Really enjoyed my stay. I stayed here for a week for business. I loved the amnenties the hotel had to offer. It was so nice having a full kitchen and dish washer since i get tired of eating out when traveling. I also liked how they had a the candlewood cupboard to pick up groceries and odds and ends. Their washer and dryers were free too which was nice. […] Only downfall was they did not have a continental breakfast but the country cupboard did have eggs and other breakfast items you could make. Just not convient when on the go. I thought it was really cute how they gave you a complimentary bag of popcorn in your room. I will be back :) Läs mer

One of the nicer Candlewood Suites we have stayed at, plenty of room in the suite. Highly recommend!

I was a bit disappointed in the actual "suite" as it is called. They are studio suites. I was expecting the bedroom to be seperate. I was told after arriving that the only suites where the bedroom is seperate are the 1 bed suites.

Just have to mention this hotel is the best. If you want comforts of home while away Candlewood Suites allows that. Very clean and the Staff was very helpfull and nice. Being able to just go downstairs to the little store in the hotel was nice. Who thought there would still be an honor system type of store these days. the hotel room was very nice and clean. the smoking floor did not smell of smoke. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful.

Staff was friendly and we absolutely love this location. That said, the room, when air wasn't moving, smelled of stale smoke. This became glaringly apparent after our first day out of the room. The room types need to be better described, because what I thought was a "suite" was more like a normal hotel room with a mini kitchenette. The floor in the […] kitchenette was nice laminate wood-look, but while the carpet looked clean, it really wasn't. They really need to wash it. Two main reasons for staying here was the inclusion of a DVD player, so I could do video review (side business) while travelling. I couldn't get the thing to work (audio, but no video - no instructions in the room), and by the time I complained and maintenance came up (over 8 hours), it was too late for me to use this resource. By the way, to use it, tune TV to channel 3 (seriously, who does this anymore with flat screens? changing the source via menu doesn't work). Lastly, the "hot tub" wasn't very hot. It was barely about 10 - 20 degrees warmer than the pool, and on the last night we were staying, the heater was broken, resulting in about a 70 degree hot tub. I can't say it was worth it's price, but you may want to look around for a better alternative if you can find something for the price (aka, if you can get the Drury across the street for close to the price, do it). Great hotel! Convenient to the Northeast side of Indianapolis. Lots of surrounding dining and shopping choices. Hot-tub needed maintenance and although the hotel staff was aware of this, it had not seemed to be a priority. A bit dissapointing for us as it was designed to be an overnight get-away with friends just to relax, dine out, and hot-tub! First, I wasn't told that they do NOT clean your room we stayed 5 days. We had to take dirty towels down to get new ones. The room I was promised was supposed to have 2 beds, we had to share 1 queen between 3 people. The kitchenette is nice to have. If I had been prepared for a camping trip, it would have been great. Convenient location right off of I-69. Amenities were nice, but our room had an odd odor to it. Dvd player was a nice addition.

We had a great time there. The hotel was clean, uncrowded, and had a very nice pool. We would definately stay there again. :)

The staff was very friendly. The room was comfy. The mechanicals were a bit noisy. We could hear plumbing kicking on and off through the night as well as the heater blower being a bit loud. I can sleep through noises like that, but if you are a light sleeper it may be a problem.

Our stay at this hotel was decent. Checking in was easy, checking out was a bit of another story. The girl who checked us out was not all that friendly (wish I could remember her name) but she acted as if we were putting her out and she actually flung the copy of my credit card paper at me. Had an emergency repair at my home, so had to stay in a hotel. Always had great experiences with Candlewood Suites and this time was no different. Night clerk was very pleasant, and they allowed my small dogs to stay without any problems. I ALWAYS love pet friendly hotels! The room was very, very clean, and the beds/pillows were comfortable.

We decided to take a weekend trip over the New Years weekend and wanted to go to Indianapolis. This mall was minutes from the ig mall, food, and close enough to every thing we needed. Having the kitchen in our room was really convenient and the little pantry in the lobby was priced about the same as a gas station.

When I arrived at the hotel I was first lost finding the main entrance, which is located on the behind the building. The entrance actually faces the interstate. The rooms and facualty were better then I expected. I found out that the hotels in Indy were booked up and the actual employee was suprised on how fast I got the room in such a short noice. […] I also found out that I saved about 50% getting the hotel here vs. getting the hotel room on the companies web site. The stay was better then we ever thought! My family and I will be staying here again. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL! Läs mer
