Hotell The Westin Diplomat Resort and Spa - Hollywood

Vi bodde tre nätter på detta hotell och var mycket nöjda. Vi är en familj på 4 pers med två barn, valde ett rum med två dubbelsängar. Fin balkong med havsutsikt. Väldigt fint hotell, ordning och rent och snyggt. Perfekt service. Jättefin lobby med litet café och butik. Ligger precis vid stranden som är mkt fin. Bra poolområde med ett par olika pooler. […] Bra poolbar/café med enkla t ex lunchrätter till hyfsade priser. Valet-parking kostar $25 per natt, dyrt, men så är det på de flesta hotell häromkring. Finns även oövervakad parkering på andra sidan gatan för $20 per natt. Wifi kostar ca $13 per dygn, lite dålig täckning. Sammantaget ett mycket fint hotell med perfekt service och bra läge. Taxibåt med fasta turer för rundtur i Fort Lauderdale finns tvärs över gatan, vi hann dock inte göra detta. Läs mer

The pool itself was not clean and no pool chairs if you don't wake up really early to get one. The food at hotel was extremely expensive!!!!

This hotel was so VERY nice. I went to a seminar that was held in their conference ctr. Food was GREAT! Pool and beach were wonderful and were well maintained. Although I was there for work....We ENJOYED playing in the pools and jacuzzi. I would recommend to EVERYONE!!!

I am a perfectionist and I found this hotel perfect. Clean, efficient, and luxurious. Room was heavenly, pools were amazing and huge, food was convenient and delicious, staff was helpful and the beach is right there! I would stay here again for sure!!!!!

As far as I am concerned, hotel is way too overpriced for what it was. The staff were all very courteous and friendly. The amenities were good, but again, too expensive for what they were. The Westin Diplomat Resort & Spa is a great hotel! Great accomodations and services. Only downside is it distance from South Miami Beach but overall, we had a great time!

Beautiful hotel lobby, great beach, good restaurants, a real upscale hotel with its own golf course and tennis center. I would definitely go back.

This is a great hotel with nice rooms and a very nice pool. My wife and I stayed one night coming and going from our Caribbean cruise. We would have loved to stay a few more nights in this hotel.

This place is great. People were very nice. And they even took my friend and i to the other property to sit in the spa, where nobody was!! If you stay here, make sure you visit the golf location....it was the perfect place to get away from all the people and see the sun set. Overall..great palce if you book it for not many dollars a night.

Needs wifi in dining rom and all lobby connected areas including pools..

We are floored. We travel a lot...from Naples Florida. Beautiful hotel, pools, ocean beach, nice service....way more than we expected. Great location...we will be back next year at the same time...nice breakdown of ages....enjoy and look forward to your vacation here.

Great service, beautiful room, wonderful restaurants, & bars, friendly staff. Near very good restaurants. Beach was very clean. Spectaular views from our room.

Gorgeous hotel and pool, and nice rooms. Free Internet in the lobby is a plus, that you have to pay for Internet in the room is a minus. The location is boring, though, and everything interesting is a cabride away.

Stayed at the hotel for the Labor Day Weekend. We have been here many times before. All was good except so overcrowded we can hardly enjoy the facilities.

Everything was top-notch! The service, location and amenities were 5-star. If there was one negative, I would have to say it was the food. $4.00 for a can of soda? I don't think so. That withstanding, I would recommend this hotel.

It is an excellent hotel. The location is fantastic. Always try to stay there if visiting Miami, Fort Lauderdale.

I called ahead to confirm time of arrival so i would not get delayed with check in. I arrived as agreed and waited 1 1/2 hrs for room. My room was suppose to be a 2 level upgrade and was nothing greater than a midrate standard room. Desk manager was so rude i required next level oh management. Very clean with a grand feel. Definitely one of the nicer hotels in the area.

Great hotel very clean and very comfortable.. They gave us an early check-in which was much needed and they were very accomidating. Would reccommend and stay there again. This is my 3rd stay there and I have never been disappointed.

I enjoyed the hotel and its amenities. It's supoort and services staff were also very pleasant and helpful. I woulkd definitely stay there again!! thanks.

The Westin is a fabulous place to stay for many reasons: the ocean views from the balcony, the beautiful pools, the beach and excellent service. Nice bathrooms, too, with deep soaking tub, separate glass shower. I was a bit disappointed because they told me on arrival that my conference booking and my hotels.com reservation would be merged, but in […] the afternoon when the internet wouldn't work, we went down to the lobby where we were told we had to move - there was no negotiation or sincere apology. It was a busy weekend and I'm sure they did they best they could, but .... The second room was smaller, a bit noisier, and on a lower floor, so could hear pool noise. It was disappointing initially but overall it was fine. Hollywood Prime and BarSu were excellent, the waitstaff was exceptional. The poolside restaurant's menu was quite good; try the chicken quesadilla. The hotel is simply beautiful, and the staff is service-oriented. I enjoyed the stay at this hotel, however, was a bit disappointed with the condition of the beach. There was seaweed everywhere in the small strip of beach behind the hotel property which could have easily been taken care of with an early morning cleanup crew.

I visited the Westin with my mom and two young daughters. The staff went out of their way to entertain the kids (e.g. gift bags, ice cream with sprinkles upon check-in). They were very prompt in responding to our requests. We will be back!

I stayed at the Golf location. It was confortable quit very well taken care of. The staff was great. The beds are very comfortable. I do plan on staying there again.

Hotel room had an odor to it and the air conditioning in the room was sub par. Would not recommend this hotel to my friends.
