpful and courteous and did everything possible to ensure our comfort during our stay. The hotel is ideally located just off the Ku'Dam and is only a short walk from Zoo Train Station. Would highly recoemmend this htel.

The Swissotel Berlin is centrally located one block from the main shopping area. The "Zoo" metro and bus hub are three blocks walking distance. Buses #9 and #109 from Tegel Airport arrive within 15-20 minutes and the fare is approximately Euro 2.50! Bus #100 from the "Zoo" station takes one to the major tourist sites in Berlin. THe Concierge and Staff […] were attentive to our needs (we asked numerous questions!). We also enjoyed the delicious apples which were at the reception desk. This hotel was great overall. My only complaint was the bed because it was very hard. I told the hotel and they changed my room immediately. The rooms were big and comfortable. Location amazing.

"Excellent luxury for the price"
I had a great stay at this hotel and was thrilled with the "luxe" details of the room for the price I paid. Great bed, nice pillows, a bathtub and a shower, huge bath sheets, a lovely lighting scheme, and a TERRIFIC espresso coffee maker. The staff was very friendly also. It felt like a "treat" to stay here.

This Swissotel is comparable to ones in which I have stayed in other major cities. One of the biggest pluses is the great service one gets from all hotel employees. Also, the hotel is conveniently located next to a U-Bahn station and major bus stops. Another major station for the S-Bahn and U-Bahn is only a couple of blocks away. Stops for all the sightseeing […] buses are less than a block away. There are enough restaurants and coffee shops nearby to be convenient and a major department store with a basement deli is next door. The only thing I would change about this hotel is to reduce or eliminate the charge for internet access (virtually no other hotels charge for this) and lower the price a few euros for the full breakfast. On the whole, however, the value received for the price of the room is extremely good for a high-end hotel in the center of a major city. Great location for all transport links, shopping, restaurants and bars. The staff at the hotel were so pleasant and did not hesitate to help at any opportunity that would arise. I found the reception staff to be excellent. They are responsive and will go the extra mile to get your the information you need. I certainly put them to the test with my requests for information or directions on where to go and where to dine and not to mention helping me determine if I am able to fly on the morning when the volcanic clouds were heading […] towards Berlin. Wake me up at $.45am and let me know the latest news! Room was comfortable proven by my recovery from running nose and raised temperature on my first day but soon put to "rest" within the comfy room and hot free coffee provided! Swissotel is a great choice for a Berlin discovery trip (most sightseeing busses leave within few meters from the hotel vicinity). The rooms are a bit small, but I guess that's normal for a city hotel - I definitely recommend a Ku'damm view room! The only minus was the service at the breakfast restaurant - it took 15 minutes to get a cup of coffee and […] it was basically the only thing the waiters had to cater for, as the rest was buffet. We had left our passports and cash in the room safe leaving Berlin in a rush until we found out on the train ride to Praha. We called the hotel and asked them to retrieve the items while we made our way back. And they had done exactly so and we found everything intact, safe and sound. They saved our trip!

Very good service. All the employees were nice and pleasant. We were escorted to our room and received an explanation + hotel orientation. All of our requests were taken care of in a speedy manner. Their tourists adviser was very good. Great location. Very comfortable and clean rooms. We very much enjoyed our stay.

The service at this hotel is top notch, from the bar and restaurant staff to the reception staff. Location is perfect; concierge was VERY helpful. Rooms are well appointed - you can even order your prefered type of pillow from the "pillow menu". Bathrooom included seperate bathtub and shower. Only possible improvement would be free wi-fi in rooms
