"Not what I was expecting."
When we got to the hotel the check in took over 30 minutes. We went to our room on the 5th floor where it is more like a motel than a hotel. The doors face outside and are open air. Not what I was picturing when I read all the reviews. The key did not work, we went back to the desk. They sent us back up and it did not work again. They wanted us to wait […] for maintenence to try to fix it and I just wanted to get in a room after a very long drive. They moved us upon my request to another floor and same type of room. They said it was ocean view which is what I paid for. The view was 100% blocked by large palm trees directly infront of the deck and were growing onto the deck I literally could not see the beach at all. I could hear it but that was it. The room was smokey and the bathroom musty and smelled strange. The beds were terrible and I didnt sleep at all. The washing machine ate my change and had to go to the front desk again. The bowling alley they advertise is up on one of the high floors and you have to pay a pretty penny to use it. The surrounding area there were ppl walking around at all hours seemingly drunk and disorderly. I did not feel safe to walk anywhere. The parking deck is not private. I wont be going back. After a bad experience at the run down Landmark Resort down the street we decided to give Coral Beach a shot...everything was above expectations. Clean, friendly staff, warm salt water pools, bowling...all in all a great place to stay. Also very reasonable rates! We will always stay here from now on!Verifierad gästrecension

The amenities is great! The staff is very friendly and easy to work with! Our hotel room was an older room. Really enjoyed everything about this hotel except our room. Had free wifi but had to call the tech company to get it to work in our room. Once we did that it was so slow it took forever to work or it did not work at times. There was two wall plugs […] that did not work. Light switch in bathroom did not work properly. Refrigerator froze our food. The trash bin was kept just below our room, which was very noisy all the time, because they would constantly be dumping trash in it. Very nice hotel. Staff was very accommodating. They are doing a lot of construction to enhance it. View was beautiful. Didn't love the towels and tv service was so so. "I don't know where they took the pictures"
The hotel wasn't what was pictured on the internet. The rooms where outdated from the shower that didn't drain to the 20" tube tvs the pool was nice and the game room and bowling alley weren't bad except you couldn't use money at either of them you had to charge it to your room or use a card which was very inconvenient overall not a very good hotel […] and I wouldn't stay there again if they gave me the room for free Läs merVerifierad gästrecension
"Very Large Suite in a Convenient Location"
Great location, Great view. Room was very outdated and the carpet was quite old and dirty. Beds were comfortable. Maid service was poor. Nice set up, good people not to mention all the amenities available to you. The hotel seems a little out dated, had to go to five different floors to find working ice machine. One SMALL flat screen in the suite not even a 32" and an old box TV. Overall for the price it was adecent stay.Verifierad gästrecension

"Highly Satisfied, Would stay again:)"
Me and my boyfriend stayed for Valentine's Day weekend 14-17 and loved it! Staff was nice and helpful. The room was clean. And we truly enjoyed the entertainment center located in the hotel while it was snowing outside! Would definitely stay again!Verifierad gästrecension

"Will stay here again!"
The stay was very nice. They are renovating the hotel and they put us in one of the new rooms. We opted for a suite so I'm not sure exactly what the rooms looked like...but we had a double bedroom, full bath, full kitchen and living/dining area which also had a murphy bed. The view of course, was grand.The hotel has a Starbucks so be sure to have the […] coffee there and not in the dining room, where it is bitter and watery! All staff were simply great - very pleasant and helpful....this made the stay all the better. The hotel is located in south Myrtle (15min from Surfside) so it was quite but everything we needed was close at hand. I will say our trip was in January when most all of the beach is quite but having stayed in Myrtle in every season throughout the years, south Myrtle is the best for prices and comfort. "Thanksgiving weekend"
My family and I had a great weekend. We came for my daughters 17th birthday and we brought her friends with us. The only problem we had with the room, was that there were 5 people in the room and the sofa that was in the room was not a sofa but a love seat and only 2 people could sit and watch tv at one time.
