Bra hotell för att ligga i London. Speciellt med tanke på pris och läge. Lugnt och skönt. Inte lyhört. Ok frukost. Kan rekommenderas.

Ett prisvärt hotell med fina omgivningar och mycket bra läge nära allt men ändå lugnt. Vårt rum var OK men lite trångt. Trång frukostmatsal men bra service och trevlig personal. Rent och snyggt hotell.

Reste till London och bodde på detta mysiga hotel i 2 nätter. Hotellet ligger i den mysiga delen Nottinghill. Nära till Tunnelbanestation "Bayswater" och även nära till en stor shoppinggalleria. Lugnt och skönt område. Frukosten var väl ingen höjdare direkt, men så är det väl på flesta hotel i London? Jag kan varmt rekommendera detta hotel

Bra mellanklass hotel tyst och lungt. Bra frukost och rent och snyggt. Bra dubbelsäng Vi kommer tillbaka

Prisvärt hotell i Bayswater. Nära tunnelbana och området erbjuder flertalet butiker. Granne med shoppingcentret Whitleys. Hög kvalité på städning och renlighet. Bra frukost. Små rum. Liten bar i lobbyn. Små omoderna tv-apparater med få kanaler.

Enkelt medelklass hotel med bra läge. Helt ok men inte mer.

Ingen direkt service, kändes som om man störde personalen i receptionen när man kom fram till dem för att prata eller lämna nyckeln. Frukosten som ingick var inte av bästa klass, det var trångt och högljutt i matsalen. Rummet var av ok storlek om man bara ska sova, men sängen var nedsutten och av någon anledning på hjul, det hjälpte inte att golvet […] lutade en del vilket gjorde att sängen gled iväg en bit i rummet under tiden man sov. Ett hotell med perfekt läge i Bayswater. Nära till tunnelbanestationer. Medelklasshotell i London brukar inte hålla så hög standard. Oftast slitna och relativt små rum med heltäckningsmattor som sett sina bästa dagar, Men detta hotell var faktiskt ett undantag. Visserligen heltäckningsmattor - som alltid - men i betydligt fräschare tillstånd än det […] brukar. Även rummet i övrigt var mer än ok för att vara ett hotell i denna hotellkategori. Välstädat och i gott skick. Stort renoverat badrum. Sköna sängar. Trevligt och effektivt bemötande vid incheckning. Rummet gjordes tillgängligt fort, trots att vi checkade in tidigt. Ett helt okey hotell men sängarna är lite för hårda. Nära till tunnelbanan. Bra pris.

Stort rum med tre enkelsängar, på hjäl så det var lätt att göra en dubbel. Dottern fick sitt rum en halvtrappa upp i rummet och hade där en egen mysig vrå, fullstort rum. Badrummet var jättefräscht och vattnet varmt. Frukosten contineltal och var helt okej. Engelskfrukost gick att köpa till för 5,5 pund. Men det gjorde vi inte. Enkelt, rent hotell, något kallt på rummen vid kyligt väder, gratis trådlöst internet på rummen och nära pubar och shopping. Bra kontinental frukost. Gångavstånd från Paddington tågstation under 10 min med rullväskor, Heathrow-express tog det 14 min till Paddington värt pengarna!

At Bayswater station. Nice restauratns at Queensway, Take a walk in Kensington Gardens. Good IT service. Nice building Traditional London block.

Fint hotell med bra läge och lagom långt in till de allara centralaste delarna. Personalen kändes dock inte så intresserad av sina gäster.

min dotter jag bodde tre nätter på hotellet. utmärkt läge nära underground och restauranger. Snyggt och rent på rummen och i lobbyn. Något trångt dock på rummet , ena väskan fick åka upp på klädskåpet, men bekväma sängar! Frukosten helt ok, även här var det prydligt och rent. Helt klart prisvärt. bor gärna här igen.

Rummet väldigt litet. Ingen depositionsmöjlighet. Toaletten smal och trång. Rostigt duschutrymme. Rumsväggarna såg ut att ha drabbats av vattenskada tidigare. Fuktfläckar. Slitna tapeter. Enkel standard, lagom slitna sängar - det fungerar för några dagar om du inte har tänkt att tillbringa mycket tid på rummet. Rent, lungt och rätt ostört läge, men inte mer. Nära t-bana och bussar, trevliga omgivningar med gångavstånd till Portobello road, N-ting Hill. Närbutiker med det man kan behöva med sena öppettider ett plus. Hyde Park några kvarter […] bort. excellent location but the room i got on 3rd floor was very very small

A friend and I stayed in your hotel for the first time. We both liked the hotel. My friend thought that the rooms were a bit small, but we had an excellent stay, you have a very friendly and serviceminded staff. I would like to stay with you again on another trip.

I regularly use Best Western hotels but this is one I would not go back to. The reception staff were disinterested, gave out keys without needing to see proof of your room number (no security). Room tiny, bed must have been cut down as my feet were against wall and radiator and you lost part of the bed under the curtains. I really like this hotel.....however, it would be helpful to have people at the front desk who are more familiar with London. And, the pillows are awful!

