bed wasn't cleaned properly. We found couple of hair in the bed (my gf has blonde hair and I sport buzz cut, so they def were hair of previous guest).

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was an unexpected treat...not the normal "contential breakfast". Highly suggest purchasing when the room is booked. Enjoyed the decor of the lobby very much. Will come back to this hotel again for our weekend getaway.

My room was never mada up in the three days I was there. I took a nap in the afternoon and the housekeepers were done at 3:30 PM. So no beds were changed. I bumped into a piece of furniture that had a sharp edge due to the edge being broken off.It hurt!! My relatives received free bottled water on arrival, but I had to pay for water. Lobby area is new and very nice. Rooms could use a little face lift. Bedding in particular. Location is 20 within 20 mins of everywhere we wanted to be. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

This hotel is right next to Srq. The staff checking me in was great. The rooms are nice and the gym was surprisingly good. A really nice place

Very welcoming, clean and open. Room spacious with fridge and microwave. Very comfy bed but could hear air con switching on and off during night. Very convenient for airport and easy drive into Sarasota and for visiting Keys and stunning beaches.

the only draw back with this hotel is that the pool in on the wrong side of the hotel to enjoy the sun later in the afternoon. It was very clean and everyone was very friendly. We would stay here again

This experience was not as good as the first time I stayed. Went to get on elevator an maid would not allow us to get on, even though there was plenty of room. All the hotels I have stayed at in the past I never have had that happen. Also, was not told upon check-in rules for continental breakfast in am. You had to either have bought the breakfst package […] ahead of time or pay 10.95 for each person. There is no way i would pay that amount for a bowl of cereal with milk an a glass of orange juice when I could go to a restraunt and get 3 times that for the price. the staff made this visit very nice an made us feel comfortable. The workout room was up to date which made it nice. Only problem was the airport across the street not bad only heard a few late at night.

Loved my stay! In town visiting my boyfriend, and I was very impressed with the overall hotel atmosphere. Clean, friendly, and located right where I needed to be. :) Will definately be back!

Loved our experience here - perfect for a quick weekend getaway. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable -also had a small microwave and refrigerator... plus, a great (adjustable) shower head in the bathroom. The hotel staff was really nice, too! We chose this hotel due to location to our daughter's home. Unfortunately, it was a disappointment. We stay at Hilton often and were surprised to walk into our room and notice two very visable stains on the carpet and a very strong mildew smell. Since it was after midnight by the time we arrived from the airport, we just didn't have the energy to go […] through getting another room. We stayed the two nights we booked. My husband enjoyed the gym but we spent all our time away from the hotel the majority of our stay. The location was convenient (on the Tamiami and very easy to get to everywhere we needed to be-the college is right next door also.) The Sarasota-Brandenton airport is across the street but we were never bothered by the planes. I visit Sarasota 1-2x a year but I will not return to this Hilton. Läs mer

Excellent for the price. No free breakfasts like other chains, but I paid a good rate. Had problem with TV remote, twice left a written message with housekeeping, but no response. I probably should have contacted the front desk, but I didn't. Otherwise great place to stay.

Very convenient location in the Sarasota-Bradenton area. Close to airport. Accessible using Route 41/14th St for North/South travel. Staff very considerate and helpful. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly. The bed wasn't as comfortable as I would expect from a Hilton Garden, but it wasn't hateful either. The overall value is good.

when i arrived my booking couldn't be found, it was frustrating as I was told hotels.com wouldn't refund my money, but the staff at the Hilton was able to convince them, and then they not only beat their rate, they upgraded my room and gave me a late checkout. The hotel was quiet and offered a safe, clean environment. Even when loads of cute little squiggly soccer players arrived, they were respectful of the other guests. I stayed overnight to catch an early morning flight. I was picked up at the airport, checked in, later went to bar, ordered some food to take to my room, got an early morning wake-up call, and shuttle to the airport. EVERYONE was so kind, cheerful, and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend it to anyone.

I have rarely been happier with a stay at a hotel. I will definitely be staying here again next time I visit Sarasota. The room was clean and comfortable - the beds and sheets and pillows were great.
