Mycket bra hotell med rymliga 4-bäddsrum. Tillgång till två gratis datorer i lobbyområdet. Rent och trevligt och perfekt läge. Enda nackdelen är att frukost inte ingår.

Hotellet är inte i toppskick men kostar också därefter. Om man tar sig lite tid att kika på kartan och vågar sig lite "off-road" är det inte mer än max 15 min promenad till Hotell de Ville och NotreDame. Trevlig personal, engelskan sådär men de försöker verkligen! Allt funkade och vi sov gott :)

Jag spenderade 5 nätter på detta hotell. Det ligger i väldigt bra läge med 10-15min promenad till galeries lafayette och även väldigt nära till sacre couer. Allt är relativt men det är faktiskt nära till det mesta. Metro & bussstationer ligger precis i närheten. Jättefin boulevard som hotellet ligger bredvid. Man får gratis wifi om man frågar i receptionen efter kod och användarnamn. Samtlig personal talade väl engelska och var jättetrevlig. Frukost kan jag inte säga något om då vi inte provade på den (kostar extra). Korridorerna var dock otroligt små och trånga men jag tyckte bara det bidrog mer till mysfaktorn. Även vårt rum var litet...men även det bidrog bara mer till mysfaktorn. Vi använde det endå till att sova bara. Gick upp tidigt och lade oss sent. Rekommenderar detta hotell!

"Hotel Clauzel"
Rummen är i fina skick och uppfyller alla förväntningar vi hade. Mycket bra läge, väldigt när till tunnelbanan, restauranger och småbutiker.
"Perfekt läge"
Hotellet är äldre, men rent och med ett trevligt bemötande. Helt OK frukost. Det bästa är dock läget. Mycket lugnt. Ligger på en gata som ger känslan av det gamla Paris med ett stort antal butiker med livsmedel. Promenadavstånd till Sacre Coeur och till Operan. Metro 250 meter bort nerför den levande gatan.

Litet hotell i ett mysigt område. Rummet var städat och fräcsht. Var ett lite äldre hotell så det var inte modernt, men ändå vad jag förväntade mig av ett hotell i Frankrike som inte kostar flera tusen varje natt - och det var som sagt fräsht. Det enda vi kan klaga på är att receptionisten inte verkar ha någon koll alls på vem som bor där och i vilket […] rum. Vi bodde i nummer 21 och när vi kom tillbaka en kväll berättade vi vilket nummer vi bodde i och han tyckte vi sa 32 och gav oss den nyckeln. Dessutom behövde man lämna nyckeln när man lämnade hotellet.. Bortsett från detta så trivdes vi bra. Åt inte frukost på hotellet. Bra att ta med pyjamas under kallare delen av året. "Ligger helt underbart!"
Kan bara säga gott om detta hotel, ligger på en jättemysig gata med allt som du behöver! Rummet var kanske inte det tipptopp men rent och städat! Kan verkligen rekomendera detta!!! Nära till allt och med tanke på priset så får de 5 guldstjärnor
"Bra läge, bra pris, trevlig personal"
Vi bodde 4 tjejer på ett rum i 4 nätter, hade bra frukost med bröd, kaffe/te, croissanter, marmelad, smör, yoghurt, flingor mm... jag kan rekommendera att man inkluderar frukost istället för att behöva äta ute varje dag ( om man nu stannar flera dagar)Hotellet ligger mycket nära Moulin Rouge så om man är intresserad av den typen av aktiviteter är det […] ju bra :) Personalen var jätte trevlig, de hjälpte oss med att ringa taxi, de gav oss råd om att vara försiktiga osv. Rummet bäddades varje dag och vi fick nya handdukar. Negativa saker: ganska bullrigt då det ligger beläget på en trafikerad gata, isoleringen är ganska dålig så stannar du där under vintertid tänk på att ha med dig varma sovkläder. Spenderade en natt på hotellet med min pojkvänn. Litet rum men rent och fanns allt som behövs. Mysiga kvarter med många restauranger och cafeer. Lätt att ta tunnelbanan till andra områden i Paris. Kan absolut tänka mig att bo där igen.

Bra läge. Frukost ingår inte - men det gör ingenting. Det finns gott om brödbutiker, 2 st, och 1 mataffär, 2 fruktaffärer, nära hotellet, på samma gata, med stort sortiment. Medtag bestick hemifrån bara. Dessutom restauranger och kaféer nära hotellet. Ett bra hotell för resenärer som vill uppleva såväl Pigalle, Montmartre som Rive Gauche. Galerie Lafayette […] finns inom promenadhåll. Metron Notre Dame de Lorette ligger också nära. Bussar till Pigalle går via hotellgatan också. Läs mer

"hotel clauzel mysigt kvarter"
lokaliseringen på hotellet är bra nära metro stationen och bagerier samt mataffärer. det ligger i stadens utkant men med metron tar det ca 15 min in till Eiffeltornet. Rummen är rena, ganska små och mysiga. detta är det perfekta valet för den som vill bo billigt ,snygg och rent lite utanför centrum. Ett pefekt litet hotell för mig och min 10-åriga dotter. Nära till allt och underbar omgivning. Frukosten var OK, inte fantastisk. Hotel lrummet var rent och städades varje dag med rena handdukar. Väldigt prisvärt..

