Good central location. Fresh, newly renovated and modern interiors. Service was polite but i hardly needed any help with anything so hard to judge. The continental breakfast was simple but high quality and the breakfastbroom has a pleasant atmosphere that feels more like a cafe than a hotel dining room. Wifi worked well but limited to 1 device. A nice touch that it was included in the rate (as was breakfast). I asked for a room on a higher floor and was put on 15, the top floor. Small windows, maybe because of the nature of the old building. Good modern tv, etc, with lots of channels. Spacious bathroom and decent shower (took a minute or 2 forbhotbwater to arrive). Comfortable bed and a practical desk with lots of power sockets. Have stayed in nine zero previously. I would rank them similarly with Ames posibly edging it though not everyone will like the minimalist style and approach.

There's really nothing to complain about; a very nice hotel. I've stayed here a couple of times and it has been consistently good, from the friendly front desk staff to the bed quality. Oh, the soap smells to much, but that's about it.

"Pleasant stay"
The bed was comfortable, the bathroom rather spartan, as were the towels. Room was very quiet (5th floor) despite being opposite the elevator. Location is convenient to Mass Pike and good shopping/dining.Verifierad gästrecension

I've been staying at this hotel one weekend a month for the past year or so. To me it's exactly what it sets out to be. The rooms are standard, but clean with comfortable beds, good tv, and free wifi. There is a very well priced breakfast in the lobby. You can walk to the mall, or they will drive you at no cost. "Great value!"
The only negative comment I give this hotel is the bed was too soft. Maybe also I had a hard time understanding the front desk clerk's accent and I could tell she was gettting annoyed at me. We found the staff to be a bit slow. They failed to give us our coupon for breakfast (which we had paid for) upon check in, and when we asked about it they were not very helpful. The hotel is in a great location next door to the fashion center/Natick Mall. The mall has a good selection of restaurants and department stores. Easy access to the Massachusetts Turnpike and Rt. 9 to Boston. Near Framingham State University, Brandeis University and Wellesley College. A good value!Verifierad gästrecension
"Nothing Fancy"
I went for an overnight with my daughter. We wanted a hotel with a pool, so that was a plus. The life gaurd on duty was a little different and would not stop talking while we were swimming.
