Frächt hotell precis på stranden, dock en lång promenad ifall ni vill till South beach. Miami beach är jättefin, men inte lika bred o och inte lika många yngre som SB.

Rekommenderar inte.

Bodde där 4 nätter. Ingen service att tala om. Ingen som ens anstränger sig. Ok om man stannar par dagar men inte längre. RummEn rengörs inte noggrant, smutsigt under sängarna, vi hittade burk med piller!!! Kommer inte boka det någon mer gång. Bra läge vilket r det positiva. En del bra personer vid frukosten.

Halvsunkigt hotell med dåligt läge i förhållande till shopping, restauranger och uteliv. Helt ok om man mestadels är ute efter sol, bad och ett relativt billigt boende.

We arrived there at 11 am and had to fight to get a room by 4pm.The lobby was full of customers with the same problems as us. I have never been at a hotel where check in time made a difference when rooms were available but check in time was 4 and they didn't check in anyone for the whole day. Cleanliness of hotel/room...

Hotel appeared inviting, smells good and it was clean. In addition, the staff was friendly. Let's not forget the view, loved it!

Purrrfect location

As stated in the title, the word "dingy" pretty much sums up this hotel. The staff at the front desk seemed uninterested in helping (had to ask three times before I could get a hair dryer to my room), the entire hotel (including the rooms) had a foul smell of mold, and everything was just so old and outdated that I cringed every time I had to touch […] something. The location itself was good (located right along the beach), but I wouldn't stay here again. Limited parking is available on premise, but a large public parking lot is available two blocks away with a day-rate discount available with ticket validation at the hotel. Nice enough hotel, right on the beach, but non-existent service from front desk staff. When I complained about messages not reaching me, a totally nonchalant attitude made it worse.

Stayed for business but seems to be full with vacationers. Courteous staff good location clean hotel.

The front desk staff was rude and not at all helpful when presented with questions or requests. Specifically two young men named Mustafa and Brian were very rude when approached about checking in early. They both refused any attempt at helping us and even gave us attitude during our interaction. Hotel is in a great location but not worth the aggravation […] of dealing with the staff. We are always looking for a good deal to stay nearby to family and this place was ideal! It is a little more private version of Miami Beach, great for family time.

The staff here was really nice, but the hotel is falling apart. I had no hot water in my shower and a neighboring room had broken aircon and fan. The elevator was pretty sketchy. The hotel is really easy to get to by bus from the airport, but is a fair way from the south beach area.

There was a considerable wait to check in but only 2 guests checking in. Bell staff was no where to be found. Parking was not available at the hotel. Breakfast was not complementary as provided at all other hotels we have stayed at. Expensive and not worth it.

The reason I chose this hotel was that I could get a balcony with a water view for relatively cheap, but I had fairly low expectations. Fundamentally, I got what I paid for. Room was fine, I got my view, but the general condition of the place was a bit tired, although I thought most of the staff was pretty friendly. The front desk staff and conceits were very rude. There was not enough parking so you had to park four blocks away. When I asked if I could leave my car parked up front for a few minutes to drop off my things I got yelled at. They expected me to haul my luggage several block in the rain. You will receive a formal letter to your organization, Best Western as well as ASTRO. This hotel was absolutely substandard and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. I am not sure that you have ever even sent a representative to this hotel to evaluate it, you should. Just to start, the first room that I was assigned, smelled like urine, (the […] rest of the hotel smells like cleaning supplies from the moment you walk in), I had lukewarm shower water all week and was told that was normal for South Florida, my bed was awful and I had to take Ibuprofen every night just to tolerate the bed as my back was so uncomfortable, my room telephone was taken out of the room by I assume cleaning people and this list could go on. I am extremely disappointed as I expected so much more. The only positive was that it was a beautiful view from the pool--however, the beach was dirty. Hotel was very run down it smelled horriable and they view for ocean view it looked nasty couldnt really see anything other then parking lot and little ocean would not stay there again and parking they didnt have enough for all guest to use the hotels they sent you down block and it cost like 22 per day with no in and out access all around experience […] was not good i wouldnt recommend it to anyone Läs mer

The only problem was parking. The hotel had no parking and private parking was very expensive.

