Jag hade bokat ett singelrum, som jag alltid gör. Jag reser mycket och har hittils varhelst i världen jag befunnit mig fått fina, hyfsat stora singel rum. Mitt rum här, liknade mest en cell. Där fanns inte ens en garderob. Hotellet känns nerslitet. Men läget är det absolut bästa. Vill man bo billigt och centralt. Kan jag rekommendera det. Hur dubbelrummen […] är kan jag inte svara på.. Bra lokalt placerat. Gammalt. Ingen AC på själva hotellet men vi fick två rum med AC i en lägenhet 2 kvarter bort. Mkt bra lösning. Frukosten mkt enkel, valde att äta frukost på cafe i närheten istället.

the location was ideal. the room was quaint. the bathroom...that was a stephen king horror story location I'm sure of it. the toilet was high up, the room was dimly lit, there was a HUGE mold stain on the ceiling and wall, and the shower stall was just that, a stall. This could be a top notch hotel with a little bit of investment is refurbishing it. Excellent location, good value, outdated rooms and so-so breakfast. But it's worth it's price for sure. I would stay there again!

The hotel was small but comfortable. It was a bit difficult to find due to some local construction (we were driving). Be aware your car is parked at a lot some distance away and you call for it ahead when you need it. We had a GPS but still had difficulty finding the street. It was noisy at night, due to proximity of Duomo & construction but we loved […] the location. The rooftop patio with a view of the Duomo, was awesome. If you want a hotel well placed and are not too worried about frills and fancies, this is a good choice. You are in the centre of town, just 2 mins walk from the Duomo and right in the middle of shopping streets. The hotel is basic - you wil get a clean room, the showering facilities are very basic. The Hotel Medici is a great pick for travelers on a budget. My standard room was clean and the bed comfortable (paid for a twin but was given a queen.) All of the staff were helpful. A continental breakfast is included in the price but it is very limited. The one negative is the noise level, although this is not the fault of the hotel. Revelers on the […] street party LOUDLY until the wee hours yet the bells from the tower start before 7:00 a.m. A very short window for light sleepers. I took the advice of another rater and brought ear plugs. Helped a lot. Also, you might bring additional toiletries as they only provide shampoo and hand soap. TIP - the train station is only 10 minutes away from the hotel. I booked online train tickets to Rome through Italiarail. The bullet train took around 1.5 hours each way and the total fare was only about $85. Rome is pretty easy to navigate. I recommend that you skip expensive day tours to Rome and plan one yourself. The location of the hotel was perfect . It was right next to the Duomo, lots Of restaurants and shops. The rooms are very small, but served its purpose for The amout of money we paid. My wife and I arrived early and the staff allowed us to leave our luggage while we explored the city for a few hours. Then when we checked-in they informed us we wouldn't be staying at the hotel but in an apartment a few blocks away. We were very surprised, the apartment was clean and modern. We did walk to the main hotel for breakfast which was basic […] and to use the wi-fi. The hotel and the apartments are in great locations, we walked to all the major sights. The hotel is located at the heart of Florence and that is important if you have a limited range of mobility and it has a terrace on the top floor which offers an incredible view of the whole historical city. However, you have to put up with a less than welcoming reception area, small, cold and unkept. The rooms have no tvs or any other source of entertainment, […] no coffee machine, no refrigerator, just a hair dryer in the bathroom. The bathrooms are very small, no room for showers so they have a hole in the floor and you stand next to the toilet to take your shower, we bought some shower shoes not to slip, we also bought towels, because the ones the hotel provided were of the thickness and absorbency of dish towels. Breakfast was a basket of bread and crackers with little jam and butter packages, coffee, tea etc... were from a selfservice machine. This hotel, is horrible. There is no heat, the place is very rundown and dirty. The room are too small, the bathroom horrible all together no curtain in shower. The place is impossible to sleep, very noise the whole night. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody.

When I booked this hotel I didn't think about the noise in the area. I tried to sleep early the first evening of my stay. There was music playing quite loudly at a bar below my room and the bells from the tower of the duomo are also quite loud. The location is great, but since everything is walking distance downtown I would probably choose to stay closer […] to the train station next time where there isn't so much noise in the evening or maybe across the river. The hotel is average, the age is very obvious and it needs some upkeep. Staff, may seem a bit rude at first but after spending 2 weeks in Italy, I would say it is just their personality. The visit was about to start poorly when I was told that they were booked at the main location so they were going to send me to a different building. After a short walk with mediocre directions I found the building and went to my room... Which turned out to be a 3 room apartment with sink, bathroom, and refrigerator. The staff was the most unfriendly that we meet in Italy. They never greeted you and if they did it had a sour and cold feel to it. We spent 2 nights in the hotel. The location is perfect. All major tourist sites are in 2-10 min walk. Our room was...ok. Furniture is old. Bathroom is tiny. At first, we thought it didn't have a shower, but then we looked up and saw shower head coming out of the wall, no doors, shower curtain or anything we used to. Great location just out of the Duomo square and good Price. I was given a tiny single room (Think of a small closet...). Friendly staff switched me to a decent room with a tiny bathroom (the shower was almost over the toilette) that was OK. Rooms don't have AC just a fan which can be challenging in the summer!

There was limited room to move around beds. No air conditioning in hot & humid weather was not fun at all. There was a fan provided that helped a little. The interior finishes (i.e.) walls and carpeting in hallways were dirty throughout. The morning staff was much friendlier than night staff.

