Me and my family needed to get away at the last minute and not too far from home. The location was great, the customer service was great, but I thought they could do better with the conditions of the room. I enjoyed it. The room had a nice little kitchenette and a little seating area which was great to sit and read or watch TV. The staff was very pleasant and hardworking and it showed! The location was wonderful, close to shopping and the highway. Free breakfast was nice and the rooms were perfect for what I needed. The lobby and breakfast areas are beautiful. Room was clean. Love that they already include in the closet/drawers linens for pullout bed. It is really nice not to have to call housekeeping and wait for linens. Breakfast eggs looked like Fisher Price play kitchen eggs and tasted like it too. With getting last minute tickets to the race i thought there was no way i would get a room in this extremely nice place. I called and the staff was so nice and friendly, took about 5 minutes and we got our room within 10 minutes of the track. The hotel staff was incredibly accomodating and well versed in answering questions about the local area. I have never been in a bigger room in all my stays as a traveler.
