Läget bra, gångavstånd till det mesta. Sängen hård och ganska obekväm. Frukosten jättegod men frukostrummet var inte trevligt, alldeles för dåligt ljudisolerat så det blev skränigt och högljutt. Personalen trevlig och hjälpsam. Rummen rena och fina men det fanns lite av mögellukt och unken luft i rummet när AC inte var på. Pris ok.

Vi var supernöjda med vistelsen och poolen på taket gjorde att vi kunde njuta trots vämeböljan. Klart prisvärt hotell, dock inte bästa läget vid Omonia, men dock som alltid vid Omonia - enkelt att ta sig runt staden!

Trevlig personal med hög servicekänsla. Rummet var fräscht dock aningen litet för två vuxna och en ettåring, det fick plats både extrasäng och vagn men sen var det fullt!! (vi hade ett superior rum) Kan ändå varmt rekommendera detta hotell. Bra frukostoch nära till akropolis och plaka kvarteret med shopping och restauranger.

Fräscht hotell med frukost och gratis internet, häftig takterrass med pool och utsikt över Akropolis. Trevlig personal, centralt läge med gångavstånd till både sevärdheter och nattliv. Området är som bekant något ruffigare än Aten i allmänhet och vissa gator i närheten av hotellet bör kanske undvikas, men det var inget som störde oss.

Hotellet gjorde skäl för sitt namn. Rent och snyggt och med en liten pool på takterrassen. Centralt läge med alla sevärdheter inom gångavstånd. Bra service och bra frukost.

Väldigt bra hotell med hög standard och trevlig personal. Området utanför hotellet är ganska slitet och inte det trevligaste, men stora delar av Aten är slitet. Vi gick till Akropolis vilket inte var några problem samt shoppingområdet nedanför parlamentet vilket var riktigt mysigt.

Hotellet ligger på gångavstånd från de flesta sevärdheter. Området runt hotellet är dock ganska slitet men det är stora delar av Aten. Men man kändes sig inte otrygg trotts att man var ute på natten. Rummen är ganska små, vårat rum hade balkong, säkerhetsskåp och minibar. Sängarna var dock hårda. Fri trådlös internet och stationära datorer att låna. […] Det fanns massor att välja mellan på frukosten, färskpressad apelsinjuicen var fantastisk. Kanonfräscht, god frukost med en skybar med utsikt över Akropolis. Receptionisten berättade glatt vid ankomst på en karta vad vi kunde gå och när jag frågade om det var någonstans man inte skulle gå blev han lite irriterad (kanske generad) och sa att han berättat vart man "kan gå". .. den som designade duschen måste tänkt fel, helt omöjligt att duscha bakom denna smala vägg, hela toa utrymmet blev blött! I en varm sommar-stad som Athen är hotellets dusch en viktig del.

Hotellet i sig var fint, rent och höll en bra standard. Personalen var trevliga och tankvåningen var förträfflig att sitta på och se solnedgången över Aten. Goda drinkar har de dessutom. Avståndet till Akropolis och Plaka är mindre än 10 minuters promenad. Det som var mindre bra/konstigt att vi blev tipsade av hotellets personal att inte gå ett visst […] håll för där finns det många fattiga människor, vilket i och för sig var sant. Dock var det inte farligt att gå åt de "farliga" hållet mitt på dan. Läs mer

Hotellet har ett utmärkt läge med gångavstånd till de flesta sevärdheter. Rummen är välstädade men mycket små. Vid vårt besök var hotellet sannolikt fullbelagt pga Aten Maraton. Detta resulterade i att frukostmatsalen under två dagar var fullbelagd och man fick vänta på bord under en icke oväsentlig tid, stående lutande sig mot väggen. Baren på övervåningen […] har en utmärkt utsikt mot Partenon och Acropolis. Utsikten rekommenderas. Om man beställer något i baren bör man vara noggrann med att kontrollera att man får rätt växelpengar tillbaka. Väntetiden i frukostmatsalen + upplevelse i baren på takterassen gör att man inte oreserverat kan rekommendera hotellet. Läs mer

