It has a great location. The parking was in front of the room which we like.the bad part about this hotel is that it was dirty, the towels had stains all of them we ended up not using any towels from there. The sheets had hairs and stains as well the ways were dirty, it was also very dusty. Very friendly staff ,safe parking for motorcycle's ,nice pool, clean room, room needs update and some things repaired or replaced, over all very pleasant stay .

The hotel room needed a major overhaul! The carpet was grimy, needed cleaned, or replaced. The bed was not too bad. The bathroom needed to be cleaned and the tub needed replaced. We had noisy partying neighbors which was not the hotel's fault. All in all.....I would not stay there again.

It was the best super 8 I've stayed in, it will be the place I will stay when I return to Myrtle Beach. I was very relaxed and felt safe. Food delivery was quick to the location.. Staff was very helpful beyond what they had to do. They made you feel like they enjoyed you being there.

This hotel is NOT pet friendly as it says on Hotels.com, we had to pay extra for our two dogs to stay. The mattress was sunken in the middle and didn't sleep well because of it. Other than that it was not a bad hotel for a weekend trip to the beach.

my cousin and i were down to see our parents and this was our second time we went on vacation together and our them was dolphins we had stuff ones for our bed and our maid put a different way each day just like when your in a cruise ship with your p.j. if i had to say anything bad it would be the first day we were there the tub was clogged but we call […] the front desk and the guy came up within 20 min and the girl at the front desk was great also said hello and how are you doing every time you went in the office. the only thing is our door needs to be replaced looks like it was broken. I HAD ENJOYED MY STAY. MY ROOM WAS READY FOR ME WHEN ME AND MY BOYFRIEND HAD ARRIVED AFTER A 3 HOUR DRIVE FROM GREENSBORO, NC. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE OCEAN FRONT VIEW OF THE BEACH. VERY ACCESSIBLE TO THE BEACH! THE NEW IMPROVEMENTS THEY DONE TO THE HOTEL WAS GREAT. THE FURNITURE WAS JUST AWESOME AND THE BATHROOM WAS VERY NICE. THE PATIO WAS GREAT […] AS WELL. The staff was helpful, but had trouble with our keys which deactivated every night. It was inexpensive and on the beach.

Hotel is an older building and in need of some repairs but still a good deal and the staff was friendly. Hotel was in a good area and the beds were comfortable. Would stay there again.

I enjoyed the location of the hotel due to it being 10 min from market commons which i will be visiting again during my next stay. The staff was very nice and courteous(light bulb was missing from one of the lamps and manager on duty said one hour due to fixing a phone in another room, but took only five minutes to get it fixed).

You get what you pay for. This place was cheap. It is run down, but clean and the housekeeping staff was very nice. One of the beds in our room had a hole in the mattress (actually like a ditch you sink into). Thankfully there were two beds and we only needed one. The walls are PAPER THIN....the couple next door to us had a great encounter at 2 am the […] first night. This place also had people coming and going at all hours (or so it seemed). It is across the alley from a low-scale motel that said "bikers welcome and we need your $" on the marquee. Although its a no-smoking motel, the grounds were covered in cigarette butts, including the pool area. They should at least put out ashtrays/butt containers. The beach in that area was also loaded with cigarette butts. Also, the breakfast was really lousy and the coffee was watery. The location was fantastic for us as it was down the road a ways from the amusement area and it is just steps to the beach. NOTE: The description of this property says all rooms have balconies...they do NOT! Only the oceanfront rooms have balconies. Läs mer

This hotel is okay for the price the room was clean except the tub leaked all over the floor had to keep a towel down the night fd clerk was awsome she was very helpful the day guy fd clerk was a different story asked him for extra coffee he said he wasnt allowed to he gave me a hard time about parking threated to tow my mothers car if it wasnt moved […] by 7pm when i complained to the night clerk she told the manager and the day clerk called me a lier and he said he didnt do it i have lots more to say about him but i wont Läs mer

Hotel managers were very friendly and helpful, beds were comfortable, and room was clean. Ate breakfast in the lobby every day (They have cereal, waffles, and cinnamon rolls w/ coffee, milk, and OJ) The hotel was slightly run down, but most in this area are, and the rooms are actually in better shape than the outside would lead you to believe. The pool […] was clean, we used it a few times on our trip. We had an oceanfront balcony on the 4F and enjoyed being right beside the beach. If there is a downside to staying here, it's that there is no elevator, so expect to be using the stairs or request a ground floor room. Our room was clean and hotel staff were pleasant and the location okay. However, the hallways and stairs were SO filthy, they looked as if they hadn't been swept or vacuumed in years. The chairs on our balcony were broken. The shower curtain was loose, and looked as if it would fall out of the wall any minute. We wanted a 4th floor room for a good […] view, then we realized the hotel had no elevator. We had to settle for the 2nd floor. The only thing that brings the score down for this hotel is the neighborhood and the rundown look of the outside which is actually fairly normal for hotels in this area. It was actually pretty nice looking compared to those around it. We were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived. This Super 8 has amazing access to the ocean and the rooms have been […] very well kept. They look pretty recently remodeled and the entire staff was great. They all seemed to love their job. One negative was that it is a few miles down Ocean Blvd from all of the attractions so at night when it's busy it's quite a long drive. Would absolutely go there again tho. Läs mer

I came in expecting the worst. I mean I brought my own sheets and cleaning products. When I got there, it was amazingly clean, with the exception of the bathtub, which wasn't a huge deal, because I only take showers in hotels anyway. The balcony was a decent size and the view was AMAZING. I wasn't fond of the screaming child in the room beside of mine […] that woke me up every morning throwing tantrums. Overall good. Hotel was a litttle run down but tolerable for the price we paid. It was clean. Location was perfect to the beach. Not even a 5 minute walk. Very noisy most nights depending on who all your booked next to. Breakfast was good. Cereal, oatmeal, cinnamon rolls, Milk, juice and coffee. Had some issues with the AC and noisy crowds but the staff […] was very helpful in accomadating us. We ended up changing rooms 3 times to fix the issues. Beds were comfy. Pool was nice. Hotels and resturaunts surrounded us. I think for more of the night life/entertainment environment I would definitley reccomend North Myrtle beach. We never had parking issues here. room was ok, nothing special, but you dont spend alot of waking hours in your room anyway....the only complaint ...a beetle crawled on one of the kids while he was in the bed. he freaked a bit, thought it was a roach. the staff was great, the beach was awsome. the price was acceptable for a holiday weekend

Room was ok. Smelled, no iron, kind of loud. Was right on the beach, very little parking spaces. Breakfast was a joke, got half a cup of coffee, half a cup of OJ, and not enough milk to do anything with.

Hotel was good, most comfortable bed for a hotel ever! Only problem we had was someone was still in our room 7 hours after checkout time, hotel staff was great about getting them out our wait was over an hour. Staff were very nice I would stay again.