Rooms were good size and clean, but very noisy hotel staff yelling every morning in the hallways. Walls are paper thin. Dont stay here if you like to sleep past 8am.

the location is excellent -- our goal was to enjoy the Ocean and the hotel was right on the beach. Even the boardwalk was excellent. Hardly any shopping nearby. They were probably overbooked, so they gave us a free upgrade and put us in an ocean-front room which had excellent views. However, the AC in the bedroom was not satisfactory and the front desk […] could not do anything about it. Also the housekeeping was very poor to non-existent. Complaining to front desk was not very effective. Out of five days stay, the room was cleaned probably two days. Towels were replaced only once after several complaints. Clean hotel, not much to do near by , no restaurants near by. Bus stop is close which will take to to south beach. Some areas of the hotel smelt too strong of cleaning disinfectant. Room was comfortable, bathrooms were small in the ocean view room. Ocean view room was a corner room with ocean glimpse, def ocean view not ocean front! Front desk staff […] were not overly friendly. But very bad management. Never any towels for the pool, messed reservations, etc.

I was extremely satisfied with this hotel. The room cleanliness was unacceptable. The hotel staff was nice and friendly, however the management was rude and extremely bored!!!!!!! If you want problems and complains do not stay here. I do not recommend and definitely does not fit the Best Western standard. I write this review in good faith.

This hotel charges $2 a night for a safe that I did not want.

This hotel has a great location right on the Beach and about a mile and a half from most of the South Beach night life. Parking is a nightmare and costs $25 per day at a parking garage down the road. The hotel charges a $2 fee for an in-room safe and our room was dirty with leftovers from guests who previously stayed in our room. There was a disgusting […] citrus smell in the hallways and room that supposedly is used to cover up the old and moldy condition of the hotel. One of the great things about having a balcony overlooking the ocean is the opportunity for some chilling out in the sun, but this was denied me for most of the day at the Best Western because of loud music from the pool area below, which is a regular thing apparently at this time of year. No parking for guest because they are renting out spaced for business out side the hotel. And they only have parking spaces for 34 cars in their lot. Very BAD;

Wow, between me and the rest of my party (total 3 rooms, 9 guests), it would take a long time writing what went wrong. I'll stick to what happened to me. First, the beds are in need of replacement. Just sitting on them makes them whine like a bed that has had more than their share of servitude. Second, one of the bed-sheets had a sticky substance on […] it that could be scrapped, but gave no hint to what it was (mind you, I stay at a ocean-view, penthouse rooom). I asked the housekeeper to change the sheets, when I was ready to go to bed, I saw that all she did was scrap off what was left of the substance instead of changing the sheets, she did not even bother to rotate the sheet. Third, the hotel staff at the reception area were probably engaged in a contest to see who could provide a worse service. The day we arrived, early evening, after driving from Orlando, we were greeted by a very uptight receptionist that almost rolled his eyes before grudgingly answering our questions. But with all these hassles, and some experienced by the other members of my party, this next tow incidents left me stunned. We were told at the first day that the parking garage of the hotel was full and that we needed to park two blocks away in another parking garage. They would validate our ticket so that we could get a discount (pay $20 vs $25). We were told to come back to the reception area next day at noon to get assigned parking space (not for free of course). So, next day I have to leave the relaxing time at the beach to get that parking space. After waiting for 10 min to be helped, one of the receptionists, after hearing why we were there, tell us that the other receptionist would help us. Again we waited another 10 min, only to hear the first receptionist tell the one who was supposed to help us that she should help this other couple that arrived after us first (they were "only" buying food). The hotel states because I booked online oppose to coming with a third party hotel.com which I recommend needs to be eliminate (hotel. com in order for you to reap the entire discount benefits the hotel offers without hotel.com nobody asked me if we were military so I checked out of this location and went to another Best Western were we was offered […] the the discount. The hotel does not offer parking and hidden chargers was applied once I arrived a safe box and a fifty dollar day charge in case the hotel endured any damages and charges for a roller a way bed! I was in charge for booking two rooms for a girls only pre-cruise hotel for two nights. I looked at over 30 hotels by price, location, beach, pool, refridgerator and near the Port of Miami. The Best Western was much nicer than we anticipated. Both rooms had ocean views with a small patio. Beach access was great and we walked everywhere on the boardwalk. […] There was a small store about two blocks away and across the street that had great coffee, breakfast and lunch foods, pasteries, etc. The Morton's Steakhouse had both an early and late happy hour menu. Inexpensive shuttle to the port per person was convenient. We felt safe here and the hotel staff was friendly and efficient. Beds and mattresses were poor and need to be replaced.

This Hotel does not have enough parking for their guests, the beds are the worst I ever slept in, and the walls are paper thin so you hear everything from the other guests. The price of this hotel was too high for what you get. I would not recommend this hotel

I would def. stay at this hotel in the future. The only bad thing was the pool, it was real small but then again, the beach is close by. The parking is in the street so you have to be patient looking for parking and putting quarters in the meter at 8am. From 6:00p-7:59a its free parking.