Rent, snyggt hotellrum, inte speciellt stort, men fin minimalistisk inredning, speciellt trevlig om man jämför med andra hotell i athen, som tenderar att väga över åt det kitchiga. Bra och många produkter i badrummet - inklusive hårbalsam! Bra frukost, bl a obegränsat med färskpressad apelsinjuice. Takterassen med tillhörande restaurang är en riktig […] höjdare! Utsikt över akropolis och hela aten, bra drinkar, god mat, trevlig service och en fin och ren (men ganska liten) pool + solstolar. Går att välja mellan restaurang eller loungestuket. The room was clean and brightly lit. The bathroom was huge and I was exceptionally happy that the hotel acceded to my request for a bathroom with a bathtub. A very pleasant hotel. Very helpful staff, they made sure we had a map with the hotel location clearly marked and the locations of the major tourist spots. Everyone spoke excellent English (our Greek is very poor!). Breakfast was very good - always plenty of options and good service. There is a nice bar and pool at the top of the hotel - but the drinks […] are pricey as you might expect in a hotel (we paid more for two non-alcoholic drinks than we did for an excellent meal later that even). It was about an easy 15 min walk from the central Metro station (Monastakis) - which is on the direct line to the main airport. If you have a small case or suitcase on wheels, you can easily walk to the hotel from the Metro station if you are reasonably fit. Our room only had a shower (no bath) so make sure you request a room type with a bath if this is important. Saying that, the shower was excellent with a nice hand shower and a large rose main shower. The hotel has free wifi (as do many places in Athens) so that was really useful. The local area looked a bit run down, but we walked to and from the hotel at night over the weekend with no problems or any concern about our safety. Läs mer

The hotel is a very easy walk from monastiraki and omonia metro stations and the sights of Athens. Our room was really small, despite upgrading, but the most disappointing factor was the neighborhood. It was not the safest to safe the least. We saw this hotel on The Today show and had hoped for better quality and definitely in a better neighborhood. We would not stay here again.

Not bad for the price. Small rooms for North American standards, however it has everything you need. Excellent location. 10 mins away from Acroplis and Plaka. close to metro stations. Rooftop restaurant is amazing. I would stay there again.

We stayed at the Fresh Hotel for 1 night after returning from Santorini mad before flying home. It was the reviews on hotels.com, combined with the good price that made me pick this place. We were not disappointed! Our room was beautiful and modern, the bed super comfortable and the air conditioning very responsive. The free WiFi was also great - fast […] and easy to access.. The front desk crew were always helpful. The rooftop pool area and restaurant were very nice and the food they serve was delicious! The only tiny complaint I have is that the hot food at the breakfast buffet was more like Luke-warm food, but the fresh orange juice pretty much made up for that. We stayed at the hotel for one night and was returning a couple days later for another night and was so happy that the staff was so helpful and allowed us to store our luggage with them for a couple of days. The hotel was very modern and clean. The staff was so friendly and always willing to help. would definitely stay here again.

Great location - I was a bit frightened because some reviews mentioned the hotel was in a seedy area, but that really isn't the case. The hotel was fresh and updated, with a central, convenient location. I loved the look of the hotel, along with the rooftop bar. restaurant, and pool. Great breakfast spread, and helpful staff.

Great hotel - modern, comfortable, great location, good price, great food & pool. We stayed on our way to the Greek islands and it was handily located near the Acropolis, but alos centrally located between the airport where we flew in and the port where we were due to catch a ferry. We had a very enjoyable stay at The Fresh Hotel. The room was very clean and functional. There was something for everyone at breakfast! The pool and Air Bar were lovely areas and very relaxing. The hotel is in walking distance of the Agora and restaurants.

Reading some other reviews about the location before my stay, I was slightly anxious. However, the location although slightly rundown, felt safe during the day and night. Just close enough to walk to Plaka area, for someone who doesn't mind walking. Restaurants and attractions all required a walk, as nothing was very nearby. Helpful staff, clean, and a good breakfast selection.

We stayed at Fresh Hotel for a week in December. It was very clean and the staff were friendly. We appreciated the traditional cookies that we received every day at the front desk, as well as the spoon sweets that welcomed us to the room the first day. The breakfast buffet is wonderful! There are a lot of food options, and it was a huge plus to the […] hotel. The neighborhood is within walking distance to the Acropolis, however, it is not directly in Plaka. It is right near the meat and fish market, and the vegetable and fruit markets, which is really neat during the day, but it means that the area is very busy. I have stayed at Fresh twice now and would have no hesitation in staying again. I love the modern decor, the roof terrace and bar and also the warmth of the lobby (both the reception and the fireside area). People do need to be aware that the surrounding neighbourhood is a little 'dodgy' however. In the daytime it is fine and you are within walking […] distance of many of the sights. This hotel is conveniently situated for buses and the Metro. Although close to the dodgy Omonia Square it is also adjacent to the much more upmarket distirct of Monostiraki. We experienced no problems and i would recommend this hotel to anyone. The rooftop bar and pool are beautiful with good views of the Acropolis

Hotel is located close to the Acroplis and the main shopping. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our bed was very comfortable and the rooms were clean. Only problem was the shower leaked water everywhere which is quite annoying and the bathroom is tiny. The breakfast is fantastic with fresh frui, fresh bakery items and even freshly squeezed orange […] juice. The pool area is also fantastic and gives you a great view of the Acropolis.
