Hotell MCM Elegante Suites - Colorado Springs

No water pressure.Shower head did not work. Had to be replaced. No place for sitting at breakfast. Options were slim as far as variety goes. I will give them kudos for responding fast to the shower nozzle issue. I would not recommend this location.

First impressions count and we were not disappointed with this hotel, easy booking in nice helpful staff the room was nice and clean, Laundry facilities were free which is always a bonus when travelling. Now for the not so great bit breakfast time absolutely ridiculously small area that breakfast is served for the size of the hotel every one trying […] to get food at the same time the 1 member of staff that seemed to be in charge of the breakfast was so slow that everything you needed plates, forks, bread hot food,had ran out and you had to keep asking for them to be replaced she did not seem to notice things had ran out and then there are only a few tables to sit at unless you went outside but all in all a good hotel that I would be happy to stay at again. The hotel was quiet and far enough off the road to not hear the traffic.The morning breakfast had fruit ,cereal,eggs,bacon and sausage.The items were refilled promptly as people filled their plates. I would stay here again

Nice place! My room was cold is my only complaint and I was able to adjust the temperature to make it a bit better. Very comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The area surrounding the hotel was extremely noisy and we had problems keeping our air conditioning running due to a energy efficient device on the system. The room was about 80 degrees the entire time. When it came to breakfast the area in which it was served was extremely tiny and it was hard to move around without bumping into other people and there […] was not much seating for breakfast. We had family coming in from all over the country for a wedding and this hotel was just perfect. For the amount of rooms we had booked, the hotel was very accommodating. There are plenty places to eat around the hotel and the free breakfast in the morning at the hotel was enough to not make you hungry. The rooms were large and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel is not near a highway and it is set off the road so it was very quiet. It was nice to have a leather recliner and a kitchen. The kitchen appliances were dated but that wasn't a big deal. Breakfast was bacon, eggs, sausages & cereal but not much more and there were only 2 tables to eat […] at so that was inconvenient. I dont know what this hotel USED to be before it was MCM but there is nothing OLD about it. They must have done a COMPLETE remodel when the switch was made. Talk about UPDATED...there was a BLACK LEATHER RECLINER in the living area of the 1bdrm suite I booked and BEST PART IS THE BEDS, I believe they are sealy posturepedic? or something similar....at […] any rate, it is hands down the best, or right up there in top 2, of beds I have ever slept in at a hotel. They also have direct tv so more channels than you might get at other hotels. Better than decent breakfast with HOT choices, also a LOT of places nearby for getting food, groceries, misc. Also the area its in is next to a residential neighborhood and its tucked away to make it cozy and quiet. I booked a 1bdrm suite over a normal room because it was not much extra. I didnt get to use the full kitchen avail in the suite (and I mean full....FULL sized fridge/freezer, stove top, oven, microwave AND....pots, pans, utensils, even other cookware was provided) so this place is PERFECT for a long stay. Sadly I was only there one night, I wanted to stay longer! I will never, ever stay anywhere else in Co Springs again. FYI, this place is just about 5 miles from Garden of the Gods. Best part of all was the GREAT price I got on hotels.com. I couldnt believe how low it was when I saw my room.....I could have paid almost double what I did which would have been high but still would have been FAIR for the room and amenities. Läs mer

Room was very clean. I thought it was interesting and good that room had a refrigerator, stove, dishwaher and microwave. Their breakfast was great- there was different cereals, juices, eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, pastries, yogurt all kinds of stuff to choose from and Starbucks coffee! First, this is a pet friendly hotel :) The hotel was very clean and the bed was really comfortable for a hotel bed. There is a full breakfast offered even though the rooms have kitchens. This is not always the case in extended stay type hotels. Nicely appointed suites for a great value. Will definitely stay again.

The room was of average size but clean and tidy. Location is in north of Col Springs so a bit of a journey to Pikes Peak/Valley of the Gods etc.There were a number of Restaurants nearby jctn Woodman & I25. Desk staff were friendly and helpful especially with weather/road conditions for my drive to Santa Fe due to snow etc

We were greeted by a friendly front desk clerk when we arrived. Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Only stayed a night, but we would definitely stay again.

This is a great place to stay. We knew we were in for a great stay as we walked up to the entrance and saw a large granite stone with the Ten Commandments engraved on it. The staff was great. My best friend and I stayed here for four nights during our spring break and we LOVED it! The night manager was amazing and easy to get along with. The hotel is close to different strip malls, and a couple different stores. All the staff were very friendly. We were there while selling and buying a house so our stress levels were high. The staff did everything to make us feel comfortable. Will recommend to family and friends when they visit. The rates were better than any other place and had free wifi, free warm breakfast, full suite rooms.

Nothing fancy. I got a good rate. My only complaint is that the maid never thoroughly cleaned the room while I was there and then there was an envelope for a tip. So I guess you have to tip the maids in order for them to clean and make your bed. Considering what I paid, I was okay with not really having maid services. A little sign that says this is a smart system that knows when you leave and turns down the heat. What is does not recognize is when you are sleeping and it turns down the heat to 69. Besides that little issue, very good hotel.

Note room for 222 - Was asked by housekeeping if I wanted anything on Monday even though only selected cleaning on Sunday. I said yes as I had dirty dishes. They indicated that they would let housekeeping know.
