Hotell Sofitel Chicago Water Tower - Chicago

Hotell med service utöver det vanliga! Bekväma, fräscha och rymliga rum. Utsikt mot Lake Michigan från 29:e våningen förstärkte helheten. Ett minus för att trådlöst nätverk kostade extra.

Mycket hög klass! Kombinationen läge, service, restaurang och rumsstandard var det bästa vi upplevt på länge (och då har vi rest väldigt mycket de senaste åren). Mysig bar, god mat, trevlig personal och ett mycket fräscht gym. Utsikten från rummet, 27:e våningen, gick inte heller av för hackor. Bästa betyg!

My stay was supurb. I couldn't have asked for better accomodations. From the front door staff to the front desk staff and also room service and cafe staff. Wish there was a spa inside the hotel, but the hotel was great in all other aspects. Great location, great service.

Made the mistake of choosing another hotel, because the rate was much lower. What a mistake! After one night I called the Sofitel and booked there. I love this hotel so much I don't know where to start. It's beautiful, the staff is gracious, the service excellent, and the location is fabulous. Do splurge at least once on one of their breakfasts. We greatly enjoyed staying at the Sofitel. Being Francophiles anyway, it was nice to hear "Bonjour" every morning, even with a Chicago accent.

This is a great place to stay in Chicago! The hotel room and staff were top notch. The bed is so comfortable! We found the location to be perfect. The only downside was the price of drinks at the hotel bar but that is the case at most hotels. We will be staying here again. Hopefully soon!

Second stay, and I enjoyed it even more. The room is very pleasing and the quality of service is excellent. Great choice of breakfast at the Cafe des Architects.

This is the best location in all of Chicago Hands Down.

The hotel has very comfortable rooms and a pleasant staff. The location is ideal!

The location and building is amazing. The room had a musty weird smell to it. We asked to change to another room, and after much back and forth, we were given another room, smaller, that had the SAME smell. So maybe it's a problem in the whole hotel.

The hotel was beautiful BUT hotel worker knocked on my door 4 x in 24 hours.. I think that was a lot.

for such a high end hotel, rooms were standard hotel fare. small, a bed and a desk and a chair.

I took my two children (ages 14 and 11) to Chicago for their Spring Break vacation. The hotel, its staff, and its location were excellent for us. The area was very clean and safe, and we had easy access to downtown locations and transportation. I will definitely return for future visits!

The room was comfortable and very nicely appointed, with a huge bathroom. It was very close to Michigan Avenue and really convenient for meetings in River North. Also never had trouble getting a taxi when I was in a hurry.

High quality hotel locate in the heart of the Chicago downtown. Very luxury feel, good service and very clean

Nice location, great shopping and residential area. Hotel placed us on 6th floor out of 31 and in a handicapped room, with a view of a roof below. When I requested a change of room I was told changing was not an option. For the price (a suite) I would not stay there again.

We loved this hotel. I am very impressed and will try and stay at others in various other cities. The location is great - tucked off Michigan Avenue and with great views of the Hancock Building only a block or two away. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious enough, and perfect for what we needed. The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly. The decor was comfortable. Did not like the over priced restaurant in the hotel, but overall, had a pleasant experience.

The amenities are the only reason I rated it a 4 - huge bathroom; very high-end freebies for body and hair care; cleaning service within hours of arrival; located within 1 block of water tower and great restaurants; nice lounge area; Here is why it's not a 5 - aside from bathroom, the room itself was too small to be a junior suite; not enough lighting […] and difficult to find; contemporary but mediocre decor; Overall, I left feeling that this was nice but not a great value for what I paid. It was a toss-up between here and Trump. It left me wishing I'd chosen the latter. Again, not bad but I've had much better at half the price. Läs mer

Not exactly what I expected. On the 20 th floor-the view was of another building...the room is small almost as well a the bath tub...even the king sized bed seemed small... I would not stay there again. Very expensive for what is offered.

Best place ever and everything is around you.When I say everything its everything bars,clubs,food,people,clothes everything and the staff was great!!! Thanks guys you for everything... I want to stay there again right now ;-) lol recommend it trust me on this one.

Updated, good food, clean-contemporary room, friendly-professional staff. Will absolutely make it my regular Chicago hotel.

I asked for plates and silverware which were supposed to be delivered to my room but never arrived.

Had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Very clean, staff was very helpful and kind and the beds are so comfortable. The location is right in the heart of Chicago and in walking distance of Rush street with many shops and restaurants. I will definitely be returning to this hotel.

We brought our 6 month old baby with us and were very impressed with the hotel. The room was so clean that I had no problem letting our baby sit and play on the floor. We requested a crib and mini fridge, and the hotel provided both (no extra cost) and also gave us a baby "kit" that included baby shampoo, lotion, bib, and a cute stuffed bear. The room […] had a bath tub and separate shower, the linens were clean and comfortable. Truly, fabulous hotel. Lovely accommodations, luxurious bed, and wonderful bath amenities....save for the giant hairball in the shower stall, it would have been perfect.
