Ett mycket bra hotell med London - mått mätt.Tyvärr ingick inte frukost i priset och var rätt dyr att lägga till. Fantastisk service av concierge-personalen som ordnade så att vi kunde lämna in vårt bagage hos ett syster-hotell avresedagen - på så sätt sparade vi värdefull tid och hann åka London Eye utan stress!

Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Tillgodofyllde absolut våra önskemål. Ganska litet rum, men det gjorde inte så mycket då vi bara sov där. God och fräsch frukost. Hotellet ligger i lugna kvarter och nära kommunikation.Prisvärt.

Ett bra hotell, som jag kan rekommendera. Personalen ger ett vänligt och professionellt bemötande. Många affärsresande verkar bo här, men det fungerar även bra för familjer. (Jag reste själv med make och barn). Vårt rum var stort och välstädat. Vi stördes heller inte av någon trafik, vilket annars är vanligt i London. Det enda negativa jag kan komma […] på om själva rummet är att badrumsgolvet var otroligt kallt. Området där hotellet ligger är inte heller särskilt mysigt. Trevlig personal, bra läge, väldigt bra standard på rummet som vi fick. Klart prisvärt. Personalen bryr sig. Massor av resturanger i närheten. Bra läge för tunnelbanan samt gångavstånd (ca 20 min till Big ben slottet etc)
Bra hotell nära Victoria Station. ganska centralt utan störande trafik men lite dåligt ljudisolerat Hade löst tillägg 45 Pund (inkl. frukost, större rum tilltugg dricka internet) Men blev debiterad för internet 5 Pund utan att kunna komma ut på nätet Dyrt att ta något ur minibaren

Stora rum med det utbud man önskar. Stor skön säng, badkar i ett väl tilltaget badrum, många TV kanaler att välja mellan. Fint och välstädat. Beläget nära Victoria station och tunnelbana/bussar. Dyr frukost, men det finns ett trevligt café rakt över gatan.

Very nice hotel. The location is very good, especially if you fly to Gatwick Airport since the hotel is right by Victoria Station. Nice clean rooms and friendly staff. For breakfast we recomend the cafe on the other side of the street of the hotel, very very good!

Mycket fint hotell i London, centralt läge. Stort och fint rum, bra sängar, och ett mycket bra badrum. Hotellfrukosten (english, buffé) rekommenderas verkligen. Mycket välsmakande och fräsch. Personalen mycket tillmötesgående och trevlig.

Jättefint hotell som ligger nära allt. Om ni bor här måste ni äta frukost på fiket som ligget precis mitt emot, helt underbart! Om man ska till Oxford street så går det ett flertal bussar från Victoria Station, smidigare än t-banan då man behövde byta linje om man åker från Victoria station.

Executive King - stort och trevligt rum med bra säng och en soffa att sitta i. Läget är väldigt bra - lätt att gå till alla centrala delar. Lite snålt att behöva betala extra för internet när rummen ändå var dyra. Städningen var OK men inte mer.