"Clauzel - Simple but nice"
When booking a last minute trip to Paris with my girl friend I was looking for a cheap, central Hotel. This fit perfectly. Nicely situated in Montmartre with 2 Metro stations just 1-2 blocks away made it easy to get around town. The hotel is very simple but clean. Breakfast is included and consists of cereals, juice, coffee and bread. Again, simple […] but enough. Walking distance to nice restaurants and shopping. Walls are thin but when we stayed there (early November) there were not that many guests hence it was not a problem. We also had our window facing an inner yard, as opposed to the street, which added to the quiteness. All in all, cheap, and good value for money. Läs mer

Trevliga närliggande kvarter. Hotellet ligger vid foten av Montmarte. Ett kvarter från tunnelbanan. Det är helt klart värt pengarna.
"Hotell Clauzel - centralt mycket liv"
Trevlig personal, men rummet var utan luftkonditionering så det blev väldigt varmt. Men det gick knappt att öppna fönstren för det var trafik utanför hela natten som störde. Dessutom hade ena sängen smådjur i sängen. Läget däremot var perfekt med gångavstånd till Sacre Coeur.

Trevligt litet hotell på bra läge. Trång trappa och hiss men med lätt bagage är det inga problem. Kvarteren runtomkring har flera bra restauranger, och många småbutiker med kött, ost, grönsaker och bröd och kakor. Nära metro och många sevärdheter.

Gillar man att promenera var det gångavstånd till alla större sevärdheter. Gatorna runtomkring hotellet kryllade av krogar, restauranger, caféer och butiker, även större matvarubutiker fanns i närheten. "Schysst läge - sådär hotell"
Trevlig personal på ett hotell som annars inte har så mycket speciellt. Helt enkelt ett ok ställe att bo på om man snarare är ute på stan än på hotellrummet och inte har så höga krav. Litet hotellrum (vanligt i paris) med liten dusch och toalett som inte höll toppstandard. Läget är dock bra, ganska lungt, vid en trevlig gata (Rue des Martyrs) och nära […] till Montmartre och mycket annat. "Hotel Clauzel - small room/bath, great street"
We found this 2 star hotel to be about what we expected after reading other reviews. It is fairly close to Montmarte but it is quite a walk to most of the other sights. Our bathroom had a funky smell which the staff tried to eliminate by opening the bathroom window. Unfortunately, it was cold during our stay so we would have to close the window when […] we were in the room. "Will definitely stay here again."
We loved the location of this hotel which was only a couple of minutes walk from Saint-Georges station and just a little bit further from Notre Dame-de-Lorette. We were also able to walk into the city centre as well as to the Sacré Cœur. There are a number of patisseries only a minute or two walk away and lots of bars and restaurants. We particularly […] enjoyed dinner at Cul de Poule about a block up the hill which we would not hesitate to go back to. We were able to store our bags before and after checking in and to access the free wifi. The heating in the room was pretty warm but we were able to open the windows which was fine. The room itself had plenty of space for the two of us although we could hear a woman talking (more like yelling) in the room next to us. Probably more because the woman was being really loud rather than because of any problem with the room. We plan to stay here again next time we're in Paris and would definitely recommend it. Läs mer

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! Worst hotel that I have ever stayed at. Mildrew all over bathroom walls, bathroom light kept going out in the middle of my shower, and noise from street made it very hard to sleep. Front desk staff blamed us for the light going out, and they neglected to tell us about the time change in Europe causing us to miss our flight […] and have a 12 hour wait at the airport for the next flight. staff were very happy to help with all questions from the best nightclubs to visit to which metros to take. room was tidy and great value for money. we were also not pressured to be out dead on 12pm and were offered breakfast although we hadnt previously booked it. 24hr desk service, comfortable lobby. great place to stay if youre looking for a cheap, […] clean hotel. "comfortable and conveniently located"
This hotel was quite good and rates were cheap. Only inconveniences were no wi-fi (had to queue downstairs for common computer), no remote control for TV and a small cute mouse who ran from bathroom to the room. Regardless of these we would gladly recommend this hotel for a cheap and convenient stay in Paris.
"Great value in the center of Paris"
This is your typical inner-Paris hotel, with a surprisingly good value, considering the price. Not too far from the Gare St Lazare or the Grands Magasins, it is on a typical popular Parisian street, where you will find all the convenient shops, bakery, butcher, etc.. my room was rather small, as expected, so are the stairs and the elevator but clean […] and cosy. The hotel is not very near to Metro and u need to take around 15-20 minus to walk, it is not convenient when you are taking a big luggage. Hotel's life is the smallest one that I'd never seen, it just can accomodate 1 person, if you take a big luggage u cannot use it.
"Loved It"
An older hotel, it is very quaint, and in a quaint neighborhood. We loved the fact that you could open the windows and look up and down the street, watching the passersby. We loved it!! Clean and comfortable--we wished we could have booked it for our entire stay. Desk staff was kind, although we did not need them for anything. There was street noise […] till about 10 pm, but we loved it. The metro stop is around the block, a little confusing at first, but we managed okay. We walked to Gare du Nord train station, but only once (a little longer than you expect from the map). I will remember this hotel as the best of our stay. "Easy to get everywhere"
The location of the hotel was great! very easy to get everywhere...we didn't have to rush to get to central paris for example. The hotel staff is friendly. We could see Sacre Cour from the hotel, loads of restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets nearby. Despite being a small room, was very confortable and cute. Go for it!