Hotel Medici was in an amazing location for what we paid. We got a triple room that was very spacious and comfortable. There was a rooftop terrace with fantastic views. The staff was pretty helpful with directions & attractions. I would recommend anyone that goes to florence stays here.

We booked this hotel for the breathtaking view from the roof top. Even though we stayed in the other property building we did have access to the rooftop view. Breakfast is served in the main building.. Walking distance from the train station was not too far, but we needed to ask for directions twice, as the printed directions from the web site were […] not sufficient. 駅にも観光スポットにも近く便利ですが、 質問しても最低限の応えしかかえってこなく、再度質問する気にはならない。部屋も清潔感が無く、シャワールームが無くシャワーの水はトイレ、ビデ、洗面台の床に撒き散らしになり、不潔感でいっぱいになる。後で、しばらく洗面台、トイレが使えなくなる。テレビも無い。ホテルの機能を備えていない。

Kommer inn i en risig resepsjon, får utdelt nøkkel til et rom som har sett bedre tider. Veggene var en gang hvitmalte, men er nå fulle av svarte striper. Rommet luktet mugg, og det samme gjorde badet som var et kapittel for seg. Skulle egentlig ha rommet i to netter, men etter at vi så støvlaget på det som hang på veggen så sjekket vi ut. 4泊しました。Duomoのすぐ近くで、どこに行くにも徒歩圏内で便利でした。1日目は部屋番号を後からつけたおそらく掃除の方のお部屋だった所？で狭かったですが、そのおかげで残り3泊はDuomoをすぐそばに感じられる6階の部屋でした。眺めもよく最高でした。イタリアですので、シャワーのみというのは仕方ないですが、総じてよかったです。

ホテルの立地は、各観光名所に行きやすく、最高です。 ただ、ホテル自体は値段相応の満足度です。 ホテルの方々は、女性には優しい（さすがイタリアといったところ）ですが、 男性に対しては少し態度が悪いように思えます。 あと、部屋の状態ですが、シャワーが便器の真上にあり、 用を足しながらシャワーを浴びれそうです。 まぁ、卒業旅行などで泊まるには特に問題ないですね。 カップルや家族にはお勧め出来ませんね。

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, quasi direkt um die Ecke des Domplatzes (2 Gehminuten) und mitten im Zentrum der Altstadt. Auch der Palazzo Vecchio ist nur ca 6 Gehminuten entfernt. Man sollte sich auf keinen Fall in ein "Apartamento" ein paar Straßen weiter abschieben lassen, wenn man ein Standard-Doppelzimmer gebucht hat. Zum Frühstück muss man […] dann nämlich ca 400 Meter bis zum Hotel laufen, außerdem lässt dort die Lage und Ausstattung zu wünschen übrig... Die Zimmer im Hotel sind einfach aber sauber. Bett, Schrank, Nachttischchen, kleiner Schreibtisch. Für einen kurzen Städtetrip völlig ausreichend. Bei unserem Standard-Doppelzimmer bestand die Dusche aus einem Brausekopf an der Wand, also ohne Duschwanne oder Vorhang, so dass nach dem Duschen das ganze Bad nass ist... wer Wert auf mehr Komfort legt, sollte woanders übernachten. Das Frühstück ist eher mager, pro Person 2 Brötchen 2 Marmeladen und Butter. Cornflakes, Wurst, Käse, Ei, etc gibt es nicht, auch kein Buffet sondern Bedienung am Tisch. Café aus dem Automaten in Pulverqualität... für Italien eigentlich eine Schande... "Saft" auch aus dem Automaten: Zuckerwasser mit Farbstoff. Fazit: Sehr gute Lage in eigentlich schönem Gebäude aus dem man mehr machen könnte (tolle Dachterasse mit sehr schönem Blick auf den Dom und die Stadt im 6. Stock) Service und Frühstück eher mangelhaft, Zimmer einfach aber sauber. Wer nicht viel Zeit im Hotel verbringt und eher etwas von Florenz sehen will, ist hier ganz gut aufgehoben. Läs mer

最上階に宿泊しました。ドゥオーモをこんだけ綺麗に見れる安いホテルは他にあるのかと思いました。立地も最高です。 設備はよくありません。安宿にありがちなシャワー、共同トイレです。 またこの眺めを見ようと、夜まで、誰かが部屋の外の共有ベランダを歩きます。話し声や、立て付けの悪いドアの音がします。自分の部屋からもそのベランダに出れるので少し不安です。張り紙には2200までの利用と書いてありますが、人は2230過ぎまでいました。私がうるさいというとどきましたが。 景色は満点。でも他は...という感じです。

Bra. Det er et to stjerners hotell så kvalitetsforventninger må tilpasses det.rommet var fint og renslig - men uheldigvis veldig lytt. Det var dusj på rommet vårt - men den var egentlig mer symbolsk da trykket i den kan sammenlignes med en 2 år gammels gutt vannpistol.. Beliggenheten er det som trekker dett skikkelig opp - midt i byen klemt mellom alle […] severdighetene.hva gjelder de ansatte var det noen som kunne ha tatt seg et lynkurs i dannelse og høflighet - men heldigvis var resepsjonen noe man bar gikk rett forbi. I enjoyed staying at this hotel for 4days in the winter. The location, the center of this city, was the strong point. After going out for sightseeing, my room got cleaned and the staff was kind.
