Vi var två par som turistade i Barcelona. Hade fått tips på hotellet av en vän. Läget var bra, rummen var rena och bra. Kommunikationerna var bra.

Vi var mycket nöjda med att läget var en liten bit från värsta turistmassorna. Tågförbindelserna var fantastiska. Man kommer också smidigt till flygplatsen med tåget. Frukosten var vi också nöjda med. Det enda som var litet negativt var hotellpersonalen var inte säker på gymmets öppettider på påsken. Vi fick åka till ett annat gym istället. Bekvämt hotell mer anpassat för affärsresande än turister. Hotellet ligger inte i något turistområda som är bra för den som vill ha lite lugn och ro men mindre bra för dom som vill ha närhet till de större turistatraktionerna. Jag och min flickvän bodde på hotellet i 1 vecka och är generellt väldigt nöjda. PLUS: Bra service. God frukost men lite enformig. Med tanke på läget var det väldigt enkelt att ta sig till centrum tack vare att centralstationen (Barcelona Sants) ligger precis under Hotellet. I centralstationen finns även butiker och ett par restauranger. MINUS: Går […] inte att reglera temperaturen på AC:n utan att behöva ringa receptionen. Hotellet har tyvärr en extremt tråkig lobby och restaurangen känns gammal. Ett tecken på att hotellet renoverats nyligen. Läs mer

Underbar cool inredning, rymdkänsla. Det ända negativa var lite lyhörda dörrar mot korridoren, samt dålig och slö uppkoppling på det dock fri nätet...Hotellet ligger i samma byggnad som tunnelbane & tågstationen, vilket ger snabb access till downtown och flygplats.

Snyggt och fräscht hotell. Frukosten var okej, men inte mycket mer.

Nyrenoverat fräscht hotell med pendeltåg och två tunnelbanelinjer under huset, samt taxi-station utanför entren. Till La Rambla och Camp Nou kommer man utan tunnelbanebyte. Mc Donalds i huset. Dock inte så mycket att titta på just vid hotellet.

Bra hotell, engelsk talande personal, bra läge, rummet såg ut som på bilden. Frukost buffen va inte världens bästa, men det fanns mycket att välja på! Den va långt ifrån dålig! Mycket nöjd med helheten å läget! 15min på metron sen va man vid stranden, och i stort sett allt annat!

Ett tyst och rent hotell. Frukosten klart godkänd och prisvärd. Tyvärr höll de på att bygga om inför julen, så det var en del stök i receptionen.

Väldigt fräscht och fint hotell, med bra läge precis ovanpå Sants stationen! Tog max 10 min att komma in till Placa Catalunya, och ett 10-resors kort (som man kan dela på med flera personer) kostade bara 7,85 euro. Skönt även på morgonen när vi skulle iväg till flygplatsen, tog bara 20 min med tåget. Det tog även bara ca 10 min att gå till Placa d'Espanya, […] där det ligger flera bra restauranger. Vi fick ett jättefint rum, såg precis ut som på bilden. Det enda negativa var receptionspersonalen som oftast var väldigt nonchalanta. Läs mer

superfint hotel !! allt var rent och fräscht. vi bodde på plan 6, där det var rymdtema, superfint ! vi stannade vid plan 3 med hissen en dag och det såg inte lika fint ut. så de övriga rummen kan vi inte svara för. jag skulle verkligen kunna åka tillbaka till samma hotell igen. utsikten från rummet var amazing, stora fönster med grym utsiket. läget […] var bra om man inte vill bo mitt i hetsen. hotellet ligger ovanför tunnelbanan så vill man vidare är det smidigt ! Jag är nöjd med allt på insidan på hotellet. Visst är det inte nyrenoverat men ändå ganska fräscht. Utanför däremot finns det inte mycket att hurra för. För att ta sig nånstans är det väldigt långt att gå vart man än ska. Tar ca 10 min med taxi till ramblan och nästan lika lång tid till camp nou. För en Utelivsdiggande ungdom som mig hade det inte gjort […] något om hotellet låg mera "centralt" så man har gångavstånd till de flesta klubbar, restauranger & affärer. Pluses: good location as the main underground and railway station is a stone throw away. Very nice and clean design. Minuses: Long check-in process, not enough people on the reception to cope with the volume of people checking in. I don't know if this is the case for all the rooms in the hotel, but we were unfortunate to get the room where the air con […] was controlled centrally and it was amazingly too hot so we didn't sleep very well due to that reason. It was very convenient as we arrived by train at Barcelona Sants station. The only problem was that although we could see the hotel was above the station it took some time to find the entrance to the hotel as the entrance was small and unimpressive.