"Hotel Clauzel, amaxing location"
Hotel Clauzel was located ina wonderful street and neighbourhood - the street has a bakery, supermarket, cafes and a terrific atmosphere the moment you stepped outside. The metro station was just a 4minute walk. The hotel didnt have twin beds available (wich was our preference when booking) and we wernt told this until we arrived which was very frustrating. […] the room was also incredily small but I believe most paris/european accomodation is the same. For value for money I would recommend Hotel Clauzel, particulary as the location was amazing. Läs mer

Staff was friendly -arrived very early and were able to leave our bags before wechecked in. Given access to a room where we could change and leave bags. Hotel is in a lovely neighborhood. easy access to metro - cant wait to return - three in a room was not as bad as i thought it might be. "Super Location No Frills Short Walk to Three Métro"
Clauzel is a no frills hotel. Its location is superb located just below Sacre-Coeur on Rue des Martyrs which has every type of shop and eatery one could require. The main thing is that it is a short walking distance to 3 METRO stations: Pigale Line 2, Notre Dame de Lorette Line 12 and Le Peletier line 5. You can get anywhere in Paris in an instant. hotel was clean, carpet on stairs well used but ok place was very quiet so good to sleep at night. night clerk a little odd wanted me to speak in french(even though he spoke perfect english) but was ok .. breakfast was good when they had everything the first day we had pasteries and bread put in front of us and we helped ourselves to yoghurt /juice/cereal […] and coffee was made in a very loud machine and brought to us. second day same on offer but no yoghurt even though we arrived at breakfast in the first 45mins ... but over all this place was ok and i could stay there again, it was also a good size bedroom even if bathroom was tiny. The Hotel Clauzel in Paris- room was clean but shaby. Shower and bathroom were awful! shower wand would not stay in place, no where to put soap, shampoo except on floor of shower and the batroom was very poorly lit so as not to show the mold on the grout lines in the shower!!! Expected small but could not even close the door if you were sitting on the […] toilet! Night staff were all different folks and the morning on day of departure I went to the lobby to check flight departure times on the computer for guest use (no WIFI either!!!) when I was told at 0640 I could not use the computer until they opened at 0700 or be in the lobby as they were closed until then! No one else was there! breakfast was not available until 08 while other area hotels were available at 07 or 0730. would not book again for the full five days as there were other hotels in the area that we viewed which were cleaner , more accomodating and the bathrooms also small but certainly cleaner for sure! As well the other nicer ones in the same are were 20 - 25 Euros cheaper per night when we inquired and also the rates were posted! On a positive 1 young fellow helped us contact the Canadian Consulate when our passports were stolen and the manager booked a shuttle for us at a good rate the day before we left. Läs mer

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Clauzel. The staff were helpfull and friendly. The surrounding area was enjoyable. Some attractions were withing walking distance and the metro stations were reasonably close with the metro easy to use. the rates were reasonable. We would stay there again.

for the price, it was a good deal. we spent only one night there since we were transiting through paris. it is far from tourist attractions but has two metro stations close by. very cute neighbourhood.

Hotel is situated in a very good place. There is a metro station just few minutes from the hotel. The neighbourhood is full with places to eat. Moulen rouge is just 15 min away from the hotel. The rooms were not very big but clean and comfortable with big TV. All day there was a hot water, the towels were clean. "OK hotel, great location"
The hotel is close to multiple metro stops and is a decent choice. The room was clean and relatively spacious (save a miniscule shower). My main complaint was that the bed was not the most comfortable, although I was usually so tired that it was not a problem. I would recommend the hotel for the price and great location (10 minute walk to Montmartre, […] 15 minute walk to the Louvre and the Seine) in a neighborhood not overrun by tourists (even in August).
