Prisvärt hotell i bra läge. Gott om personal i och kring receptionen, dock något ouppmärksam. Bra rum och väl fungerande trådlöst internet. Restaurangen inte att rekommendera, åt trerätters meny för drygt tjugo EUR inkl dryck (vin/öl) men inte prisvärt då maten inte var bra och personalen sådär. Ett hotll jag varmt kan rekomendera. Trevlig personal,perfekt läge,fräscha rum med andra ord toppenhotell. Här stannar jag nästa gång också.

Jättefint centralt hotell i centrala Madrid. Rent och fräscht. Rekomenderas. Surf via TV fungerar dock inget vidare och maten på hotellet var inget att rekomendera men varför äta där när utbudet är så stort runt knuten.

My family of 3 stayed there for 3 nights and was very satisfied with the hotel. A real 4-star with very good services - they still unfold your bed every late afternoon! Very good location; within minutes you are close to the shopping areas and metro. Excellent hotel, friendly staff and everything you need is just around the corner, the cafeteria has really good food, and the rooms are big and clean, next time I'm in Madrid I'll stay there for sure!

The hotel is so centrally located that it is possible to walk to most of the sights in Madrid and since it is on a side street, it is very quiet. The room was immaculate and the concierge incredibly helpful! I plan to stay there again on my next visit.

Enjoyed my stay especially the shops for shopping and also very convenient . you dont need to shop somewhere else, everything at one spot. i would love to recommend this hotel to everyone who is staying in Madrid for the first time. a little far from hotel but you will enjoy around the premises. very helpful staffs and best of all , complimentary internet […] access. room is pretty big for a single traveller. just love this hotel so much. The Hotel is well located at the heart of the city centre and offers good quality service. The basement parking is free and hotel staff are helpful and friendly. The lounge in particular is spacious and offers a nice place to chill and relax.

It's a centrally located hotel - minutes from the metro - clean, professional and quiet. Definitely worth the price and the front desk staff was very professional.

It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel. It was convenient to everything that I wanted to do while in Madrid, and to the airport as well. I will return on all future trips to Madrid. The only negative that needs to be noted is that the cost of breakfast at the hotel was 15 euros, rather high. Just two short blocks to the Puerta del Sol and the heart of Madrid, this is a perfectly situated hotel for Madrid. You can walk everywhere or take the nearby metro. The staff was very accomodating and helpful. The room was comfortable and well furnished even though it was on the small side. Five minute walk from Gran Via metro stop. Five minute walk from hotel to numerous sights, restaurants, etc. I'd stay here again.

Hotel Liabeny has a very good location,as it is very near to many must see attraction in Madrid.Also,the train stations are very near which facilitates your getting to other nearby attactions.The overall hotel infrastructure was acceptable,and the rooms were a bit small but comfortable.This however should not be a problem since you are usually out of […] the room for a great part of the day .The only drawbacks I have is that the beds are quite hard and the pillows very soft.Also since it is near some popular plazas,late at night it is sometimes a challenge to go to sleep because people stay up partying and make a lot of noise. Hotel Liabeny was chosen for its location to the amazing sights in Madrid. Everything is convenient and well kept. Our room was right above the front entrance and could hear the sliding door all night. Ask for a room higher up or away from Room 121. Nice breakfast.

This hotel turned off the air conditioning when it was still too hot outside. Opening the window was not a good option because the neighborhood was very loud at night.

Located near the Grand Via and about 200 yards from the Puerta del Sol, the Hotel Liabeny was a good choice as a place for me to stay for a week. However don't use the glasses in the room to drink from because the maid service cleans them with some type of chemical.

Well maintained, nice sized room, well located to all central city activities. Concierge helpful and front desk efficient. We would highly recommend this lovely hotel. 15 minute walk to the Prado, city park, et al. Even closer to the Gran Via, retaurants, etc.

The hotel is within 2 easy walking blocks of Puerta del Sol and safe location. Many restaurant options and close to the Metro and Hop on/Hop off bus. Arrived early and were given early checkin. Concierege was very helpful.

Could hardly be more centrally located. A very nice 4 star hotel. Room was very comfortable. Breakfast is extra for 15 Euro per person though you get your money's worth.

This is the perfect location if you want to walk all around the heart of old Madrid. The buffet breakfast was the best, with a wide variety of traditional and European offerings. A main Metro stop, Sol, is close by as well as the stop Gran Via. The only drawnback is the neighborhood to the left, when stepping out the hotel. Walkable to Plaza Mayor, Palace Real, Crystal Palace as well as Mureo Prado. Clean and friendly staff and a great breakfast buffet and a reasonable price. Would highly recommend for a couple of day stay in Madrid.

The hotel was close to various important plazas. It was conveniently located to the metro stations and walking distance to Puerta Del Sol Plaza. It is beautifully maintained and the people are very helpful and friendly.

Hotel staff very good and pleasant..location is excellent and we have been in Madrid before several times so can compare. Would recommend without reservations.

This is just a hop skip and a jump from plaza sol. We were traveling with a 1 year old and they brought us a crib right away. It wasn't far to walk to all the major sites and the Madrid Metro was super easy for us to navigate from the airport. It was well worth not spending 30 Euro on a taxi and not having a car seat. The hotel was a lot nicer than I thought it would be. The room was clean and the service was excellent. The hotel is in a very centrally located area, walking distance to many sites. There is also a metro station nearby. The hotel is very quiet even though there is a main, very busy street nearby. I highly recommend it.

Excellent location in the middle of the Gran Via. I would have given 5's across the board, but the carpet was a little worn in the bedroom and hallways so I marked it down but all in all, it was a great stay!

Everything was satisfactory except one front desk attendant. I don't know if she was just having a really bad week or what, but she was extremely rude each time I talked to her and made me feel incredibly small and dumb. One other small complaint is that the showers (or at least, the one my room- a single) were rather narrow and it was a bit difficult […] to be able to stretch out it in and scrub myself down. Centrally located. Friendly staff. Very good restaurant and cafe. Not a modern hotel but everything is well maintained and has character in keeping with madrid. Rooms were quite large and beds comfortable. Only complaint was a bit of noise carried trhough rooms.

Be very careful if you are given a single room. They tend to be small and noisy (Being next to the lift.) The reception staff obviously know this but adopt a couldn't care less attitude. I certainly wont stay again.