I chose this hotel, because it is a Best Western hotel. Yes, Best Western hotels are usually a bit better than this one, but this is London. The room was very clean and the bathroom looked quite new. Very comfortable bed. The single room wasn't too small. You can hear noises from other rooms, especially steps from above, so some people may need to sleep […] with ear blugs. The location is great. The breakfast room was a bit too small and very hot, but the food was OK. I will probably go to this hotel again, it is not easy to find good and affordable hotels in London. Läs mer

For a hotel of this price class, this was surely one of the best. The rooms themselves are small as one would expect. But unlike many other small hotels, this one offers a decent lobby and lounge and a bar. A computer was available for use. "Continental" Buffer Breakfast was above average offering the usual tea or coffee, rolls, ham, cheese, and on […] one day hard boiled eggs. Full English breakfast is also offered and is good and not overpriced. The location was very good, a 3 minute walk from Bayswater underground and 5 minutes from Queensway. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. An urban shopping mall was practically across the street. The area itself is not that noisy, but with the large amount of tourist traffic in the area, one hears the occasional rolling suitcase early in the morning. Läs mer

A convenient small hotel handily placed for my purposes in London. there are no meals provided, other than Breakfast, but there is a range of places to eat nearby; I particularly liked a small place on the same road as the hotel that serves Morroccan food at a reasonable price in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Hotel was OK, buft the elevator/lift was out of commission much of the time, making it a pain if you were on a higher floor.

The stay was fine, room clean and location was good but the staff were not overly friendly or helpful. Seemed as if they would have liked to check you in without saying a word. Any information you wanted had to be asked for.

What a darling hotel! It had all the charm of old time hospitality! It was so quaint and cozy. We loved the breakfast downstairs! The staff was so sweet. I understand all your heat is pumped up from the gas lines below, so there isn't much you can do about the rooms being too hot. But, aside from the hot room, we were very pleased!!! Kathryn P.S. Single travellers generally expect a small room, and this was one. But the bedlinen was spotless, the bathroom immaculate, the hot water hot at all times, and the little bonus items like the soaps and shampoos and tea coffee and biscuits fine and always renewed the next day. To be fair, I opted for the lowest rate. While I was expecting a small room, the I give the hotel credit for squeezing my bed into the space allotted to it. The nice thing about having such a small room is that it encouraged me to go outside. I spent very little time in my room as a consequence. Not a com,plaint, just an observation. Exceeded my expectations when compared to a lot of London hotels in the same price range. Very very convenient...close to the tube station, shopping center on same block, lots of eating choices. Staff was very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Friendly, helpful staff, small but comfortable, clean rooms, good breakfast and super area. Incredibly convenient, close to all transit options, shops, restaurants, everything you need for work or pleasure trip. Free wifi throughout hotel. No heating in my room in February, and something strange in the tub.

I will use this hotel next time I will trip to London.

Stayed here for a week for business and have no complaints. Not a huge room, but it was all I really needed, and the free WiFi and inclusive continental breakfast made it better value than other nearby hotels. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I visit london a lot and always stay in Bayswater. I stay either at the Phoenix or London House Hotel, right next to each other. For the money, it's great. Bayswater is an awesome area though not walking distance to the main sites. But two subway lines are 3min away. Perfectly safe and fun area. Rooms are TINY though. Don't expect area to do jumping […] jacks. Breakfast is fine. It's clean, staff is nice. 15minutes by tube to Big Ben Läs mer

I chose this hotel for two reasons. One, it was convenient to the embassy where I had a meeting first thing in the morning. Two, it claimed to have free wi-fi in the rooms. The second claim was, effectively, a lie: while I was able to get access to my email, I was unable to access a wide range of quite common websites (including Facebook) and in particular, […] was unable to log into my bank and credit card websites. (In the end I was forced to go to the internet café in the mall to take care of some business – clearly, not a good solution.) I reported this problem to the front desk a number of times but it was not fixed. The room itself was astonishingly cramped (I kept banging my arms on the knobs in the shower) and had extremely thin walls: in fact, on one night I had to be moved to another room because of the noise from next door (I will say that the front desk were very helpful about this.) The surrounding neighborhood, Bayswater, is a dreary sort of place with one or two good dining options but little else to recommend it. In particular, none of the bars appear to have gotten the memo about England’s early closing laws being reformed – they all seem to shut down at 11 pm, whereas in other districts of London they stay open to a more civilized hour. Summary: more cramped and expensive than a New York hotel; more uncomfortable than a Cambodian guesthouse; internet (amazingly!) less accessible than in a Chinese hotel; neighborhood dismal; pretty much the worst hotel experience I’ve had in the last five years; all in all, way to not live down the stereotypes of London hotels, guys. Rooms are small as are all European hotels but was very clean and had modern bathroom. Continental breakfast was included in room rate and was satisfactory. Two Tube stations within a couple of blocks and plenty of restaurants, pubs, shops, markets, and even a great shopping center all right around the corner.