"Good home base"
I really enjoyed staying at the Park Plaza - they offered a reasonable rate, were located almost across the street from Victoria Station, and just down the road from several excellent restaurants. The room itself (I went for the upgrade) was quiet, comfortable, and welcoming. My only complaint was the front desk. They appeared clueless from the checkin […] process until the checkout. How do I call another room? Not sure. Do you have the reservation for another member in the party? Hard to say. When will the room be ready? Can you check back? ... It just seemed that they were unprepared for the hospitality part of their job. That said, the hotel was quite perfect in all other respects. "Great Hotel, Bad Timing"
The hotel was great, except for the weather being unseasonably warm and the hotel cooling system was still in winter mode. (No AC) The only bad part of our stay had nothing to do with the hotel, they were tearing up Victoria Station for a remodel and it made things interesting trying to get going. "Great location - Just what you need in a hotel"
The location is great. It's literally two blocks (max) from the London Victoria tube station / Victoria rail station / Victoria bus station. This means that if you're flying to Gatwick airport, you have easy access to the Gatwick express train (a short 30 minute ride for ~$28), easy access to taking day trips outside of London (train station), easy […] access to all of London (3 tube lines intersect at Victoria station!), and easy access to the bus station for day trips. Also, Victoria station is really in the heart of London - a short walk away from Buckingham palace and some of the main sites. The hotel itself is nice, especially for London standards! Like most London buildings, the building isn't the newest, but it's got everything you look for in a hotel room - mostly, a comfortable and CLEAN room. At least, that's what I look for. They provide FREE internet, which is nice. If you want faster service, it's only 5 pounds, which is a lot less than most hotels! So yes, I think it's a great find and I'd stay there again. We liked this hotel mostly for its great location in the heart of historic London. This hotel is within easy walking distance of many historical sites such as Westminster Abby, the House of Commons & Big Ben, Trafalger Square, Buckingham Castle, etc. It is also close to the British Museum and several theatres. We also enjoyed the extra optional breakfast […] package that also included the use of 1st flr executive lounge which we enjoyed most afternoons were we had some wine & snacks after a long day walking around downtown London. "Phenomenal Location for Gatwick & Heathrow"
Flying in to Gatwick and continuing through Heathrow can be a tough connection. We elected to fly in to Gatwick and then take the Gatwick Express to the Victoria Station. It was a very short walk to the Park Plaza Victoria where we stayed overnight. There are lots of places for dinner, including the Queen Arms Pub and many for breakfast close by as […] well. The hotel is very nice and the rooms are quite large for London. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Our only issue during the stay was the lack of air conditioning that time of the year. It was unseasonably warm and we could not get the room to cool down. I wish they would have warned us at check in not to turn the air on, because it just made things worse. The next day we were able to make a short walk back to Victoria Station and take the Tube, with one easy transfer to Heathrow. All in all a great hotel with a reasonable price and fantastic location. The hotel was perfectly situated for our trip to see Wicked the musical. Reception was clean and welcoming, staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was clean however there was a large stain on the carpet which looked like it hadn't been cleaned. There were no biscuits with the tea/coffee facilities which I found quite strange for a 4* hotel. It took […] us a while to work out how to use the shower. The hairdryer was useless as you had to hold the button down whilst using it and there was little power. The air con in the room did not work and just blew out warm air and the heating seemed to be on in the whole hotel very high which made it very uncomfortable. We had the window open however this made little difference and we had a very restless nights sleep. We did not have breakfast as this cost an extra £15 each. For the price we paid I would not rate this hotel 4* and wouldn't stay again. Läs mer

"Good hotel, good location, helpful staff"
Some problems with a non-working room telephone at start of trip but this was soon sorted out. Very helpful staff, and in particular the lady at the reception - Justyna, who allowed me a late check-out and full use of the gym and shower facilties before making my way to Heathrow for an overnight flight: nice touch. Will be back at this hotel.

usuaaly i complain about the hotels, so i am a difficult guest but this hotel was very well. my room wiew was not very well but it was silent...sometişmes neighbours woke me up this was the only problem....location and cleanless and stuff were good..bathroom was small ...still it will be my first choice for london in future

The hotel is in a great location for getting to/from airport and good base for seeing the sights. It's a nice hotel and comfortable, however I would question the classification of their "superior" rooms - supposed to have a king size bed and windows opening to views of the city - in reality the bed was no bigger than a standard double and the 5th floor […] windows opened to a view of a side street - when I questioned it with reception, they insisted we were indeed in a superior room and that the bed was a king! I've no problem with the room as a standard double but a superior it certainly was not. That being said, the location was the reason we chose the hotel and you can't fault that. Läs mer

Long bathtub, nice rooms. VERY close to Victoria tube to get around while probably being a good locale for business; I was hoping to be near more of city activity. Good quiet area and friendly staff.

Service was fine, we stayed in January and the heatnig in the room was way too much, ended up having to open windows to try and cool off. The A/C cold setting pumped out hot air. Also the TV was broken. Stayed one night.

We stayed for three night and wanted a comfortable place to relax between busy days in London, and we got what we wanted. Very nice staff and clean. We definitely will come back.

This hotel is really good for its location as it is right near Victoria Train Station. It is also close to the Hop on, Hop off Bus (also next to Vic.Train station) The hotel also has largish rooms and the reception and concierge's are excellent. Very friendly, efficient staff. Did not eat breakfast in the hotel but it looked good. Street in which hotel […] is, has lots of fine cafeterias and shops. We had two minor issues in the room: toilet overflowed and a light bulb was broken. After one phone call to housekeeping (they passed on the broken light bulb to maintence), both issues were resolved. Will definitely be back to this hotel. Läs mer