The location was excellent. I used a Barcelona Card and it was perfect since the Metro was so close. The hotel is right on top of Line 3 and Line 5 Metro which basically covers all the important tourist locations. The Renfe train station was there too so I had easy access to the airport. The room was always clean when i got back from a day's tour. The […] room temperature was OK. It wasn't that cold but i found myself a little chilly in the middle of the night. There is only a Iphone dock and no USB Ports. The Safe in the room was very useful. I kept all my money and passport in there while i was out. There is McDonald's just outside of the hotel so when i felt hungry at night I could just grab a bite to eat. The Breakfast buffet was amazing. The cooked food seemed to be prepared daily. But some of the fruits and Salads didn't look that fresh. But overall, The Breakfast Buffet was by far the best compared to other hotels that I have stayed. The staff at the front desk was very helpful. He printed out my tour voucher for me and he gave me a universal adapter for my 110v electronics. The Room Service was a little disappointing since I had to wait almost an hour for my chicken breast. The taste was good though. There is no real border between the bathroom and the bedroom. It is a open concept so I recommend this hotel to couples, family or just for a single person. It is not a good idea to sleep in the same room with your co-worker, friend, or your boss. Had all the facilities I needed for a business trip - Safe, Ironing facilities in the room, wireless internet. Room with comfortable (firm) King Bed and good shower facilities. Also complementary tea/coffee making was very welcomed. Right on top of metro and train station and only 10 mins to the Placa D'Espanya

Very nice comforable room. It had the best satellite tv channels of any hotel I stayed at in 3 weeks in Europe. Hotel location was perfect for us since we had a train to catch. very convenient for metro and rail. Easy access by rail from airport. 10-15 min metro journey to central locations. Hotel was fine, recently refurbished, and staff friendly and helpful. We heard no external noises despite the hotel being above the Sants Estacion train station.

Location is great for people who may use trains for day trips because it is at the same building as the the Sants Train Station. Easy access to subway station, quick connection to most sights. Staff very polite and helpful in providing needed travel information. Room very clean, very quiet and very modern. The only issue was room temperature. However, after being uncomfortable for couple nights, we approached the front desk staff, the problem was taken care of instantly via their central control system. Great location over the Sants train station. We stayed here for just one night before flying home. We loved the futuristic feel to the hotel. It felt like you were on the Starship Enterprise. Easy check in and friendly staff (friendly for Spain). The room was comfortable and clean.

We had a great time at barcelo sants....friendly helpful staff who checked us in even though we got in at around 10am way before checkin time. Room was great and i love the contemporary/hip decor....great shower too! The only minor complaint is u need to take a subway everywhere....but these are at the hotel's doorstep.

We took the train from Barcelona airport to the Sants railway station, the main station in Barcelona.We walked out of Sants and immediately to our right was the entrance to the hotel. We entered the lift which takes you up to the Hotel Check-in Desk and checked in. When you first walk into the huge lobby with it's round conference table and futuristic theme, you know you made the right choice. The rooms were a little small, but that is Europe. The rooms WERE quiet in spite of being atop the train station. The space theme grew on me, but the bathroom arrangment forces a high degree of intimacy. The hotel is not close to much but a quick Metro ride drops you right at the top of Las Ramblas.
